It's only going to be up to the local committee whether or not they agree but the one I already paid for when I bought my home less than a year ago is sufficient. But I love this guy! I got his information after talking with Terry Marks, a local Margaretville appraiser. Like most appraisers she gets her orders from the main office in Kingston. She too returned my call in hours.
