They yanked the foliage that was growing on it that was old and a fire hazard, and hauled it away. Then they transformed it into this beautiful waterproof cover with a ceiling fan and dimming lights and they even were able to add additional outlets in the legs so that we could have easier access to electricity! During the planning process, I thought I just wanted to have a flat cover, but they suggested doing the gable roof where it pitches in the middle and then we could add our fan because it followed the roof line. I never would've thought of that and I love that we did it. They were fast, they communicated well, they pulled permits for us. The quality is well worth the price! Although there was some delay and miscommunication between the two companies, EP never abandoned the project and found ways to satisfy the requirements of US. Also, when there was concern about rain accumulation from the result of the cover creating a gap between the roof and the cover, EP came over and came up with a solution that we hope works come winter.
