When I speed up significantly to try and get over head floored it to block. Me then I honked at him gave him them bird and he started arguing with me. 83663X3 even have a photo of the car. He said why didn't you slow down and go behind me. When a car is in front t of you gi es you plenty of time to slow down and you thi mt hey should have e to slow down enough to block traffic your the problem. City street moving between 30 and 20 mph and he wants me to slow down with traffic behind us..... bad driver would hate to see what his buisness practices are like. Mean while I have to tell him to pull up while he arguing with me because he currently has a full car length in front of him before a traffic light while he is busy claiming I tried to cut him off. Hope this guy isn't the head of the company. Cause his perspective is real off. If someone tries to cut you off and you charge at them its a vehicle accident if I slowly try to get in your lane with a signal and you speed up and I just stay in my lane, its you being a dangerous ass hole drive. Your luck the dot does not classify company vans as trucks moving passengers or cargo because then there is an official dot complaint line. But we overlooked these issues because he seemed to be competent and was a nice guy. But we have really regretted hiring him pretty much every day since. He put the wrong shower door in for the space, and then blamed us for not choosing a more expensive model (we chose the most expensive of the three he offered). It wobbles so much when opening or closing it, anyone would think it's broken. He tried to suggest that it just needs to "settle in." Right. That chestnut. When we confronted him about it not fitting the space (it hits the toilet, so only opens part way), he said, "I can't think of every little issue." How about any issue at all? And it's not a little issue. This is the kind of expertise you look for--that he clearly didn't have. When we told him we were going to have to have it redone, he offered no solutions to resolve the issue. All in all, a miserable experience. And that niceness sure didn't last.

He said again he would be on site at 8am with a crew. Nick never shows, but a crew arrived at 8:45. My bid included driveway prep, crack filler and two coats of sealer if needed. The crew finish around 12:30 but did not use crack filler on the bottom 1/3 of the driveway and the did not use sealer on part of right hand side if the driveway. I called Nick and he agreed to get the crew back out the next day a 8am. Charles calls the next day and said they would come over at 11:30. I said no don't come, I canceled the appointment. I called Nick indicated what Charles said. I told Nick to send bill a bill. I also left two messages for a person named Victor to call me, the ad min who answered the phone said she would get Victor involved. Victor never called. Nick failed to show twice after he committed to coming at 8am and he failed to return 3 phone calls and 3 text . I cannot recommend using Coastal for driveway repair. I was presented with undersized springs that were very expensive and then presented with larger springs for 1.5x the price of the small springs. J&J came out and replaced the springs in about 15 minutes. Springs were larger, door was balanced, and it was all done for much less with a better warranty. We're fortunate to have companies like J&J still around.
