Omg where do I begin. The receptionist were very friendly, but it's whoever is in charge of running…read morethings or updating their new computers system or telephone system. First they never answered when I try calling couple of weeks & I even emailed them but never got a reply back. I was scheduled today and I even filled out all the documents that was emailed to me a month ago, so that I didn't have to do that at the office, plus I requested from my job for couple of hours for this appointment today. Anyways the receptionist said I had to sign the consent form, which I did all that online but I guess not everything was signed. So now I'm sitting waiting to be called to speak with the specialist and nothing. By then I was so frustrated and I went to tell the receptionist isn't the counselor ready for me yet, and she said yes but theirs still more forms that you need to fill out, now I was getting upset and told her I filled out everything online when you guys emailed me the website. Then she says nothing is showing up that they got a new system and nothing was transferred. I than said how horrible the system runs here in this place and I wasted my time and money, which thankfully I got back. I told them I'm no longer coming back to this place again. I was hesitant to come at first because I saw the reviews how horrible it was here, but I wanted to give them a chance. So please review before going here. It was the fee notice that had a blank line for the actual cost of the sessions. I requested to have that part filled out, then I'd sign because why would I sign it when the space for the cost wasn't specified? They refused and said I can just cancel my appt if I didn't want to sign it, so I did. The person helping me continued to have a very privileged attitude, telling me I shouldn't care because my insurance was covering it. She kept asking if i expected my insurance to be canceled and I shouldn't worry about it. She has no idea what my situation is and it's too bad she's pushing her own privilege onto people who are likely vulnerable. Be careful what you're singing!

This is an awful person. An absolute terrible excuse for a human being. She treats her staff like…read moreshit. Her business ethics are questionable and borderline illegal. She pays her staff a mere $35 an hour, will try to get out of paying for required trainings, and then only pay $16.50 an hour for them. She does not disclose the pay difference in the employment contract and then you are shocked when your first check discloses the pay rate. They control your schedule and will schedule clients on separate days and separate times so that you are required to come in for two hours, but four hours apart. Also, it is gig work and you only get benefits if you are full time, but they do not give you enough clients to be full time. If she treats her staff like this, imagine how she treats the clients.
