Our 3 rd vehicle from Kerry Ford. Purchase price was good. Service has always been good too with the Fast lane oil change service being nice and handy also. Their tire prices have been good, purchased one set for the next to last car we bought from them. Our salesperson, Raheem was very professional and helpful with this last car. read more

Had vehicle towed into their facility for repair while traveling over christmas week. Asked for them to diagnose and advise. Was informed that the repairs they did were aproximately $3000.00 for them to tell me what was wrong, and didnt resolve the problem. Came back to pick the vehicle up,paid the outrageous bill, and the vehicle wouldn't start, they suggested i call a tow truck. No help,no assistence after paying a $3000. Unathorized bill. If this is how they do business, i wouldnt recommend them to change a tire read more

Will not be back to buy a car here! They owed us money and it took us from March16 the day we bought the car until today April 27th to get my money.. the only reason I got it today is because I was tired of being pushed around and made a hour trip there to get it.I had been pushed off to a Titus Ashely Bruce David and Manger Joe would not return my calls .I called 4 times on the April 26 and he would not return or answer any of my calls or would he even come out of his office to talk to me when I came and got my check! I did ask to talk to him today and of course he was too busy.. it was 10:30 am ..I would not get An apology for all the trouble we had to go through. Very unprofessional in my opinion. We bought a new Buick enclave and paid a lot of money for it and this is how we were treated. Let me add every time we made a phone call over the last month people would promise to get back with us and no one did we had to keep on making the calls to them. However we did run into one nice guy who helped us Raymond! Raymond was the only one who acted like he cared and would tell us the truth! read more

I rarely leave reviews but the service I received on my 2016 Ford Explorer at Kerry Ford was less than acceptable. Took the car in for a leaking sun roof and some routine maintenance. They had it almost 2 weeks! However I did have a loaner so it wasn't too big a deal. But...the reason they said they wanted to keep it a little longer was to dry the carpet out some more and run a wet dry vac over it again since the carpet was soaking wet from the leaking sun roof. Not a problem. Also, they only called a couple times to give me updates. I had to call twice only to find out they needed to keep it longer even though they said it would be ready. I had to finally be the one to call them to find out it was ready to pick up. Went to pick up and had to dig it out of 9" of snow even though they told me it would be kept inside over the weekend. There was a 1/2" ice pool on the back passenger floor board and the front carpet was caked with ice as well. It was clearly not kept inside over the weekend and there is no way they even attempted to dry out my vehicle. Also asked them to install a front license plate holder. It was clearly a line item on the service ticket but they didn't do it. I'm hoping the sunroof is actually fixed but I won't know for sure until we get another big rain. read more

Amazing job by Raheem and team definitely would recommend to everybody i know forsure

As far as buying a car goes, Kerry Ford makes it pretty painless. Very accommodating and friendly. I didn't feel overly pressured into making a decision and they let me take my time considering all options before deciding what I wanted to do. The prices were the best around as well and I was able to get a satisfactory deal. Overall I am a happy customer, very professional. read more

Me and the gf went to Kerry Ford about one month ago to trade in a 2012 Acura Tl that we bought there one year ago. We spoke to Bruce. We explained to him what we wanted to do and the payment we wanted to stay around. He had us test drive a 2014 Explorer that had some issues , there was a knocking noise when Bruce started it up, there was some bondo work on the rear hatch and the hood was paint chipping real bad. Explained all the issues to him. He then looked over the car and said he could give us 10,000 for it and that if we waited for Joel to come in that he maybe able to do more this was on a Saturday night. Bruce said he would contact us on Sunday if not then he would on Monday. Well 3 weeks later we heard nothing. We both went to opening day and happened to see another guy we know there that works at Kerry and explained to him out issue. The next day I received a message from Bruce on Facebook asking us if we were still interested in a Explorer. I sent him a message back explaining our fustration that he should have contacted us not 3 weeks later. I explained to him I would talk with the girlfriend and see what she wanted to do. I messaged him back a day later and asked him when he and Joel would be there he said Saturday after 12. Saturday came around we went up there and talked to him about what we wanted to do and he said that he would see what he would do. The only Explorer they had was the one that we test drove a month ago that had a lot of issues said he would have to do better on the price if they were going to fix the issues. He took her car back to someone to look over it again but this time they said they would give 9000 for it. Still would not budge on the explore with the issues. Again we explained to Bruce and now Chris that she didnt want to go over 350 a month payment so we signed a letter/ offer sheet. So Bruce ran Amanda's report and Joel told him he could get her approved but she would have double apr then what she has now and a payment of 450 a month. Bruce told me that in order to get the payment she wants I have to co-sign again. I said you know you can get her approved , and I dont want you to come back and say the payment is 354 or 356 it has to stay under 350. Bruce said to me Amanda and Chris yes Joel says he can do it. He asked me what my score was and I said between 650 and 670, he proceeded to say no worries then. My score came back at a 693. After 5.5 hours of being there Bruce says the banks are closed that Joel will have to work on it Monday and that he would call us in the afternoon. One pm came around and no call, so I sent a message to Bruce on Facebook asking him if there was a update. He read it right away and nothing was said all day. Monday night Amanda called Bruce and had to leave a message. Tuesday came around and still no call Amanda decided to call again and was able to get a hold of Bruce he said he was busy yesterday and that Joel is off today that we would have to call Bruce tomorrow to find an update. I contracted Joel on Facebook and explained to him our fustration that no one is calling us or letting us know anything. I called Wednesday to speak to Bruce only to find out that he is off. I have bought 4 cars from Kerry Ford and GMC in the past hence why i keep going back. Once shame on you twice shame on me. I thought second time my friend wouldn't do me wrong. If you don't mine not being contacted and lied to this is the dealership for you. read more

Apparently, Kerry Ford is the most vile and lying dealership in Ohio, perhaps the nation! I needed an inexpensive used PU truck to replace my current work truck. Their website person, Caitlin Brasil, assured me over the phone that the advertised truck was indeed available. I then immediately drove from Anderson Township to their fetid dealership, only to be told the truck was being sold. I left, thinking such things occasionally happen, yet later that same evening I received another email stating that deal had fallen through and the truck was still available. So, I immediately emailed Caitlin that I was incapable of driving all the way over to them to view the vehicle in the dark the same night, and promised her I would come back next day, and asked her to hold the vehicle...which she promised to do. Later again that same evening I received yet another email from said functionary, Caitlin, stating the truck was no longer available. This level of utter horseshit explains why used car dealers are held in the same vile contempt as lawyers and politicians. Foul, dishonest and vulgar LIARS! Bait and switch...bait and switch! These scurrilous and faux "business" people are lower than dog droppings! My only message to you, Caitlin, is that I sincerely hope you find less vile employment...so far your existence is an utter and lying failure trying to fluff up this low-rent operation! As far as the thief who runs your operation, I suggest you forward this missive to him or her, though I believe it's far too late to salvage their operation or life...both are utter failures! I would not attempt to deal with your crappy operation again, even if there was absolutely no other alternative!!! You are utter LYING failures!!! By the way, the specific PU truck has been, and still is on your lying website: never been sold or available for sale. It continues to be a rancid bait-and-switch. You "people" are utter lying fools and far too vile to apologize or even change your website lies!!! Lower than dog droppings!!! read more

Do not buy a car from this dealership. I have had several problems with them. I went in for an oil change and it took 3 tries for them to fix the underlay of my car when I went in for a simple oil change. FYI, I have a 2016 Ford Escape and it overheated today and started shaking real bad on the street. I paid extra for an extended warranty but they are telling me that I have to pay 200 for it to be looked at. They told me that they would not honor my warranty or service my car, even though this is where I bought my car. The did not have any customer service skills .They are very rude and not customer service friendly. I asked for the person who claimed that he was General Manager and he refused to give me his name, as well as the other 2 men and they refused as well. Ford has lost me as customer and I will never buy another Ford car. Update: I had it towed to King's Auto Mall and they told me that the water pump and thermostat went out in a brand new car that was bought in 2016 at this dealership. read more

Things were great when I went to purchase the car. Four months later my new mustang gt that I am paying $500/month for will not start. I called ford service and was told to have it towed. Car sat for days with nobody returning phone calls. I am still waiting on "Jerry" the sales manager to call me back. The best part is that I was told this "probably" would not be covered. A car four months old not covered. Nice Kerry Ford, Nice!!! STAY AWAY read more

Saw an ad on TV for 10K off 2011 F150. Looked around on internet and called and the guy offered 12K off. When it sound too good to be true it usually is. Got there and the person I spoke to wasn't there. They assigned my Salesperson and we set down to talk. Told him upfront I wasn't buying tonight and I had 1:45 min to discuss before I had to leave and pickup my kids. He wrote down my information and then told me he couldn't help me tonight and I would have to come bad tomorrow. I asked told him I wanted to get the financial details tonight and if we agreed I would be back in the morning. They refused to give me pricing and told me to come back tomorrow. I ended up going back and they tried to low ball me on my trade-in, told me they could only honor the 10k ad, but to do that I had to finance with them at 10% interest. For a person with an 800 credit score that is crazy. After going round and round they upped my score, got less than the advertisement (around 8 off) and 2.9% interest through other financing. During the discussions they told me the rebate didn't affect the interest rate but also told me I couldn't take the rebate without the interest rate. He also told me if I didn't take it he could get me lower interest through the same ford lender. They are crooked. I was OK with the financing I got, but you need to know what you are walking into and be persistent. After wards is where the fun starts. I had issues with the door weather stripping the next day and called them 2 days after purchase notifying them. I sent pictures and they said they ordered the parts and would call me when they arrived (2 days approx.). They then called the next week asking me to take the card down so they could look at the issue. We recalling the prior discussion the salesperson told me he was new and they couldn't do that and I would need to bring the truck down. So I took the truck down. The parts were not in stock. The service guy tried to blame me for breaking the trim and after arguing he told me he would order the parts and when they arrive (approx. 2 days) they would call me to bring the truck in. A week later after no call I called them and was told there was no record of me in the system. They transferred me back to my sales person (who wasn't in) and then I was transferred to the sales Manager. He told me he would make sure it was taken care of and would call me first thing in the morning to make sure the correct part is ordered. No call the next day. Called him the day after and was told that the dealership is the busiest in the area and he didn't get a chance to call be (BS). He then said he had something personal to take care of real quick and would call me back in 30 min. It's now midnight and there was no call. Ohh. and did I mention that during every call I was asked if I had received my survey. I was also told at one point to bring it in and they would fill it out for me. At this point I cancelled my extended warranty, called Kings Ford and met with a nice fellow in service who made sure I was taken care of. I will never deal with Kerry Ford again. read more

I went to Kerry Ford just to test drive some new cars and get some information and ended up leaving with a brand new Ford Focus. I LOVE my new car. Gary (my salesman) made it really easy, which was good because this is the first car I've purchased on my own. Everyone was really helpful and friendly. I'm very happy with my new car and the service I received at Kerry Ford! read more

Went to Kerry - just running around not set out to buy a car. Found my dream car- looked spectacular. Everything going great- Salesman good, price fine. I hadnt had a car payment so I decided that I wanted to pay off my loan as soon as possible. I looked at my paperwork only to discover I was charged an extra $2000.00 for an extended warranty I didnt want or agree to. no money or discussion was ever had. I called the dealership and found out not only did I have to go back there but, once there they tried "scare tactics to get me to keep it. I wish I could press charges against that finance Manager. I cant imagine how many other people he has done this to. If you going to try to sell something do it honestly not so vile. I will never recommend this dealership strictly on the finace guy. Sorry for the sales/service/parts people. This guy is losing business for all. read more

I purchased a vehicle a 1996 Chevrolet Express 1500 Van. I used my credit card and wrote a check. I was expecting a deposit from both the VA and Social Security. They did not come through. When I realized this I called immediately, trying to work out a solution. Meanwhile, the day after I purchased the vehicle, it broke down. I had it running again and took it to Kerry Ford to speak to Justin, the finance manager. He told me they would be taking the vehicle and keeping it there. We were told to wait until the 'general manager' arrived. A woman came to the table where we were told to wait. She stated that we needed to take the vehicle or 'kerry ford would tow it off at our expense' We took the vehicle home. Within two days the transmission began to slip to the point of only running in second gear. The next day the vehicles engine threw a rod, making it completely inoperable. We spoke to the real General Manager Art Henderickson, he told us that they would not take the vehicle back and they would be 'calling the police.' When I asked if I could work something else or return the vehicle and get back our $1000 Mr. Henderickson said, 'You can go F*** yourself and I'll see you in prison.' I then contacted the owner of Kerry Ford, Doy Baker, we had a discussion and he said that I could return the vehicle and get back our money. I again spoke to Art Henderickson and told him the vehicle had to be towed, due to it being inoperable. A tow truck arrived, hooked the vehicle and began to pull it onto the truck. after about a foot, the transaxle snapped throwing rust everywhere. We were told by the mechanic that if that had happened on the road it could have thrown the wheel off, possibly killing us and our four children. Kerry Ford took receipt of the vehicle and told us if we couldn't be there by 5pm we would have to wait. We called the next day and spoke to Art, Justin and Doy Baker all of whom said that they would be keeping our money due to 'damaged and taxes.' and they said 'they would see me in prison' read more

The worst experience EVER for trading a vehicle for a new one. They did not pay off the previous car or even send in the papers for the trade until I had to call to find out what was going on. EXTREMELY rude. I have purchased over a dozen cars in the last ten years and have never had an issue like this. I would never let someone I know go there for anything, not even someone I don't like. DO NOT DO ANY TYPE OF BUSINESS WITH THEM!! They even delete negative comments on their FB page. First thing you learn in business school is of a company does that THEY CAN'T BE TRUSTED! read more

Do not go to this dealership if this is your first car purchase. Always bring people with your who are comfortable haggling with these salespeople & ask for another salesperson if your person cannot answer basic questions about your car. Otherwise, they will use your inexperience to push you into a deal you don't want. (Typical car salesperson, right?) I would not recommend this dealership to anyone I know because of the experience I had & at this point am looking to sell the car as soon as I financially can. I wish I had never gone to this dealership, even at the recommendation of a friend of mine. read more

I have had nothing but problems with the service department at Kerry Ford. They have not fixed the problem in my car and it has been in 4 times. The service manager is extremely rude. I finally have taken it to a different dealer and thousands of dollars later it is fixed. Oh did I forget to add they put on the wrong part (not even a Ford part) and it caused major problems. They then would not make good on it. I would NOT recommend Kerry Ford!!! read more

Came to the dealership to look at a ford fusion. They had very strong incentives on them online so i decided to go pay them a visit. My first impression was that there was not a single new car sticker on the vehicles. Usually not a good sign, however i let that slide. I did see a swarm of sales people inside standing around. After a minute a older gentleman named Jeff "i believe" walks outside and asks me if i was looking for someone. I sad no i am looking at some vehicles, he again asked me if i had spoken to someone and i repeated yet again; i have not. I showed him the picture of the car i was interested in and the incentives that were listed. He tells me that i will not get that price. In order to get that i need to be a recent graduate who just enlisted in the army as well as a ford employee. Oh and i would have to trade in a 2005 or younger. I ask him so you are telling me that the online price is basically a scam to get people to the lot. He goes pfffft swings his hand around and as he was walking away: he goes i dont scam people. This guy needs to learn some manners, also it is very misleading to post "your price" online and then when you come in you need to basically qualify as a unicorn to be able to get that deal. I have no problem not getting the price listed online but that kind of behavior is unacceptable. He had no idea if i was going to buy a car today or who i am. You figure a sales person would think twice to be rude to someone who pulls up in a 80k mercedes to a ford dealership. I hope this review sheds some light on the deceptive "deals" this dealership is involved in as well as the rude staff. read more
