The Transport team, specifically Greg Luna and Abel Gonzalez, provided exceptional service during one of the most difficult times for our family. They arrived at my parents' home to transport my father after his passing and handled everything with the utmost professionalism, sincerity, and compassion. From the moment they arrived, nothing felt rushed. They carefully explained each step and treated my father with the dignity and respect he deserved, as if he were their own family member. As a special and meaningful touch, they honored his U.S. Army service by covering him with a flag. That gesture meant a great deal to us. I used their service on April 8 th when my husband passed away at St Mary's it was a preplanned service. When we went in to book a date she never asked if I wanted to add anything or if I had all the correct information in the folder, which I didn't. We booked the 13 for the service since family was coming in from east coast. I asked her to get the honor guard and she told me over the phone that the dd214 wasn't in his folder, strike one. So my daughter rushed up there with the correct form. She told me she wasn't sure they would be there. The day my husband was buried my daughter and I were there and to my shock his ashes weren't in the urn I paid extra for. I went back in after weeks and ordered a glass orb with his ashes and another one same with a flag, took months to get. And to top it off I moved to South Carolina without the dd214 and I called her to send it to me and she told me to apply for another one that she couldn't be bothered to find my husbands. I wouldn't do business with them. Your under enough stress as it is when you lose a loved one you don't need that. read more

I'm disappointed in this place. While prices are affordable, the staff is pretty terrible. Michelle is by far the worst at communicating with customers and she needs to work on her customer service skills. Not sure if she has things going on in her life but she comes off very rude at times which is completely shocking considering the sensitivity of the business she's in. My mother passed and we decided to go with this place for cremation services. We also purchased some of the jewelry that features my mother's fingerprint. The total for the jewelry was almost the cost of the cremation but it's what we chose, and I figured you can't really think about cost when thinking of losing my mother. I live out of state and had been communicating with Michelle via email. When we were finally ready to place the order, she informs me there's an extra charge to use my credit card. I really can't stand when businesses charge you an extra fee to use a card as payment, and at this point, my thought is these businesses will do this because they know you'll pay it. So I then asked Michelle what the other payment options were and she said 'you can drop off a check' knowing dang well I live out of state. Did she forget that - not likely... and the tone of her email just ticked me off. I reminded her I don't live there and could I mail it, and she responded that I could but she can't place the order until she receives the check... okayyyyy. I ended up just paying with my card. So the jewelry comes in 2 days ago. She calls and leaves me a message. I couldn't reach out to her yet for a variety of reasons called life and she then sends me an email the next day with 'YOUR JEWELRY IS IN... PLEASE CALL MY OFFICE'... shouty capitals I don't do well with especially since I know your intent using those capital letters. Does she not know email etiquette, or again, she's just purposefully being rude. So, it's just unfortunate... it's already a difficult time, and I just can't deal with insensitive folks right now. read more

My family and I recently lost my grandmother. My aunt and my mom have been dealing with all of the arrangements, cremation being apart of it. My aunt went to pick up my grandmothers ashes here and the staff including the owner were disappointingly unprofessional and showed no sense of compassion to her at all. The owner, instead of being apologetic for the lengthy time it took to get my grandmothers ashes back, proceeded to tell my aunt how she is under staffed, as the excuse and how she made no money off my grandmothers cremation. That response in itself shows this company takes no accountability for their mistakes and has no pride in what they do. Myself and my family would never recommend this company to anyone, especially given the circumstances. read more

The old staff is gone and the new staff are wonderful! Michelle and Lilly are the most caring people I've ever met. It looks like the owner has given it a makeover inside, too, and I noticed there's a lot more product choice and service like jewelry options. I told my friends about it and one of them signed up their mom for pre-need. That's where you can make all the arrangements in advance. My neighbor used them when his father-in-law passed and he said everything went smoothly from the first phone call. I used their 'scatter at sea' service for my father's ashes and it was the most personal, beautiful experience I could have ever imagined. And like their name says -- they were the most affordable by far. I checked around and they have the best staff, the nicest facility, and really competitive prices. They won my trust! read more

Would recommend these wonderful caring people to anyone that has a loved one close to demise. The staff are understanding and gentle as well as efficient. I even called late one night and spoke to the owner who answered, and she was more than kind and calming in a tense time for myself and my Family. Very Nice place. I was told they would pick up my husband within 90 mins and they were totally on time and very respectful towards my family and I. I would definately recommend them. Be very careful with this company, it does not pay attention to loved ones, they give out the wrong loved ones to the wrong mortuaries, in one case a decedent was hours away from being cremated who was not supposed to be cremated, they also do removals and stack bodies on top of each other which is against the law , and that causes identification mishaps. read more

Had my mother cremated there and they were very professional. They came to the house to pick up my mother and we're very caring. Very affordable compared to a funeral home cremation. They also sell urns and keepsakes for alot less than a mortuary. The only negative was that it took 10 days to get the ashes which was expected as they said it takes 5 to 10 business days, but they had no control over the time it took for the doctor to sign off on it and the paperwork filing. They are located in an industrial park and wouldn't even know that this was a crematorium. Thank you again. read more

Very poor customer service. She had our family waiting for over 5 hours for my father to be picked up. We literally sat there until 9 at night. I called the first time just to see what the problem was with him being picked up and she was very helpful and told me that she would keep me updated. The second time I called she was very rude with me. She would not tell me when his remains would be ready and she would not answer any of my questions, despite the fact that in our previous conversation she told me she would keep me updated. I do not recommend these people to care for your loved one. Please find a different cremation service. Worst experience ever. read more
