I wanted a factory spoiler installed on my 2016 Ford Fusion, after going to ABRA and getting rudely turned away because as the manager said "we dont add parts to vehicles that arent there from the factory", i went to Randy Lanes with my request. Right from the start they did what they could to get me in touch with someone that could get me a quote for the task. They happily discussed the job and made sure that i had the essential materials to do the job (i bought my part elsewhere) right without problems. After providing me with a quote, they immediately scheduled with me a time to drop the car off and get the spoiler installed. On the day of the installation, i was unable to get a ride home from the shop. This meant that i would be stuck sitting there and waiting for the job to be completed. With the vehicle being a drop off they really didnt have a set time to work on it during the day. Luckily they offered to give me a ride home (i live right around the block). They even offered to give me a ride back if i was unable to get back to the shop! Hows that for customer service! Can you say awesome? Lets fast forward to about two hours later. They called me to pick up the car. After looking over the work on my car, i went in to settle the bill. The bill was exactly the amount of the quote. Not a penny more. Also, the quality of work was just amazing. Very great place!

If I took it to the dealership to have them perform the Diagnostics Scan Codes it would have cost $140.00 and it would have been there all day, but I would have gotten a rental car. When I asked Jeff how long it would take him he said an hour or less and I asked why the difference between him and the dealership and he explained it to me and also said that the scan itself would only take an hour at the dealership as well.
