I overlooked a few things...like wrappers under the seats and a note to 'Alison' I found in a trunk compartment...not as clean as I thought. But mechanical issues started coming up. Buying used vehicles often comes with those, but they never seemed to end. The rims needed fixing because the tires kept going flat, the keyfob stopped working, stuff like that. THEN I go to get my oil changed and my mechanic discovers that the plug for my oil pan was held in with caulking. Shortly after that, I started having serious transmission problems. I couldn't get the Journey over 70 kms. Sometimes it just wouldn't start. It would eventually, but there was a gauntlet of things to do and check first. Sometimes it took three tries, sometimes it took ten minutes. I bought the Journey in September of 2019, and I just parked it permanently in July 2021. I'm mad at myself for not reading the Carfax. They gave me one without me having to ask, so I didn't worry about it. I took it in good faith. My bad. I had been happy with the service, but I'll never go back. Their mechanic SUCKS.

I had one bank that wouldn't do anything about money that was being taken from my account until it was well over $1000 plus endless nsf fees when they finally investigated and realized that my account had been compromised. I left that bank due to lack of confidence and went to BMO. I had a couple of instances where I had payments taken out that were supposed to be canceled with the company and they immediately resolved it and returned the money to my account. If you want a bank that treats you like a person and not just a number I highly recommend BMO. I use the Kingsway Mall location.

It's fast enough, no need to overload the thing. It prints out a little ticket (kinda like VEGAS!) and you can redeem it for cash, or apply it to your BMO credit card, or deposit it to a BMO account. Don't forget there's a coin reject drawer at the bottom! I almost always leave some money there - oops! I haven't been 100% successful getting my coins cashed in, 2 out of 4 visits, the machine's been out of service. : ( Parking can be a little busy at noon - stagger your visit time if you're not on a bicycle or on foot.

Then when we go to register and insure it are told the bill of sale doesn't match the current registration. Basically, they sold us a vehicle they didn't even own.
