I'm currently in the showroom , I see 7 people and not one has asked me if I'm looking for a vehicle. I'm actually looking at buying a truck and no one has asked me if I need help. Few guys are talking about football/ gambling , that's where I guess they make their money. Actually someone did talk to me, he ask if I would move so he could take pics of the truck I was looking at . Could have a easy sale. I'm doing this review since I've been in the showroom for 45 mins. Here's the truck I want, I will be going else where. Shocking service, complete bellends

bought 2nd truck here, wont be another. Windshield loose, as in can put your fingers through the opening, tailgate falling down. Spent 30g on this truck, yet Larry the helpful sales guy, and the manager Shawn wont fix this even though the inspection says its fine. So im taking a new used truck a week in to another repair shop, crazy So what im saying is, the inspection form I found to be inaccurate, and I need more money to fix my new truck Terrible experience, there is many other places to buy from
I have been getting my service done at Kentwood ever since I bought my car. It was convenient to where I use to live on the North side, but now that I am on the west I still find myself going here for my service. I really like how easy it is to book my service appointments. I just go online and put what I'd like and within 20 minutes I normally receive a call back to confirm. Dropping off my car is super simple as well. You just drive up and a service person who is available will help right away. Today I dropped off my car and my services were complete within 45 minutes. They also made sure to explain everything to me completely before doing any work to my vehicle. They ensure that I know if there's extras that will be helpful and if they are additional charges. I recommend any ford drivers to check out kentwood. They've been nothing but wonderful when I have gone in. read more

Salesman will ghost you after you sign which is typical of them. Salesman will also lie about your credit report and state they don't have to pull credit again after I got an approval for another vehicle(changed my mind). Salesman will also lie about giving you 50$ personally. Salesman and dealership will ghost you about an issue that was to be fixed as part of the deal. I have given this place a lot of business and it's gone downhill. It's a shame as I was going to give 6 out of 5 for my experience prior to signing the papers. Now... 0 stars! read more

After two decades of buying new Ford vehicles with Kentwood Ford, we will never return again. Out last experience in March 2025 was far from pleasant. we were greeted by an employe, professionally dressed, who preceded to hop onto his knees in his chair like a toddler and said, "oh this is ha I like to sit", and continued the conversation of offering very little for our trade. He did not seem to know what he was doing. Furthermore, when we were signing papers in finance, music was blaring that it was hard to hear the finance person. the music was not only loud, it was vulgar with lots of racism and swearing rap. needless to say. This dealership has dropped levels on professionalism, costumer courtesy and class. We will not be returning to this dealership. we have purchased more than twenty vehicles from this dealership when it was under different management and dealt with an amazing sales guy Kosta. with the new management, they moved him. Poor choice as the newly hired fresh out of high school pretty boys did not know their stuff like the previous sales people. read more

It has been years since I have dealt with Kentwood Ford and no matter, how many times I tell them to STOP calling me ........ they continue to harass me. Every 3 or 4 months I get phone calls asking if I'm happy with vehicle and now ........ they have started texting me! If you ever want to be harassed by a car dealership, call these guys! I took my 2018 Ford F-150 Lariat in for it's regular servicing to Kentwood Ford on Friday June 28th as I have many times before. There was also a recall notice to get done. I had also asked them to check a few other minor things. When I took my truck in, it was in pristine condition, there were no nicks, rubs, scratches, or dents. During the time my truck was in their care and custody, my wheels (tires and Rims) were stolen and truck body was damaged. I asked how it gets handled and the response was 'We're looking into what we can do for you". I was told the police had been on scene and started a file. I went to the dealership to speak with the service team and spoke with 3 separate people including the operations manager. They immediately wanted me to go through my insurance as they claimed they had no responsibility for the damages or theft, I disputed this adamantly as my truck was on their lot and under their care and control. They advised me that they have ZERO INSURANCE TO COVER CUSTOMER UNITS. But also said they're a business so they will do service but if something happens, that's on the customer. It was also during this time that they informed me that the police had not been called and in fact no report had been made at all. They advised and tried to convince me that making a comprehensive claim wouldn't affect my insurance rating. I did talk to my insurance provider for advice though. I was advised to push a little harder to get the the service owed as they see these kind of things all the time. I went back in and advised I would not be going through insurance and that they should return the vehicle back to me in it's original condition. They agreed that they would take tires off of a new truck off of the lot, to do an inspection for any hidden damage. On inspection of my vehicle, very quickly, I found that there was more damage to the vehicle than was originally told to me. They fought me on what was pre-existing damage despite looking at their own pictures that they took when I checked the vehicle in showing no damage at all. A few days later, July 10th, I decided to call the police to find out more details of the event. I spoke with an officer who was able to confirm a report was made on JULY 9th at 2:08PM, This means, Kentwood did not call the police to report the incident for 6 days after. the theft. I don't know about you, but if my business was broken into, I would be calling the police pretty quickly. I got a call on July 10th and was advised that my truck was ready for pick-up. I was told that the body damage & flare had been repaired, new wheels were put on and as a courtesy, they had put locking nuts on the truck. Upon arrival I saw my vehicle parked outside the service bay. I pulled out my phone to make a recording of how it looked; There were now nicks, scratches and rubs EVERYWHERE. To their credit, there were new tires and rims on the truck and the flare had been replaced. The original body damage hadn't been touched and as mentioned there was new damage on both sides. Of course, the promised locking lugs were also not on the truck. I refused to sign the documents agreeing that the contract was fulfilled as clearly it was not. I DID NOT get my vehicle back in the same condition as I given it. All I wanted was my truck back in the same condition in which I gave it to them. I guess that's to much to ask of the Kentwood Ford service team. I have been dealing with Kentwood Ford for YEARS and GoAuto for even longer I have purchased 3 trucks with Kentwood and NEVER had a problem with the sales team. ALL of my service and parts orders have gone to Kentwood. Thousands upon thousands of dollars over the years. That all stops now. To anyone reading this. I STRONGLY urge you to steer clear of Kentwood Ford's service team. It is my opinion that they deal underhandedly, dishonestly and in bad faith. They will push responsibility to you, the customer, even when the fault is their own. read more

don't even think about coming to this dealership. worse experience I've had with my car. they told me stuff that didn't make any sense at all. my batteries we're basically brand new and they said changing it would solve almost all the problems and it did absolutely nothing, they made me pay so much for literally no reason. read more

Kentwood Ford is a dealership to stay away from. I traded my truck in for a vehicle that is more affordable in payments. The deal I got from Kentwood Ford was shady. I was sold warranty for the new vehicle only to find out three months down the road that the warranty was void on the day the deal was made; which cause so much negative equity in the car loan that the car can not be traded for almost a year. The vehicle is a 2019 and it does not suit my family, we can not use it for a family car when my boyfriend joins us for a family outing and it uses a lot of gas (which drains my tight family budget, and being a single mom that is not good). I had someone working with me on my behalf and when they were talking to staff at Kentwood about the shady deal they put me in, the staff member of Kentwood Ford laughed and thought it was a joke. So I highly recommend people to stay away from Kentwood Ford and go some else. The staff of Kentwood Ford thinks it's a joke when they put someone in a car loan with whole a lot of negative equity and don't want to help the person. I am a single mom who got taken and so now I am telling people to stay away from this dealership, Kentwood Ford. read more

Giving a one star rating is even too much. I am tired of Kentwood Ford calling me every few months and telling me that they can help reduce my payments with another vehicle. Every time I tell the staff what I want, they say they will see what they can do and then no one ever gets back to me following this. I don't care if they can't get me a better deal or not. STOP calling me to harass me. Further, I just want to say the service department at Kentwood Ford is no better. Just recently I had some work done. They did a horrible job and not to mention the mechanics left their grimy hand prints on the inside of my roof. I had asked this to be cleaned at the time I brought it in a second time to be serviced and this did not occur. My vehicle still has the fingerprints. There are other issues that I asked to be fixed and they were poorly done. read more

Terrible communication. When confronted with mistake complete lack of accountability and passing of the buck. Assistant manager (Lori?) immediately combative and defensive. Confused and disorganized team that were very unhelpful and delayed problem solving in an effort to waste my time to the point of me giving up and leaving. Garbage. This is on top of me having to come a second time because they didn't have the part in time for the first appointment but didn't call to tell me until after dropping it off. Hours of work time scheduled off and pay wasted due to incompetence. Staff seem well meaning but overall a disorganized mess. read more

Took my vehicle in for a standard oil change, tire rotation and oil filter change. Received vehicle back with greasy marks all over, rims scuffed (not the lug nut, this was agreed upon) and was slapped with an extra $10 on my bill because the labor fee went up. When I inquired about why it went up I was given "prices go up, that's why". Also, it was very concerning that my dash cam was unplugged during the service. I found out when I noticed my power cable dangling from above. When I asked why this was done without contacting me I was told it was policy and for no other reason. Dubious answer at best. When it came time to pay it took about 20 minutes since my points were somehow on someone else's card. This was my 3rd and last service here. Don't go here for vehicle service or to buy a car. read more
Shortly after Kentwood's damage control guy responded to my review below, I decided to take him up on his offer of contacting him in an effort to work things out. I guess I'm just a glutton for punishment. I don't know why I expected these people to be any more humane than they were before. I wrote Mr. Pilip (if that is his real name) a polite, thoughtful email about my experience at the dealership. That was almost a month ago. He has not responded. Not even so much as an out-of-office reply. Imagine that. I suspect that Kentwood are only responding to our negative reviews for show - to make it appear to the public that they give a rat's ass. There is something about Mr. Pilip's wording below that implies he never wanted to talk to me anyway: "I'll understand if you don't want to contact me regarding your experience..." It looks like he was trying to put it out there that he didn't want to hear from me. I picture him typing that line with his fingers crossed on one hand as he hoped I wouldn't respond. Notice in Kentwood's response to Gary C's review that the person who contacted him is named Ashley Roy. Casey Pilip responded to Amanda F's review as well as mine. Note how Ashley and Casey are using the same profile picture. Does anyone else think that that is weird? Maybe it's not the same photo and they just look a lot alike. Dear Kentwood Ford, You've made it clear to us that customer service is slightly higher on your priority list than getting shipwrecked. Don't bother responding to this review. I'd tell you to delete my email too but I'm sure you already have. read more

Hi Jeff. My name is Casey Pilip and I work at Kentwood Ford with the…
At 63,000 my Ford F-150 developed steering problems. Kentwood replaced the steering rack, lines, and pump. They refused to help me get it covered under warranty with Ford. Now at 75,000 the truck is sitting at a dealership in Red Deer. The mechanic here tells me the vehicle needs a steering rack. Based on information from an electronic tachograph I know that Kentwood had my vehicle in their shop for no more than 3.5 hours. They billed me for 8 hours for the original job. The fact the steering rack has failed a second time has me more upset with the Service Department at Kentwood. I called Kentwood and discovered Ashley Roy is no longer General Manager. His replacement is Kevin Allison. Kevin is fairly easy to talk with and was helpful. The steering rack will be replaced under the Ford Service Warranty. No money out of my pocket though I have the hassle of being without my vehicle for three days in a city that is two hours from where I live. This incident supports my theory that Kentwood Service did not do a proper job in the first place. Please read my previous reviews of Kentwood for the background to my story. Though my experience with Kevin was positive, I am not quite ready to increase my star rating or visit this dealership again. read more

We bought my husband's Ford truck from Kentwood over 4 years ago. We were treated very well and my husband is STILL driving his Ford and has been very happy with it. When we are ready for a new truck for him, we will definitely go back to Kentwood because we were pleased with the service and the vehicle we purchased. I know it is possible for an individual to have a bad experience at a particular business but I wanted to point that our experience with this company was very good. If Kentwood Ford were as bad as these other reviews indicate, I think they would be out of business by now. read more

I bought a new 2014 Ford Fusion SE from here at the end of December and have been having nothing but problems getting the initial service done on this vehicle. I was supposed to get an under coating and winter tires placed on the vehicle. I was scheduled for a Friday and was told to come back Saturday morning to pick up the car, they gave me a loaner vehicle for my trouble. I arrived Saturday morning to find myself forced to wait an hour while they picked my car up from where ever it was... when they finally gave me the keys I went outside to find the tires were not put on. They apologized and said I could have the loaner car again and that they will have the work done on Monday morning. Monday roles around and I decide to call them instead of picking it up, they let me know they JUST received the keys and it will be done for Tuesday but I can keep the loaner car. Tuesday comes and this time they contact me saying it's done. SO I went down to the dealership again only to find out the undercoat had still not been done. They tell me they will schedule a new day sometime a week later. Well they day they gave me over the phone comes and I am there at 7:45 AM to pick up my car. Hold the phone, turns out the date was the day before and they don't have a rental. There is a promise made to call me to book another time. It has been two weeks and still no call. I will be calling this week to determine my next course of action but clearly this place was a mistake in purchasing my vehicle. read more

My friend dragged me in to Kentwood to help her make sure she was getting a good deal on her new Escape. The sales guy we spoke with (Kran) was really friendly, super professional and didn't come off as your typical pushy car salesman. I was expecting to hear a sales pitch when he brought in his manager (Nabeel), but the manager seemed pretty knowledgeable about financing options and was able to answer quite a few questions for us. We shopped around at several dealerships when we were looking for a car and this one seemed to be the most straightforward, no bullsh*t place as far as salespeople go. Service was above average. Highly recommend! read more

Ahhhh, my favorite Ford Dealership that I could not recommend... This guys are a piece of work.... I have bought my 2009 F150 XLT Super Crew Cab.... I have bought the vehicle in July 12th 2013 - The reason I went there because my old sales man from TEAM FORD "Please Check My Review On Them" I traded my 2010 Ford Edge took a little while to fight with the sales man and the management in order to get what I wanted for my trade in... There initial offers were $15000 and I managed to get the trade in offer to $17000 after a lengthy discussion and a yelling match between myself and the Manager but not with the sales man... They tried there old tricks in the book about the black book sale and there retail and the hole BS that no one ever believes... We found the truck that I wanted however it had some issues and somehow passed through there award winning reconditioning department witch I believe that the people that work there are either blind or incapable of doing there jobs.. But never the less I explained my concerns to the Sales Man and the management... NO PROBLEM they said... Yes big problem issues were, dents, scrapes of large proportion and missing tire wheel under covers, as well as several plastic defects... 3 different scheduled pickups to say that the vehicle was done all 2 times nothing was done.. No work no paint no changes, were done to the vehicle on the 3rd time of me refusing to pick up the truck finally some of the damages were fixed at some to little extent.. The truck was supposed to be also undercoated, well that was not done very well just where you could see where the wheels are and that's it... Paid dealership cost $400.00 for a spray can work... To me it shows you on what people that work there takes pride in... I sent it back and ask them to do another good job on the undercoating... Sales managers NO Problem it will be done.. Still not done after a lengthy battle with them still not done.. I had to pull the truck out of the lot - every time I came back to the dealership another bump and scrape on the truck ... Went to the vehicle sign out station.. No secondary key... No issue said the Manger there we will get you one... Also I asked him to look at the work it was done on the truck to see what type of job it was done - he wrote on the discharge that poor work was done and needed a secondary keys for the truck... Still to this day the truck is not signed out from Kentwood Ford manger would not allow me to sign or to keep a copy at all I am not able to talk to anyone there cause no one wants to deal with this situation.. Just to make things even better for myself - my sales man was FIRED 2 weeks after i got my truck in August 1st 2013 PLEASE DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DO NOT BUY NOTHING FROM KENTWOOD FORD GO TO ANY OTHER DEALER SHIP read more

So I thought I was being a bit anal with the emails, making sure everything was ready and I had all my ducks in a row for my tire install this morning. Sadly I was not thorough enough, after booking time off work (at considerable cost) making sure I had the rims and my wife had a vehicle to get her to work, receiving the confirmation phone call regarding the appointment, I arrived all set this morning to discover that the tires had not been ordered from storage. I didn't realise I had to make sure that whoever was in charge of ordering tires from storage knew what they were doing. Now I realise for Kentwood Ford it's a minor inconvenience and maybe a little bit embarrassing but for your customer it is unacceptable. If I had come in from out of town I would be a lot madder than I am but regardless of where I am coming from for Kentwood Ford to "forget" to order the tires from storage is totally unacceptable. As such apparently the tires will now arrive tomorrow at which point I will come pick them up and take them somewhere else to get done. Small loss of cash to you but word of mouth and recommendations are worth a lot more than cash. read more

Had an appionment to have a tire fixed, when I went in there I asked how much would they charge to obtain my vehicles factory door code I was told that the only way to do it was to hook it up to a computer and there would be a charge of $50.00. I cancelled my appointment right then as the factory code is listed in the driver's side fuse box. The dealership said that Ford did not tell them that it was there, however, the new car sales people were aware it was there. So either Ford is keeping secrets from their service departments or this particular service department will buckle and dime you for every single charge then can. They are not only not trustworthy, but the service manager called me names. Not only that, but when I told the general manager the situation, he pointed to my 2009 Ford edge and said"you mean that old car? ". So apparently they don't respect you unless you drive a certain level of vehicle. read more

I walked in the door to a nice clean and inviting environment. I was greeted by a friendly employee, Danielle. She personally took me to the sales department which is what I was looking for. I guess I walked in the wrong door as there wasn't parking where I should've been able to park. Either way. No wrong doors there. Everyone was polite and professional and I was still able to start the process of buying a car. I dealt with Stuart McKay. I'm now purchasing my first car!! The finance department are super helpful and informative. Stuart is helping me find a car that's right for me and Danielle in service has been superb! I had a relatively good experience at kentwood Ford. I saw the vehicle I wanted online and it basically sold itself to me. Dil was the salesman, not pushy at all. I took one star off for the truck not being detailed enough (there were dirt smudges all over)and one star for the fact the manager drove this truck as a demo and did not take enough off the price tag considering that fact (most likely was his dirt)and I think a better deal could've been given to me for being a #ymmfire victim. However loui in finance was nice and I'm enjoying my truck. I would suggest they get away from their inhouse Go Card and give cash. In hindsight I should've pushed them to throw in a Bed liner or tonneau. My only other complaint was it seemed to take an eternity for the paperwork. For a $500 dollar go card I'd tell each and everyone of you to buy at kentwood Ford. Two words - DON'T GO!! Should have known when I walked in and it felt like I was a piece of meat being circled by dozens of hungry vultures - EEEEK!! Walked in knowing exactly what I wanted and exactly what I wanted to pay for it. Made that very clear to the salesman (Scotty) and also mentioned that I hate pressure sales and am very price sensitive. Scotty was a pleasure to deal with - he did all the sales work (showed me the car, test drove it with me, etc...). Told him that I had two requirements; 1- the car must be red; 2-it must have heated seats. Then it came to talking price. They found a car that was almost what I wanted but had some packages with it that were of no interest to me and the price was too high. When Scotty saw that I wasn't going to be easily persuaded to pay the ticket price on the car he invited his manager Sam to come chat with me. Well Sam and I didn't see eye to eye so to speak. Told me the only way to get my price was to go with the BASE model - which did not come in red or with heated seats, offered me eff-all for my trade and lied to me (as I have been told) about the fact that I would not qualify for the free winter tires and rims program being offered unless I went with the upgraded model. I found that the pressure sales guy, Sam, was rude and condescending. The fact that I hate car salesmen to begin with did not bode well for Sam's attempt to pressure me into buying something that was more than what I needed or to settle for something that was less than what I wanted. The last thing he said to me was if you can find a better price then go for it because you won't get it here. Well that's exactly what I did. Gotta say, the next FORD dealership who actually SOLD me the car I wanted for the price I wanted to pay was a completely different/pleasant experience (review for Sherwood Ford to follow). All they had to do was expand their search and find my dream car in BC...Oh, and offer me a little more than peanuts for my trade. I find it interesting that when it comes to the 'go-auto' group I have yet to hear of one person who has had a pleasant experience. I hear the same thing - slimy pressure sales techniques used and terrible customer service. I have also noticed that management at 'go-auto' is quick to respond to a complaint but nothing EVER seems to really come of it. (March 16, 2012 - as per the owner comment below I did email this guy. Surprise, Surpise I did not hear a thing back LOL!! Who called it...?) Since I can't give this place no stars - this entire star belongs to Scotty (who like I had mentioned was a pleasure to deal with)! Rob at Sherwood ford appreciates all the effort you put into selling me my car! read more

Hi Amanda. My name is Casey Pilip and I work very closely with the Go…
Went in for a test drive. First thing i was offered coffee or a water and a chair. Second was we were made to do a credit check. After this our salesperson asked if we were prepared to business today. I told her we came in for a test drive and then I felt our service level drop. Was not told any numbers and basically felt she was keeping the prices a secret and felt we could only see her perception of what we could afford and felt she didn't have our best interests in mind. I also felt I have no idea what different options and choices I had between a 2014 and a 2015 and learned more in a 30 second commercial then a 30 minute meeting. I would not recommend this dealership unless you want to be judged. read more

Stay away from this dealership at all cost. The worst experience I have ever had in any business capacity. They had their BBB status revoked due to failing to reply to customer complaints. How brutal do you have to be to have your BBB status revoked. All the other Ford dealers in Edmonton have an accredited business status. Had major concerns with a vehicle I bought there from day one and they did nothing about it, instead just tried to sell me another one and make me a pay a premium. Read the rest of the reviews on this site, what does that say about this company!! Not to mention the go auto group Customer bill of rights that states a guarantee of 3 months 5000km on a used vehicle and I had nothing done for me what so ever. Nice guarantee, just like their warranty not worth the paper its printed on. Why make a guarantee if your not going to honour it. The worst case of false advertisement I have ever seen! Like a previous post says they didn't allow for no stars as a rating because that clearly is what this dealership deserves!!! read more

Having used carcostcanada, I was enticed by one vehicle and nearly did the deal until I was informed the car had been sold! the next thing there was another car, same thing deal almost done and yet teh car had been a demo for the past month at Teamford Edmonton. No-one knew it was a demo (the computer system still had it for sale) The 3rd vehicle was found (you would have thought I should be running a mile by now) secured with 500 dollar deposit this time, final costs all done only to have ``management`` pull the plug on the deal. WTF is going on. The sales guy was good, but for gods sake take your money elsewhere people. In all my years of buying cars this has been the most bizarre and least customer focused experience EVER. Their service department is extremely unorganized. I have been servicing my car at this dealership for a few years now, and it seems like the service I receive gets crappier and crappier every time. Since I live on the outskirts of the city, I like to wait for my vehicle to get serviced instead of leaving it there for the day. I don't want to have to bother my friends and/or family to come pick me up while I could just wait an hour to get my oil change done. With that in mind, I have been to other dealerships where the service team goes above and beyond to make sure that you don't have to wait for longer than expected, and where they will notify you if there are any delays, etc. However, this is not the experience that I have had over the years at Kentwood Ford. They tell you that your oil change will take approximately an hour, even though it really takes 2+ hours. I had been sitting in the lounge for about an hour and a half when my service advisor walked past and gave me a thumbs up, confirming that they were almost done working on my car, and assured me that it would only take a few extra minutes. 45 minutes go by, and I'm still waiting. Impatient and irritated, I walk back to go see my service advisor and ask what the hold-up is. He tells me: "There seems to be a bug in our system. It turns out that your vehicle has not even been taken into the shop yet. I promise that we will be in right away. Would you be able to wait for another 45 minutes?" At this point, I tell myself that an extra 45 minutes won't make that big of a difference since I had already been wasting a chunk of my day, and that I did not want to have to reschedule an appointment for the same thing to happen again. I went back to the lounge, and sat down for another hour and a half. A different service advisor comes and tells me that my vehicle is ready. The guy I had been dealing with all day was sitting at his desk as we walked towards the back, and completely ignored me. This new guy goes through the report card that was generated by the system, and completely ignores the fact that I HAD BEEN WAITING 3 HOURS AND 45 MINUTES FOR AN OIL CHANGE. I'm sure his buddy told him about it, and asked him to come deal with me so he wouldn't have to face me. I told him that I was very disappointed, and understood that this was probably not his fault, but that it is unacceptable for someone to receive such poor service. I told him that I should have been given a heads-up after an hour or so (the time it usually takes for an oil change) that they were running behind, or that they had a bug in their system, not after 2 hours! This is what he said next: "We apologize. Next time, if you don't want to have to wait for so long, just leave your car with us for the day. That will fix your problem." This is not the first time that I have had issues with these people. Word of advice, don't get your car serviced there. Don't waste your time. read more

Heavy tail light warranty shop. Took my 2002 Ford Mustang to get power window motor repaired and to reconfigure the computer. Cost $500 for Window motor, almost double than anywhere else, $500 for reconfiguration of computer. Didn't even get home before check engine light came on. Hooked up my own obd machine and it red codes of o2 sensor failure and exhaust gas recirculation flow insufficient. Called to see if they would look at it under the warranty of the work they just did. They said no. Very much brings truth to the saying that car dealerships fix a problem but only to create another problem so you keep coming back. Last Ford I'll ever own read more

Do not go to this dealership if you want quality service. I took my vehicle in for a transmission issue.. their fix was to add liquid.. when i took it to a dealership that is not a Go Auto dealer.. they found a leak underneath my truck at the front seal.. it was in plain sight. Even myself could see it and i am not a mechanic.. they lack on communication. Had my truck for just over 3 weeks.. read more

Good experience! Love my truck. Big red F-150. They let me drive it out of the show room! My salesman went over the vehicle with me after I purchased it to make sure I understood how it worked and they're always asking for feedback. When I get it serviced the team is always super nice and try to get me out as quick as possible. They treat me with respect and although I over paid for my truck, that was my own fault for being young and coming by myself haha. read more

Honestly one of the most tedious and slimy car buying experiences of my life. I like the car and some of the staff were nice, but customer service was terrible. Lots of waiting around and feeling like a cog in a wheel. read more

I can't believe I was stupid enough to buy vehicles here. My husband put a deposit down on a used focus. He went back the next day to find out it had been sold to someone else. Ok, mistakes happen but the salesman and manager could have cared less. Basically told my husband to buzz off. A week later the sales man finally called back to try and make things right. They offered him another car at a decent price. When we took deliever of the car, kentwood didn't detail the car (owned by a pig and previous smoker) or fix the windshield that had a gigantic chip. Same thing happened with my brand new edge. They sold us the edge in the color and package we wanted. Only to find out they could not deliver that combination. So, they said to be fair they would upgrade us to something with a few more gadgets. Yay, right? Except they gave us less for our trade in to make up the difference. SItuations like this go on and on... The service dept is run by a gang of ignorant thugs. Not a friendly or intelligent person among the group. FMC can thank Kentwood for my next vehicle purchase being anything BUT a Ford. read more

If you need vehicle service GO FIND ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. As part of GO AUTO this dealership I am still today fighting with and they do not care to find solutions for their customers. My vehicle is in for " extended warranty work" at just 4 k over manufacturer warranty and it's been a nightmare not only do they charge labour costs to look at the various issues on my Escape but then they don't fix a damn thing and say none of it is covered and charge me an inflated cost they are OVERINFLATED LAZY AND INCAPABLE. I brought in my own battery from NAPA AT over 150 less than this dealership was trying to scam me for the service manager is an ASS and clearly doesn't like strong willed women. This service department thrives on the rip off tactic! I'm still fighting the fight since last week and am having to involve AMVIC! read more

After buying 2 vehicles here previously from Scotty "the Bulldog" Olsen, Kentwood Management decided to welch on a deal that was signed. They wrote the odometer on my trade in wrong and a week after I had my new truck at home, told me I had to come in to renegotiate. They would not pay my trade in off, so I told them to shove the truck. They wanted 10K more and the slimy "Jeff" tried to hide the amount after we agreed I would give them 5k more, he tried to screw me out of the other 5K!!! Scotty Olsen is good, but his bosses are terrible, terrible people. Buyer beware here more than usual!!! read more

I had called to have service on my vehicle, which I had purchased at honda go auto. . . . I assumed it didn't matter what go auto you bought your vehicle from. But when I called for service they asked whether I had bought it from there. I replied no. I was soon let go from the phone & never called back . . . I continued to call other go auto's & reached Nissan (go auto). They were pleasant, met all my needs & booked my appointment. I would recommend (Nissan go auto for all your needs) the people on the phone were really. Ice & accommodating. read more

History
Kentwood Ford is where the Go Auto story began. In 1996, Mike Priestner purchased the north Edmonton dealership, founding what would become the Mike Priestner Auto Group and, after a 2008 merger with the Ericksen Auto Group, Go Auto, one of Canada's largest dealership networks with more than 70 locations across Canada and the United States. Through every era of that growth, Kentwood Ford has remained the backbone of the business, serving generations of Edmonton, Sherwood Park, and St. Albert drivers with new and used Ford vehicles for over 40 years. In 2025, the dealership's community leadership was recognized when Jared Priestner and Go Auto's Team Ford received the prestigious Edsel B. Ford II Salute to Dealers Award. Today, Kentwood Ford continues its legacy with a 60-car indoor showroom, full service and parts operations, and the complete slate of Go Auto benefits.

BUYERS BEWARE OF KENTWOOD FORD Do yourself a favor and read this before you waste your time with Kentwood Ford!!! I purchased a 2015 Ford Focus from Kentwood ford in August 2015. It seemed like a fine little car, until I went to bring it in to trade up for my 2016 F150. Turns out it had a transmission issue! I wish I would have turned around and walked out right then & there, and if I would have known what I had in store, I would have. I bought my truck Mid-August 2016, I have wanted a truck of my own as long as I can remember, I almost cried the day I brought it home I was just SO happy to finally have it. It was a pretty blue flame color, and was just perfect for me. 2016 F150 Supercab 3.5 V6. Unfortunately, my experience with Kentwood Ford has completely ruined the whole new-vehicle experience. I find myself looking at the truck in the driveway and instead of being proud and happy about it, I am just upset and frustrated. I'll start with the minor issues, we found a razorblade in the backseat (thank god we didn't have kids to find it first), and the headrest was completely torn underneath the middle front seat. Which they did replace however was still a pain in the ass having to go back there again twice just for that literally like two days after driving it off the lot. The major issues started about a month after I purchased the truck. Came home on a freezing cold night after night shift to my truck completely dead. And if you didn't already know, the 2016 F150s have a common issue of the doors freezing shut and this just so happened to be a really cold night so here I am at 5am not even able to get the door open to get out of the cold because its frozen. So I have to call my boyfriend who was on his way to work, too come help me. He brought booster cables and attempted to boost my truck, it didn't work. He tried boosting it for 20 mins, which was enough to get it to start, but in less then a minute it died again. So here we are, boosting this damn brand new truck for over an hour to get it charged enough to make the 5-minute drive home. Next day, we boost the truck for over an hour again to attempt to make the drive to Kentwood Ford...I wish we didn't even bother trying. Truck broke down in the middle of 97 street in Edmonton, which is a really busy street. This is where we gave up and called a tow truck. Waited over an hour for the tow truck to come to get it towed 200 more feet up the road to Kentwood. Tried talking to multiple managers that day, we tried calling before we brought the truck and no one had time to talk to us, no one cared. We also tried when we dropped it off and "they were all in a meeting". No one gave two shits about my brand new month old truck having issues like this. My salesman Bobby didn't even bother replying to my text message. Kentwood did set us up with a rental through enterprise, I had it for over two weeks until my truck was finally fixed. It turned out the 30-amp master fuse had blown. When they replaced it, the 4x4 and the radio fuses also blew. They replaced them, tried the coder, and when it had no readings they called it a day. Oh and did I forget to mention they tried to make me PAY for the new fuse?! They never even bothered to figure out WHY this happened or HOW it happened..... Another month passes by, and everything seems to be going fine, until the snow gets really bad on the roads and I try to put the truck in 4x4 to get to work. Which is when I realized, the 4x4 doesn't work... 4H & 4L both not working. I was infuriated by this point. So again, I am stuck driving into Kentwood Ford after work to drop off this damn truck, and then go over to Enterprise and get another loaner vehicle. This time, I went in and I was just so frustrated I was in tears before I even got in to drop my keys off. The managers seemed to really care at that point, but of course it was all just a front. Because the next day they called me and said they replaced the 4x4 fuse which had blown (again), and said the truck was ready to get picked up. When I ask them why this is happening, they STILL had no explanation, and were not willing to look into it any further. Ford Canada says I have to wait and see if It happens again before they can do anything about it.... So Now I am stuck with this piece of crap truck that I am scared to put any money into (tires, level, etc)and am just waiting until something else goes wrong... and did I mention it has 3300 km on it.. I encourage you NOT to visit Kentwood Ford to purchase a vehicle, or obtain service, unless of course you prefer to be treated like a piece of crap. I will never be going back there. read more

Jan 8th: I received a call from Jas Dhaliwal at around 12:30 pm inquiring about how I was enjoying my 2013 F150 that I had purchased from Kentwood for a couple years previously (Which was a great purchase and buying experience). He was making sure everything was kosher and that I was still happy with my purchase. I told I am, and that everything is fine with my vehicle. He mentioned that ford had a "Year-End" Cash incentive among Ford 0% financing opportunities. This appealed to me as I was paying a 7.9% interest rate due to some poor credit I carried at the time of my previous purchase. He reassured me he would definitely be able to beat that interest rate if not get get me 0% ford credit. So, after talking for a few minutes I went down to Kentwood ford and had Jas waiting for me with a bunch of paperwork already in the process. He had asked me what I wanted over the phone and sitting waiting for me was the exact vehicle I requested plus some options I didn't even know existed (the new Ford vehicles are quite well equipped, even the base/ standard models!). Upon the completion of the test drive, we sat down to discuss numbers. Alas, to my liking we agreed on a fair price for my trade and due to some ford incentives I was able to get a great price for my 2016 F150 FX4 package. The finance part took a bit more of an effort, and when I say effort, I mean there was little to no effort for me, but the Finance Business Manager worked his magic and got me several approvals quite quickly. He wasn't happy with a few of the results so he went to bat for me with Ford Credit. I, by no means have flawless credit, but a fair credit score with payments being made every month. So, after working financial magic, Gavin Lawrence was pleased to sit me down, shake my hand and give me the big news of an excellent 3% interest rate. After paying 7.9% for a years this was great news. During the finalization of the purchase, Jas was running about ensuring everything was completed. A very hard working and conscientious person. Every time he saw me in the lobby, he would say "is there anything I can get for you, help you with or anything you need?" Gavin was one of the most charismatic and easy going people I've ever met, especially when it comes to the more uncomfortable parts of buying a new vehicle "FINANCE". Talking with him was easy and felt like talking to a friend. He gave me several options for my purchase, never pointing me in any direction or another, just allowing me to look at all the numbers and deciding for myself. This approach allows the customer to be in control and like they aren't being pushed through to get the next person in line. Steve Whittaker (New Car Manager) was also very much involved in the purchasing of my vehicle. He took me into his office, literally showed me how the Ford Incentives and Cash Back Offer was being applied to the new vehicle purchase, not a luxury I have had at previous dealerships. It's nice to feel as though you are involved and can literally see the difference Ford incentives make on the MSRP of your vehicle, instead of a couple scribbles on a piece of paper. They are a Fixed Commission Sales dealership which is awesome too, it allows the sales reps to literally be on your side when confronting the pricing. Excellent service at Kentwood Ford, if you're in the market for a new vehicle or just looking to gain some insightful and potential future purchase info... Go down to 13344 - 97th St in Edmonton and talk to any of the fine individuals that work there. I hope this message is helpful with any hesitant individuals or to people just looking to gain information on a Legitimate positive buying experience Dealership. Thank you Jas Dhaliwal for being an outstanding individual, busting your butt for me. Thank you to Gavin Lawrence for adding a level of comfort to the Finance portion of the purchase that made it much less stressful. And thank you to Steve Whittaker for taking the time to go step my step through the price and incentives of my purchase, ensuring I knew exactly what I was buying and how I the incentives affected my purchase. A+ Kentwood Ford! I got my dream Truck at the best Interest rate I would have ever though I would Qualify for! Do yourself and your wallet a Favor, you will drive away very happy! worst dealership i have ever dealt with in my entire life. had my 2013 f150 with 57000 kms on it towed into the dealership 6 weeks ago due to a catastrophic drive line failure, 10 days later i was told because my truck was dirty and that ford had never seen a failure like this, it was not covered by warranty and i had to pay 7000.00 to get my truck back. so when i leave i get right on the highway and my hoof flys open!!!! again i am told "im sorry someone must have forgotten to close it" what if it had come off and killed me or someone else on the road!!!! then i take it back in to them because the motor started grinding and informed them that someone had keyed my truck all the way down the passenger side and that the flares that they installed werew not installed properly and have now rubbed lines all the way to the base metal. 2 weeks later i get a call saying my truck is ready. i figure great!! ya not!!! i go to pick it up and get handed another bill for 300.00 saying that they had to wash my motor!!!! like wtf.....then i go out to look at my truck and the scratch is still there and they have done nothing about the rub lines behind the flares. only be told by ashley roy that he refused to fix the key mark on my truck (even though it happened on their property) and he also refused to fix the rub lines behind my flares (now causing rust to pour out from behind the flares) because the mechanic that installed them 2 years ago is no longer there and that it is my problem. this is hands down the worst dealership i have ever dealt with, extreamly poor customer service, extreamly rude staff (standing around in front of customers talking about doing drugs and getting drunk) really professional!!!! not!!! for a dealership under the "go auto" umbrella to treat people like this is ridiculous and i will never return to any go auto dealer now or ever again, every single person i know will never go to a go auto dealer (and i work in this industry) and all this after my wife and i have purchased 5 vehicles from go auto over the years!!!! stay away from this dealership unless you like unending problems and bills for things a person should not be charged for!!!! read more

I'm a little upset to see this people who have had poor experiences. I have just bought my second vehicle from Kentwood, and its now the only dealer I recommend or visit, after a very poor experience with City Ford. I say this for 3 reasons. 1) Kentwood Ford has made no false promises to me. They tell it how it is, and bring the facts right to the table. They explain the financing, breakdown of the costs and how the transaction will commence. My first visit to City Ford resulted in a promise to get into a 2008 Ford Ranger. After taking the truck home after they had 'Financing problems' I was forced to return it 3 days later, after they would not finance me, Despite promising it a hundred different ways. 2)Friendly. In Truth. Upon my second visit. The dealership was busy, and it took a long time for my salesperson to correspond with me. He did appear stressed and said he was having a busy day, but he worked with me, gave me a can of coke (A simple, but friendly gesture) and when he got to me, he was focused and attentive to what I needed. 3) The Price. I did not get the trade in value I wanted for my previous vehicle, but a combination of the discount I got on a new vehicle (Almost ten thousand off), and a lower interest rate. it was cheap to get out of my high interest car loan, and into this new vehicle. All in all. The staff was great. I was in and out of the dealer by the end of the day. I returned the following day to receive a quick car wash, and a full tank of gas (150km later on the same tank, and the needle has barely moved) If you need a new car, a used car, or some parts. It would seem Kentwood has what you need. There building has been renovated, they have a massive selection of new and used cars, as well as rims, tires and any kind of customization you could ever need. I love Kentwood Ford. Give them a chance, and you will too. 2012 Ford Fusion SE. read more

My husband and I went to the new Kentwood Used Showroom on 97 St and 137 Ave recently looking for a vehicle that I had seen online. He was apprehensive because of a past experience with them that left him with a bad taste in his mouth, but I wanted to see this vehicle. We met Michael Halabi in the parking lot and he said he would be happy to show me the vehicle. As soon as I sat in it, I knew it was what I was looking for. We went for a test drive and looked over the whole vehicle together. We went inside and started the purchasing process. It was fantastic!! I told him what I was looking for in terms of financing and we got there together! He was very pleasant to deal with as was everyone I encountered there...Megan, Leanne, Ryan and those whose names I can't recall. After a week of driving it, I got a notification on the dash that the oil needed to be changed. I called Michael and he sent me to the service bay to meet Kelly. Kelly was able to help me get that situation looked after quickly as well as taking care of one more thing. At the time of sale, we were unable to locate the keyless entry code so Kelly was able to retrieve that information for me. I was in and out of there in 15 min. I am very happy with the way everything has gone. These folks are awesome. I like the fact that I was treated well, everyone was friendly and I had my issues resolved with no questions asked and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend the used showroom to all my friends. read more

Kentwood Ford is not only the only place I buy vehicles from (have purchased 5 here), but it is the only place I bring vehicles for service. The staff is fantastic in ALL departments. This time when I brought my vehicle in for service was no different. Sean, the service manager, let me use his vehicle so that I had a vehicle for the day. They did the regular maintenance for it, as well as looked at the two concerns I had, and also found a nail in my tire. They told me the cost for the nail, and I said that I have a tire shop that I always go ton that does this free, so not to worry about it. The tire ended up getting fixed anyway, so my service advisor (I am very sorry but I cannot remember her name, although I do not think it matters because I have dealt with all of them, and always get the same service from all) said that there would be no cost to me for this as it was her fault it was fixed. I highly recommend giving Kentwood Ford a chance. They have always tried every way to make any experience I have had with them a good experience. Thanks everyone for another great experience and I will see you next maintenance. read more

My husband and I bought our Ford Edge from your dealership 2 years ago. At that time, we had a very good experience with Kentwood. This is what brought us back to your dealership this time. We purchased two vehicles from you, a 2011 Ford Escape and a 2010 F-150 Platinum truck. Gani Salman was our salesperson, and went well above the call of duty not only to find us the vehicles we wanted, he walked us through every step of the process. He was thoughtful to our needs, careful to pay attention to what was important to us, individually. And gave us his undivided attention, without interruption. He is currently helping us find two other vehicles, one for our sister and one for our dad. Lee Ewasiuk made the Finance process simple to understand and a speedy thorough process. We both come from the customer service industry, and in today's world is hard to find people who obviously take so much time and care to ensure that the customers needs are completely looked after. We would recommend Kentwood as the best Ford dealership in Edmonton!Thank you Gani, Lee and Kentwood Ford. We will be back! Rhonda and Manley read more

It started with the serpentine belt breaking. Had the car towed to Kentwood. It was close to the end of the day, but Kelly Poulin stayed late to check us in. The next day Kelly called and indicated that the AC Compressor would need to be replaced and there was an engine leak. Unfortunately there were no AC Compressors in stock anywhere in North America. Kelly made arrangements for a loaner car and while we were waiting for a part he also checked to see if the repair's were covered under warranty. Parts and labour were covered, we had a new 2016 Escape for a loaner while the repairs were done. Every step was a five star experience. From Kelly, the Technician, the loaner car department. We were keep up with the status almost every day. It took three weeks to get the part and a couple days to get everything fixed (we also had a tune up and oil change). Lots of work, a lot of coordination, lots of updates. This was the perfect no hassle, no worry, experience. Thank you Kelly Poulin and all involved at Kentwood. read more

Bought a CERTIFIED Ford F150 with 59,000 km from Kentwood Ford. Their inspection report checked everything off as good but shortly after purchase, the battery died and needed replacing, then we started having problems with it slipping into neutral while in reverse, and took it for an independent inspection who found a transmission problem and that it needed a power steering flush, transmission flush and an induction flush. Kentwood refused to do the flushes as they were a "maintenance" issue even after we only put 1,000 km on truck within two months. They finally agreed to the power steering flush and had to take the transmission apart and fix it after they only performed an update on it. They tried everything they could to get out of taking responsibility while the vehicle had a 3 month warranty. This place is not an honest place to buy a vehicle and I would never buy from there again. Good luck to you if you do buy a used vehicle from there! read more

Scotty is the worst salesman. He ripped up off so much. They sold us a car without a block heater, and the forward and back sensors but told us it had it. When we got it home we found out it didn't have any of it. They finally said they were putting the block heater on and I dropped it off to them to put it on. After having it for 2 weeks they returned it to me without the block heater and the rear bumper all scratched up. They said because it is a hybrid it don't need a block heater. They power polished the back bumper but there r still lots if scratches. My car only had 2000 km and we wanted to trade it for a model with the things we asked for but they wouldn't do that they lied about the car and the options it had or didn't have and then they sold us a warranty that doesn't cover most things in the vehicle like the transmission or diagnosis fees. We don't recommend this dealership for anyone unless you just want to give your money away. read more

We originally rated 5 stars because the experience leading up to the purchase was worth those 5 stars. Afterwards. 0 stars. We felt that as soon as the dollars were exchanged they stopped caring. There were additional accessories to be installed and getting them was like pulling teeth. We had to follow up numerous times ourselves and constantly felt like we were getting the run-around. So much unnecessary hassle. Even when the purchased accessories did get installed, we were not overly enthused about the state of the vehicle when we got it back. They did try to make it up to us by delivering one final item to our house, and I can certainly appreciate that; but overall the after purchase experience has caused me to re-evaluate my overall rating. Guess they should have stopped sending us 'please review us' emails; because the fact that we kept receiving so many is the only reason I've followed up with my updated review. read more

My wife and I were looking for a new vehicle for her in December. We had been to a few dealerships and always felt like we were being pressured rather than helped. Going to Kentwood Ford, I expected no different but my wife really liked the Ford Edges, so we decided to stop in. We were helped by a guy named Bobby Alaeddine and he was great! Bobby was super patient with us and unlike many other sales people we had encountered, he spoke to my wife and I together instead of directing everything at me. We weren't easy customers as we had looked at many other SUVs and had a lot of questions. Bobby was knowledgeable and very patient with us. We decided to move forward with the Edge and when it came time to talk numbers we both felt that Bobby treated us very fairly. We walked out of Kentwood Ford with a vehicle we love and an experience that we both felt really good about. Thanks again Bobby and keep up the good work! read more

I feel the customer care Aly Osman provided for me was first-rate. I called the dealership, thinking about a car purchase around mid-year as I thought my credit wouldn't be rebuilt "til then (due to a minor credit issue). Aly immed proved himself to be friendly & helpful. He was able to recommend a suitable vehicle in terms of cost (a Fiesta) & my desired colour (blue). He was knowledgeable & productive & said my credit was approved; offered me a test drive (I immed loved the car!); recommended quality adds like power steering; helped arrange the financing (lease); drove me to the registry to get the vehicle reg & plates; and delivered the car to my house--all in about a single week! I had a vehicle in January--a half yr earlier than expected! And my sincere thanks go to Aly for his professionalism, friendliness, & exceptional customer care. Jesse L. read more

My lifted truck was assembled incorrectly by another ford, was done by an after market purchaser so I was ready for war as ford probably wouldn't cover it. Anyways lots of phone calls later and I got the original dealership to cover it. As for kentwood ford I have nothing but great things to say. The service advisor I was with (Rob) was amazing, called me daily to give me updates, went above and beyond what any ford employee has done so far and called my rust insurance for me made the claim drive my truck to the body shop got the estimate for me emailed me copies of all the info and was just the best thing you could ask for as it felt he was on your side which I've never experienced before from Ford. Anyways if you do end up with a problem ask for Rob I guarantee he'll do his best to help you out just don't be a dick. read more

My family has purchased 2 vehicles from Kentwood Ford, the whole process from start to finish was done without any pressure sales. We were asked what we were interested in and the sale team work within our requirements. The gave us many options, with no pressure attached to any one vehicle. They offered test drives, different terms of financing and reviewed all the maintenance programs offered. The service department treats us with the utmost respect, and when our vehicles are in for service work, they make every effort to have them back to us in a reasonable amount of time, the work is always done right the first time, without repeat trips for the same issues. I would like to thank Ashley Roy and his professional staff for the time and effort they give the Branch family. read more

Truck went in for detailing and job poorly done, still debris on carpets and windows very streaky. Door edges still dirty and wipe marks throughout dash and consoles. Poor poor job. Truck was to be buffed for scratch and scuff marks and terrible job done also, still visible marks that could easily be buffed off. Detailing and buffing just awful! Had a little mat replaced above glove compartment due to not laying flat and truck came back in same shape and was claimed on work order that it was fixed! This being the third time I had dropped it off to have mat fixed! Terrible terrible experience! Guess they figure that since these are Gold Card services which they say are free, but we pay for, that it's alright for this type of work to be done! In my books TOTALLY not accepted! read more

Derek Formosa spent a LOT of with me trying to get what I wanted for a very tight price point I was working with, and made it work offering quite a few surprises that had real value. In the end, somewhere between Derek and the factory, the factory order fell apart and it was too late to order and make my deep impact blue ford fusion hybrid with cloth memory seats, and the 2017 no longer came in that color or had memory cloth seats as an option. Derek did everything that he could to come up with solution I might like, I'm guessing making the manager's head vein throb many times over 3 months. If you want a salesman to go to bat for you and do everything in his power to get odd stuff you want, I haven't seen anyone work harder for it. read more

I just bought a used 2017 Ford Focus from Kentwood. Contrary to some other reviews, it was a pleasant experience. I recently moved to the Edmonton area and lacked established credit, but after working with the sales team that issue was addressed, and I was able to secure a very reasonable loan thru their lenders. I took possession of the car and couldn't be happier. The sales team before and after the sale were courteous and professional. I was able to review the car online (and Kentwood's price was at market price in CA and elsewhere) test drive and purchase the car within one week's time. They also touched some minor cosmetic issues at no cost after the sale. Thanks Kentwood. read more

My husband and I received great service at Kentwood Ford this week. From the initial point of contact we were well taken care of. I initially spoke with a customer service/delivery coordinator (Dwayne H) and he partnered with sales (Asa T) to find us the perfect vehicle. When we arrived on-site there were two trucks ready and waiting that fit the bill perfectly. We literally just had to point at one and say "let's do it." Financing was a breeze (Jason B) and the truck was ready and waiting to go when we came to collect after the addition of a few accessories. We received a thorough walk-through of the vehicle and were on our way. I really recommend them. Five star service! read more

What a wonderful experience we had with this dealership on the repairs and recall work i needed done on my Flex. I was so worried about the price i would be charged it being a dealership and i have to say i was pleasantly surprised with the budget they kept me in. I was delighted to learn they also offer a courtesy vehicle while the work was being done. I will definitely be back next time my vehicle needs any major repair without any worry. Thank you Jennifer and Rob for dealing with us in such a professional and courteous manner. You certainly made this very frustrating time a little less terrible for this family right before Christmas. Thank you! read more
