I wrote a google review so I won't beat a dead horse but this place is a money grab and if you…read moredon't get your desired look they will not help at all. I recommend a real professional medspa! I went to Peachy Navy Yard on May 5 for Jeuveau and was very clear that I wanted a frozen look. After waiting three weeks, I still had significant movement in my forehead, 11s, and crow's feet, so I returned for a follow-up appointment on June 8. More than two weeks after the retreatment, I still had visible movement and lines. I've been getting neuromodulators for several years, and I've never had a treatment fail like this--let alone a retreatment. Instead of addressing the fact that the follow-up treatment also failed to produce the promised result, I was told I was now "outside their adjustment window because it had been eight weeks since my original appointment." ?????? That completely ignores that they chose to retreat me on June 8 because the first treatment hadn't achieved the desired outcome. Rather than standing behind their work or offering a reasonable resolution, they simply suggested I try a different product and pay again in the future.

Rachel ensured I was comfortable and very informed about the laser machine and process. She was extremely personable and made sure she checked in throughout my appointment regarding my pain levels (very minimal throughout for entire body laser) and the intensity of the laser. The directions on the website and follow-up email were very helpful in locating the suite. The inside is very aesthetically pleasing--very pink which I love! I already booked my next appointment and can't wait for my results to begin to show!

I also had the worst post laser bumps I've ever had in my life after this session. I also specifically requested for two services to be scheduled on the same day and I reached out to reschedule. Here's I came in for…read morea dry pedicure at URI Beauty. The overall environment was calming, and I appreciated that they took their time with the service. The scrub felt really nice at first, though it lost the effect a bit when a cold, previously used towel was applied. It was also quite chilly inside since the air conditioning was on high. They included hot stones, which was a nice touch, though the experience overall felt average. My technician spent most of the appointment speaking with a colleague in another language, which made it feel less relaxing and took away from the experience. I also noticed the technician working on my friend seemed a bit unsure when applying chrome polish, which made it seem like she might still be learning. I'm open to giving them another try to see if the experience is more consistent next Time

Love Dr Sarina Snell!…read more My husband went to this practice and I switched to them because my dermatologist at GW Medical Faculty Associates was not a good experience. First, the office is a short walk from Farragut north and it's brand new! Nice decor and comfortable reclining chairs in the office. Second, I come every six months for a full body scan because I had a Basel cell / skin cancer removed several years prior. I've seen her at least three times and every time I am seen within 10 minutes and out the door quickly. Third, for my last full body scan I also asked for a skin consultation. I was looking to improve my skin care routine but the products I bought were wreaking havoc on my skin. She immediate diagnosed me with rosacea and prescribed a medication and specific face lotion for AM and PM. Total game changer! My skin is clear and the texture improved.

The worst doctor office from top to bottom. 1) The admin first is not helpful. I showed up to the…read morefront desk for an appointment and then waited for 20 mins. Only to be told that I need to use the iPad to self login. No one asked me to do it when I first arrived. 2) financing. Worst office if there is one. I was asking if my insurance covers some medical items. The response from the doctor was that I needed to check with financing directly , not her responsibility. Then I checked with the financing, only to be told that I needed to call their landline because the office did not support it. I asked for the codes to be billed . Nothing. Just a waste of time to navigate all these. 3) the dermatologist is the worst. It is a female young doctor who didn't care much. I was there for medical instead of cosmetic issues. Then she suggested a procedure even though she said she only knew 99.9 percent of the cause but still needed to do a biopsy . she told me that it is simple procedure , I thought it was scrapping some skin off for testing. Then it turned out I needed to get lump in the area and they needed stitches. For me it didn't worth that much procedure just scrapping off some skin. Of course they could then charge more on my bill , including subsequent visit. Terrible. Then the doctor recommended not on the pills but direct injection. I asked about the price and she said most insurance should cover it without the price. When I got home I checked the price and it was over 3000$ per month after insurance. That is really malpractice for something not intense or severe. I would be better off with some cream . Overall that's the situation why we pay extra for US doctors... but no good services . totally a ripoff . Never go there! You will regret.
