He helped us work with the city to get the proper permits and pass inspection. He is prompt and responsive, so very easy to work with. He is detail oriented and let's you know about progress and any hiccups along the way. He is flexible and accommodating too. Most importantly, he does good work at fair prices. This is surprisingly rare and hard to find. I absolutely recommend DMC to anyone in the Monterey area looking to repair or remodel. We will definitely be hiring him again for projects in the future.

This was our first experience working with a contractor outside of the Bay Area and were a bit unclear about the Monterey County permit process. Daniel went above and beyond to help us with all the permits (and even went to the country to help us expedite the process!). All of his team members were very professional (Chad's amazing tile team!) and everyone did such a great job. We had some issues with the electrical work in the beginning, but again his team came through to ensure all was done correctly and our home was safe and thankfully we passed inspection (Thank you Santos!). We appreciate Daniel's work ethic , trustworthiness, his teams professionalism and ability to get the job done in a timely manner (they stuck to the timelines). We hope to work with Daniel again and highly recommend DNM construction.

Arturo made…read moreit easy to work as he was very professional, listened to exactly what I wanted, projects were finished on time and his crew was so nice. Loved how the crew showed up on time and always had the site clean. I started off with the guest bathroom and I liked it so much that I also had him do my master bathroom; made my 2 car garage door into 1 large garage door; and painted the outside of my house. For the quality of work and no surprises, I thought his fees were reasonable. I would definitely recommend ACC Construction!

Arturo wrote our plans and took care of getting all our plans submitted and approved by the city. They have a wide variety of services they and they seem to be expert in all that they did for us. We couldn't be happier with the work and services he provided. Arturo is talented as his father and big crew of professionals that work for him. These were fairly big projects but Arturo will do smaller jobs as well if needed. Acc did everything they said they would and stayed within the budget that was proposed and it was done on time. They also did a complete bathroom remodel and kitchen remodel in our own home. You name it, they can do it, plans, concrete, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and anything general construction. Arturo and his company are a pleasure to work with and I won't hesitate to work with him again. Thanks a lot Arturo for all the work you did for us. Mark Baerg

His pricing was very reasonable (he accepts Zelle), especially compared to what it may have cost us if we had hired separate specialists for each area, such as a plumber, electrician, roofer, and others. Jose also deserves an A+ for communication. Even after he provided the PDF quote, he still responded to my requests, including edits to the quote and sending photos of appliances he had taken during the inspection. Some contractors might stop responding once they are paid, but Jose continued to be helpful and responsive. Overall, we are very satisfied with Jose and Quality Over Construction. We would definitely continue doing business with him in the future.

Needless to say, the ADU was built, passed all inspections easily, and we were able to complete it and move in before the baby came. Sorry for the long review but there is a lot to cover :)…read more From the onset of our extensive home remodeling project in Pacific Grove, CA, Christian and his team at Palacios Construction have been nothing short of remarkable! Their dedication to quality, attention to detail, and the seamless execution of my vision transformed our living space. Christian, the owner, was personally involved in every step of the process, ensuring that our two bathroom upgrades were not only functional but also exuded modern elegance. His suggestions were invaluable, blending practicality with aesthetic appeal, which resulted in bathrooms that balanced our budget and desires. The kitchen redesign was a massive undertaking, and Christian's expertise shone through. He helped us navigate through countless options to find the perfect balance between style and usability. The end result is a kitchen that is not only beautiful but also a joy to cook and entertain in. The addition of a new deck has enhanced our outdoor space equally. Christian's choice of materials and design has created an inviting extension of our home that we enjoy daily. The painting, siding, flooring, and drywall work were all completed with the same level of care and precision. Christian's team was punctual and courteous and always left the workspace clean at the end of each day. Throughout the project, Christian was communicative, transparent with costs, and always available to address any concerns or changes we wanted to make. (and I made a lot) Here is the real test... when something goes wrong (and if you have done construction something always does), will they back it up? I had two issues arise, and without hesitation (and out of warranty, might I say), Christian immediately responded and resolved both issues to my satisfaction... I hope you enjoy the pictures and consider his team for your project :)
