We appreciated his ability to adapt to any of our last minute design changes while still advising us on the pros and cons of the changes and if it would increase cost or not. This was very helpful. We definitely would highly recommend him for any job and would most certainly use him again !

Mark was very easy to work with and provided an excellent end product. It was quite an extensive full home remodel. Marks wife Allison helped with all the measurements making sure we had a great kitchen layout and maximize drawer /cupboard space in the kitchen and baths. Both had keen ideas to add to the overall completion. Mark has a great eye for detail and superior knowledge of materials. He did what I asked and delivered in a timely manner. outstanding, highly recommend, would absolutely work with again. A+++

Robert, and his son, Jake, are true craftsmen. I hired them to sheet rock, insulate, and plaster…read morethe inside of my two-car garage that is being converted to a physics laboratory and workshop. They removed the old random sheet rock and some plywood and discovered two rotted studs. No problem, they replaced them, saying all jobs have surprises. There was also some poorly-dressed electrical wiring, but they came up with creative ways to install the sheet rock and protect the wiring. When they applied the plaster, it looked good to me, but they went over the surfaces two more times and produced a final glass-like surface finish. They did a really good job with the details like the electrical outlets, breaker box, and windows. I thought their charge was very reasonable. Their work habits were amazing! They always arrived on time and over the three days, I don't think they wasted a total of thirty seconds! They operated independently and efficiently but would come together on parts that required cooperation. It seemed almost telepathic. They were real gentlemen, had a good sense of humor, and good taste in music, and they left my garage cleaner than they found it. If I had another job of this kind, I'd hire them immediately. It was important to THEM to do the job right. It was a pleasure to watch them in action.

Our first project in 2024 was the installation of a washer dryer which included adding plumbing and electrical. Works perfectly. They also opened up the kitchen wall to provide a pass through and added electrical outlet. Looks spectacular like it was part of the original design. This year, May 2025, they completed a bathroom remodel. On time and in budget with a beautiful outcome. The project lead, Jose, is very knowledgeable, honest, and performs with a high skill level as do all of the OZCON team. Thank you OZCON, we look forward to the next project.

Tovar contracting does great work- but good luck on communication! we had them do tile conversion…read morework in our bathrooms. The price was fine, in line with others. However, they did it without a design, so we had to 'wing it', which was frustrating. Also, return calls are non-existent. Sorry, but I need people to call me back... go ahead and employ them- the tile work is great- but good luck getting a bid or a call back. also, the tile shop he's in partnership with is screwing me around for a 30$ refund ( they asked if I had some tile left over, and I returned a box to them for $), just haven't been paid yet! It's been two months and five emails.

We HIGHLY recommend Jonathan Ortiz Construction LLC for your construction needs. Jonathan's team…read moreis currently working on a workshop which includes plumbing (bathroom) and electrical. My perfectionist husband is extremely happy (as am I) with Jonathan's work; we inspect it daily to check on the progress. He has passed all the permit inspections so far with no issues. His company is relatively new but Jonathan and his partner Ruben have about 15 years each of experience in construction/building. If you're interested in more details about why we think he does great work, read further... - Presence: Jonathan is here almost every day and if he's not, then Ruben is - Communication: Jonathan informs us what is planned for the next few days so we always know what to expect. - Promptness: The team always shows up as expected; No no-shows and anytime there's a change of plans, we are informed of them. Even the subs come when expected. - Quality: As mentioned, my perfectionist husband is very pleased with the work. This quality and attention to detail includes the subs and is evidence by recent inspections that passed. - Trustworthy: ok, how do you meansure this--a feeling? Anyway, we trust him and his crew. - Experienced: He obviously knows the building and permit process and is experienced enough to give us some advice or ideas about products and design. He periodically asks us how we want him to handle a situation--usually cosmetic but not always--and provides the pros and cons. For example, when I was choosing an exterior door, he instructed me to look at ones without a brickmold. While brickmolds may make installation quicker, he prefers to build his own framing to ensure that it is water-tight (vs a manufactured one that may not fit exactly). - Cleans up: Tidies up before they leave each day and when they have a load of trash, takes it to the dump (vs leaving a pile in the yard).
