This was a particularly meaningful decision for us, as Annette's baby brother, Gary, was buried in their Babyland section in 1988, and our deepest wish was to have Annette close to him. We were so fortunate to be helped by Bobby Bresino. During a time of immense sensitivity, Bobby was truly a comfort. He never rushed us, taking all the time needed to patiently explain the options, gave alternatives, and a tour the various beautiful spaces. We decided on an elegant and perfect spot in the "Glass Front Niches" for Annette's final resting place. Beyond the compassionate service, the park itself is immaculately kept, spacious, and beautiful. We highly recommend Desert View for its lovely property and the truly caring staff like Bobby.

To start, they…read moreallowed the grieving husband--who was unfamiliar with AI--to finalize an obituary that ended up missing essential details about the deceased. Important information such as her parents' names, her birthplace, her career, the fact that she was one of seven children, the mother of six, and a beloved grandmother was left out entirely. Using AI to refine an obituary is fine, but failing to ask any follow‑up questions before finalizing it felt like negligence. Additionally, they forgot to place the casket flowers on the coffin during the viewing. They eventually brought them in, but only during a hymn in the memorial service, which was disruptive and avoidable. When you pay that much for mortuary services, you expect the basics to be handled properly.

They arrived at my parents' home to transport my father after his passing and handled everything with the utmost professionalism, sincerity, and compassion. From the moment they arrived, nothing felt rushed. They carefully explained each step and treated my father with the dignity and respect he deserved, as if he were their own family member. As a special and meaningful touch, they honored his U.S. Army service by covering him with a flag. That gesture meant a great deal to us. Greg and Abel are true professionals who did an outstanding job. I highly recommend their services. Thank you both for your kindness and care.

Also, I compared the cost with other mortuaries and this was way more affordable!! Brandon helped me from beginning to end and was very patient with all my questions. He sent photos to me of caskets in the color I wanted for her. He even texted which was convenient since I work full time and can't always take a call. When we changed our mind to cremating he helped us and sent us a catalog to review and continued answering our questions. He made sure we didn't miss anything and helped guide us during the difficult time. The staff there were so professional and kind. The mortuary was well maintained and I love that it's historic. I will refer friends and family here and plan to use this place if unfortunately we are in the same circumstance again.

Death has a way of stripping things down to the essentials. No flash, no filler--just the ceremony,…read morethe grief, the memories. I came here for a funeral, and what struck me was the simplicity done right. The grounds were clean, orderly, and cared for. Nothing felt neglected or forgotten. The facilities--quiet, respectful, and well put together--let the service happen without distraction. There was space to breathe, to park, to gather. No chaos, no confusion, no sense of being herded through some machine of ritual. Just the dignity of things working the way they should in a moment when everything else feels fragile. You don't come here looking for joy. You come because someone's story has ended. And when that happens, what you want--what you need--is a place that handles it with care and competence. That's what I found here. Five stars. Not because it was "fun" or "exciting," but because when life hands you the hardest days, a place like this reminds you that the basics--clean grounds, space for family, respect for the moment--still matter.
