As a hypnotherapist myself I am quite particular about who I trust when I receive hypnosis. I trusted Keridwyn instinctually and after a session I will say that she fully exceeded expectations. She has a very solid grounding in both the science and the art of hypnosis, communicates beautifully, and has skillful mastery of all her tools. I highly recommend anyone curious about hypnosis work with Keridwyn whether in person or on zoom. read more

Working with Keridwyn to address my lifelong fear of public speaking was genuinely transformative. In my leadership roles, speaking publicly is not optional, yet it has always triggered intense physiological dysregulation for me. Keridwyn provided practical, immediately applicable tools that helped me regain control of my body in high-pressure moments, which alone would have been invaluable. What set her apart, however, was the depth and rigor of her approach. She didn't treat my fear as a surface-level confidence issue; she approached it as a complex, layered pattern shaped over decades. With intellectual precision and care, she helped me understand the underlying drivers of my anxiety and systematically worked through them. No aspect was overlooked. The result was not just improved performance, but a meaningful rewiring of how I relate to public speaking altogether. I HIGHLY recommend her! read more

I am so thankful to have found Keridwyn! She has significantly helped me with my anxiety and panic attacks, and her strategies are reassuring, creative and effective. I'm not sure what I would've done without her help, so I'm forever grateful to have worked with her. I recommend her all the time to my friends and family. Thanks for everything, Keridwyn! read more

I did a quick Google search to find a hypnotist who could help me beat my nail-biting problem. I have bitten my fingernails since early childhood and while I am now in my late-thirties...I knew it was time to stop, but I needed help. I am a skeptic about hypnosis and I always have been. However, Keridwyn assured me that hypnosis through Zoom could work, and that if I was willing to the internal work, that it would ultimately work for me in the long run. Right from the beginning of our session, Keridwyn asked a lot of questions to get to know me and to build up a mental profile so that she could assist me in finding the root cause, anxiety. Needless to say, Keridwyn is amazing at what she does. I have not bitten my fingernails since my second session with her! I recommend her services and will see her again if I need it. Thank you! read more

I was skeptical, actually very skeptical. With my wife's encouragement from her own very positive experience, I tried this and was shocked how well it worked. Importantly, I was never not in control or under any influence where I could not walk away. I just allowed myself to be present and open to things I know nothing about. I don't know what I don't know! I hope you give this a try. You just might be shocked as well by wonderful results. read more

I have been working with Keridwyn for a few months now to help with some reacquiring issues that arise for me. From the first session, Keridwyn gave me the tools I needed to overcome a fear I've been struggling with for years. I'd never tried hypnotherapy before, but she explained everything thoroughly and made me feel comfortable the entire time. After meeting with her, I felt more confident and relaxed. Some of the exercises she's given me, I've used for other parts of my life too. I look forward to seeing what we tackle in future sessions! read more

Let me just start by saying this, I have never been one to prioritize my health or self care. When I was near the end of my ropes with a new baby, husband switching his job, and balancing being a working mom o realized I needed some help with how I managed my stress and anxiety. enters Keridwyn. Honestly never felt so heard and comfortable. She provides a safe place for you to go and acknowledge the root of your anxiety. In truth, she's warm and welcoming. I have seen her about 4-5 sessions now and feel so much better. Definitely worth the time and money. read more

I went to see Keridwyn late summer for a lifelong bad habit of picking/biting my nails. She immediately made me feel comfortable and has the most wonderful, empathetic demeanor. Before we met, she was transparent in giving me an idea how many sessions it might take. After just the first session, I experienced immediate positive results. There were some very interesting, synergistic things that came out of our session. The second session locked things in, and here I am, three months later (in which time, I had a very traumatic experience that could have set me back) and my nails are great and I have no inclination to revert. I recommended her to a friend who also had very positive results. I wouldn't hesitate to see her again to help with other issues. read more

Keridwyn Deller Hypnotherapy - Hypnosis/Hypnotherapy Near Me - Seattle, Washington

Without getting too personal, I saw Keridwyn for some unhealthy addictions I have been facing since childhood. I had never done hypnotherapy before, so I honestly wasn't sure what to expect. I knew what I wanted to focus on and the problems I was looking to overcome, but wasn't sure of how hypnotherapy worked beyond that. Keridwyn did a great job of explaining the process and allowed me to ask my many questions to put my mind at ease before we began. I am pretty good at picking up on energy and can immediately tell if I feel safe in my surroundings and if I'm going to connect with another person. I immediately felt a sense of calmness and security when I sat down in Keridwyns office. After spending a good amount of time discussing what I was looking to dive deeper into, we began our session. Fast forward about 1 hour later, and I walked away feeling a sense of peacefulness and that my subconscious had reacted to our session. After our 1st session, I had minor homework that really kept me focused on reaching my goals, and I loved that Keridwyn gave me tools and techniques to help me overcome my obstacles should I have an temptations or urges post session. Net - I knew she was there to help give me guidance and support if needed. I had a 2nd successful session this past weekend, and feel between the 1st and 2nd I've met great progress and I'm looking forward to continuing my work with Keridywn! To note, everyone will come out of their session with a different feeling, and there isn't a right and wrong way of how you react, but I believe you react how your body feels is best for you. I have spent a great amount of time focusing on my mind, body and spirit over the past couple of years, and I believe Keridwyn came into my life at the right time for when she was most needed. If you aren't sure hypnotherapy is for you, I would say give it a shot - you have nothing to lose and you won't regret working with Keridwyn :) read more

I was plagued with anxieties that were bi products of past relationships. They were making me miserable, I was saying yes to things I didn't want to do. I felt obligated all the time. My happiness and fulfillment were constantly taking a hit from these anxieties. I felt not good enough. I was desperate to change how much power these anxieties had over me. I was really ready for change but I didn't know how to get it. Working with Keridwyn was a game changer for me! She asked me about my goals and wanted me to be specific. I decided I wanted to work on self doubt as our first target. The first session together was an interesting exploration of where this doubt manifests and how it has impacted me positively and negatively through my life. After our session so many things began to change for me. The negative self talk I had daily battles with began to unplug. It's power over me and my decisions started to change in big ways! I feel amazed by how much progress I made and how gentile of a process it was. I am looking forward to exploring hypnotherapy with Keridwyn and exploring this tool for myself. I really enjoyed my session with Keridwyn. It was my first time to try hypnotherapy. I knew a lot about it before meeting with her and had read a great book about it as well. I sought her out as there was a recurring issue I had been struggling to overcome with little success. I read the reviews on yelp for Keridwyn and decided to give it a go. Granted, I found her while on vacation in Seattle yet I am so grateful. Since our session, I have not had a problem with what I went in there for and have not really thought about this problem. I think it was the perfect storm of therapy and desire which created a change in my life, heart and mind. I think if anyone is struggling with something in their life, hypnotherapy is a great option to consider. Thank you Keridwyn for moving your schedule around to accommodate mine and for helping me with this challenge I was facing. read more

Amazing. I worked with Keridwyn via Zoom only. The work was deep, subtle, but powerful. It's not natural for me to speak my thoughts, express my feelings or even want to explore them. However, I needed help and felt totally at peace with Her. Keridwyn is friendly, thought provoking and cares about my goals. She's a deep listener and her ability to dig and guide me through my sessions were powerful and relaxing. My goals became crystallized and - my concerns addressed. I truly felt my work with Keridwyn was beyond measure. I'll keep working with her as needed. Thank you and hope you find others to help! read more

I recently saw Keridwyn for a hypnotherapy session, and she was outstanding! I wasn't sure what to expect as I had never had a hypnotherapy session before, but I was very pleasantly surprised. Keridwyn is warm, caring, knowledgeable and genuine. She was patient at explaining the process and did not try to control the outcomes. She allows lots of time for questions and explanations. I was surprised at how many useful tools I was provided from the session. I've been able to apply those tools to real life situations since my session, and am already seeing a shift in the areas I want to shift and change in my life. I cannot recommend Keridwyn enough! read more

I wanted to write you and thank you for the work we did together early this summer. The focus of our sessions was on choosing to work with an open and growth mindset and living a life full of possibilities. It I believe had some pretty profound effects in opening up and getting me started on a really great path. A new job, Tony Robbins event, a kick-ass morning routine which primes me for the day, fewer fights with my girlfriend, I'm looking into coaching. So much growth! So thank you very much! For others looking into this. Hypnotherapy may be a little woo woo. But it has real results. Give it a try theres really nothing to loose! Only growth and possibilities! read more

I highly recommend Keridywn for her style and effectiveness. She is focused, compassionate and very competent. We worked together four times, each with a slightly different root issue. I had been considering hypnosis for years. Mostly for losing weight. Now at 55, I had had enough of my addiction to sugar. I could not shake it by myself. Ironically, I found Keridwyn on Yelp. I had a very nice exchange via email with her. After discussing what I was looking for, we set up two online appointments. I've since done both sessions and here are the results. It has been one month exactly, and I have not had candy, cake, pie, ice cream (my biggest vice) since that first session. I had no idea if this would work or how well it would work. But I don't even salivate when thinking about Haagen Daz Chocolotate Chocolate Chip ice cream. Keridwyn gives you the tools you need to kick these habits. All I know is that if I ever have another issue I need help with, she will be the person I contact. Thank you, Keridwyn. It was not the experience I expected. It was 100 times better. read more

Hypno is not what you think it is! I started a skeptic and ended empowered and relieved. Hypno helped me access and reframe ways of thinking I thought were just part of who I was. I have been to cognitive therapy many times and had exhausted "talking about it." I needed real change and Keridwyn helped me develop the practical tools I needed to move forward. I just have to say that hypno doesn't do it for you. You have to do the work but if you do, you will leave empowered to continue the journey. Keridwyn is compassionate, present and genuine. I felt safe to be myself, be vulnerable and create change. I highly recommend Hypnotherapy with Keridwyn. Whether you need to address past trauma or realize future goals hypno can truly help you access the power you have to change and heal. read more
