Well my story is about the same as everyone else's. 17 year old daughter saved to buy her car…read moreworking 2 jobs and doing dual credit in high school. Pays over 6500 dollars for a used Chevy, not bad for a first buy. Within 1-2 months engine starts acting up. Take it in they keep it, swear its fixed and then back we go again this time for a new (rebuilt) engine. Supposed to have a warranty on the rebuilt motor charged us 4 grand. They have the car for weeeeeekkkssss! PIck it up and the transmission starts whining before we even make it home. Talked to the owner who says well we can put a new transmission in for $$$$ NOPE not happening forced the issue and got her car worked on again. They have the car again for WEEKS get the car back runs a little better but not as good as it should. 2 months later engine light comes on and her temperature starts fluctuating. Here we come again! Said they replaced the thermostat and we should be good. This car should run like a new car! Did I mention she only drives 4 miles to work and school? Well last week the same thing happens the temperature is all over the place. Trying to get her to have some adult ownership, I tell her to call them, knowing we were told there was a warranty. Mike tells her she doesn't have a warranty and he isn't even sure he worked on her car but she can bring it in and they will look at it. His exact words "are you sure we did that work?" So now momma bear is mad. I call, it goes to voicemail, I leave a not so nice message and ask someone to return my call. That was Thursday of last week. She has owned this car since late January of last year. She has driven it less than it has been in the shop. So now we have a car that is salvage titled, I had to pay the taxes on it last year because they didn't and she is 12000 dollars into a car that continues to have issues. No one will return my calls, I have filed a complaint with BBB, talked to a detective who says they are already in deep $h1t!!!! and we have no choice now but to contact an attorney. So much for trying to teach your children that if they work hard and pay for their own stuff they will respect it so much more! Not with disgusting crooks out there!

I want to begin my review by saying that I didn't know that Northern Kentucky Auto Sales just deals…read morewith SALVAGE TITLE VEHICLE!!!! Buyers Beware!!! I certainly didn't think to ask my salesman and like most salesman he didn't offer that information... I will say of course by law they must have you sign a document stating that you're buying a salvaged title vehicle and that was the time to get up from the deal. I test drove the car and it seemed okay but I didn't test drive it enough. When I went on the expressway the car lost acceleration about 20 miles an hour and then in a minute I got an error message, warning symbol and a nice loud alarm telling me something was definitely wrong with my car. I drove it home and called the dealership and they said bring it out. Well the next morning the car was dead and wouldn't start. I had it towed to their Florence service center. A friend said ask them for a loaner car and when we went to pick it up one of their mechanics was working on my car and said it was fixed. So we took it for a test drive and it seemed fine but again we didn't go on the expressway. I went on the expressway going home and it wasn't fixed the same problem was still there and I lost acceleration on I-75 which wasn't any fun at all. So I called Northern Kentucky Auto Sales since it was the Labor Day weekend I couldn't take the car to them until September 5, 2023. While it was drivable I didn't feel safe taking it on the expressway so I took it to Northern Kentucky Auto Sales Dealership and not the service center in Florence. So I guess one of their salesman or other employees drove my car to the Florence service department. Well after many calls to my salesman and getting no answers from him on when my car would be repaired I called the service department directly. This was on September 14, 2023 and they were very unaware of my car being out there. So after many, many calls to their service department finding out that my car had been taken to a Nissan dealership to be repaired the final outcome was that it took 22 days to get my car from Northern Kentucky Auto Sales. They had it 22 days and I had it 3 days and none of those 3 days was the car working correctly. I will say not everything was all bad as I did have a loaner car to drive but even that loaner car had a problem as it's front windshield wipers didn't work. The back windshield wiper worked just fine... While the service manager was a very nice guy and seemed to care and wanted to give me back a car in good working order. They found 3 major things wrong with the car so it makes me wonder what kind of inspection was done on this car to say that it was road worthy after being salvaged. To me the inspection wasn't done correctly and I wonder if at all. One more drawback was how my car was given back to me and again I would like to say for all my trouble the service manager did actually have an employee bring my car to my house. However what I found once I got into my car left me with a bad taste as the service department was as unprofessional as their sales department. I found a razor blade on the floor next to my gas petal, I found in my cup holder a red plastic drinking cup with a vap cartridge in it with brown fluid in it and ants all over my cup holder. Also there was a charging cord and various items of paper, like a paper towel and paper straw wrapper as well. Also last buy not least on the back floor board was a large bumper that the Nissan dealership left in my car and Northern Kentucky Auto Sales failed to remove. All in all not a good experience and I guess it's a good thing the car came with a warranty because I'm sure other things will go wrong. All I have to say to close out this review is Buyer Beware and go somewhere else!!!!
