He suggested Big O in Glenwood Springs. I opted to go the other direction to Rifle. Randy Marquez Jr. immediately took my truck into the bay area. The waiting room had several people waiting and more came in and out while I was waiting. It was very busy that day. The staff was friendly to those in person and on the phone. The area was very nice and clean, cool, and comfortable. After a couple of hours, I asked Randy how much longer he thought it would take. He went to check, came back and said it was being worked on at that time. A short while later my tire was fixed (it was a nail) and Randy would not take a payment from me. He gave me a receipt and off I went. Big O Tires left a good impression on me. When the time for new tires comes around it is likely they will get my business! Since I do not live locally, it won't be at this Rifle location but for the locals, I suggest giving them your business. A special thank you to Randy for the great service!

1 Star I've taken…read moretwo trucks here and both visits were extremely disappointing. The first time--a simple oil change and tire rotation--took 3-4 hours. The second visit for an oil change and new rear tires was no better. No updates unless I called. After three hours I'd be told "one more hour," but when I arrived an hour later the vehicle still wasn't done. I dealt with Randy Marquez, who repeatedly gave inaccurate estimates and never followed up with a call. I've wasted over seven hours total, and their timing has been off by at least three hours both times. Both visits were quiet in the shop, yet I saw children running around behind the counter and being held by employees while they were "helping" me--unprofessional and distracting. Poor communication, inaccurate scheduling, and a lack of professionalism--I won't be back and can't recommend this location.

Suspecting possible water pump failure she called Northwest Auto for a repair. She took it slow and made it to their location the night before. Approximately 8:15 AM her bus was taken in to be diagnosed. She was told the upper coolant line had a hole in it and needs to be replaced. She told them to do that as well as an oil change. They completed and gave the bill at 10:39 AM a matter of 2 hrs and 24 min. She has a modest income so I paid for it with my CC. She got 1.5 hrs down the road and it over heated again. She sent me the bill and labor charge is $600.00 for that time! SERIOUSLY!!!! I called them and was told that because they "squeezed" her in that was the labor rate!!! They doubled the labor rate because they helped her out ????? Does that make sense to anyone except Northwest Auto in Meeker, Colorado?? Sincerely Stefan Brytowski
