I requested to have that part filled out, then I'd sign because why would I sign it when the space for the cost wasn't specified? They refused and said I can just cancel my appt if I didn't want to sign it, so I did. The person helping me continued to have a very privileged attitude, telling me I shouldn't care because my insurance was covering it. She kept asking if i expected my insurance to be canceled and I shouldn't worry about it. She has no idea what my situation is and it's too bad she's pushing her own privilege onto people who are likely vulnerable. Be careful what you're singing!
