I purchased the car on Dec 02, 2024. I drove it home to NW, Edmonton. The next day I went to put gas in it and the entire electrical shut down. I had to take an Uber home and tow the car. I purchased a new battery for it. The car started and I proceeded to drive it. I drove to the airport to pick someone up and the car died again. It started after about 15-20 minutes. It died and I limped it home. I called Bridgestone Auto Inc and they told me to tow it to Heiser Automotive, at my own expense. Heiser diagnosed a bad key fob so I purchased a new one. They had a locksmith change the batteries in the key fobs and reprogram them. I took the car and made it about 20 kms and the car died on a major highway. I was almost rear-ended by a big truck. Towed it back to Heiser. They diagnosed a loose connection. I took the car and made it about 5 kms. I managed to start the car and limp it back to Heiser. They tested the alternator and it tested at 8 volts. David Enabulu refuses to get it fixed. He says he had another mechanic check it out and it's not the alternator. They cannot re-create the symptoms. I am out the purchase price plus about 1000.00 on this car. It's been almost 7 weeks and I still do not have a car. He currently has the car although it is registered to me. read more
