Within a couple minutes, Will knew what the issue was, and we were able to go down to the auto parts store and purchase everything we needed for under $20. He was able to get the car running in less than an hour and went above and beyond to make modifications to one part I bought (battery bracket) because the store didn't have the exact type we needed. Will's work was pristine. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience this was. He is also very kind and pleasant! Additionally, I would like to note that he performed all repairs that were requested, he arrived within 25 minutes of my call, on a Sunday, in the snow, and had everything done within an hour (part of this hour was him waiting on my trip to the auto parts store!). This will be the only person I call for any mechanic needs. I've shared his contact info with my family and recommend him to everyone! They're willing to drop you back off at your house. One time, in fact, they closed down the shop and actually drove my car back to my house after it was serviced so that I didn't have to come pick it up. Just recently they hosted a give-back-to-the-community event that involved an outdoor movie screening, bonfire, food trucks, and partnerships with local vendors.
