They called me back shortly after inspection and told me the pads were actually in great shape -- not even close to needing replacement. Some debris had worked its way in and cleared out during inspection. No upsell, no unnecessary work. Brakes were fine. They also noticed I was at the 42K service interval and offered to take care of that while the car was there. I dropped it off at 8:00 AM and picked it up by 9:30 AM. Fair price, fast turn. We googled Blue Mechanic in El Jebel and called them. Since it was 3pm on Friday, we weren't hopeful of making it back to our home in Denver for at least a few days. Blue Mechanic told us to bring the truck in right away and that they could fix it. They had to re-tap the threads for the spark plug and screw in a new one. They had it fixed in 2 hours and charged us a reasonable price. We were on our way back to Denver by 6 pm that night! Thanks so much for the quick help.
