On…read moreJanuary 21, 2025, I went to the Finneytown location to have all four tires replaced on my Polestar 2. I was told that an alignment was required and that they could perform it. Trusting their expertise, I approved the alignment. After the service, my car began pulling severely to the right. I contacted the Finneytown location on January 23 and spoke with Megan, who was courteous and professional. She informed me they were fully booked until the following Thursday and suggested I try another AAA location. I then went to the Cherry Grove location, where I was informed in writing that AAA Tire & Auto Service is not authorized or equipped to perform alignments on electric vehicles. This was confirmed by their own documentation, which I have attached. Polestar has not released alignment specifications to anyone outside their authorized service centers. Despite this, AAA insisted they had the correct specs. To verify this, I called the Polestar service center directly. Not only did they confirm that the specs AAA provided were incorrect, but they also reviewed the specs AAA used and stated they were for the Performance Edition of the Polestar 2. My car is the Dynamic Edition, which requires different alignment specifications. Polestar kindly provided me with the correct specifications from my last service with them in September 2024, and I have attached these for comparison. This unequivocally proves that AAA used the wrong alignment specs, which caused my car to pull severely to the right. Additionally, I have attached a receipt showing that the Finneytown location performed the alignment, which they never should have attempted. While I was refunded for the alignment itself, AAA has refused to take responsibility for the damage caused by their mistake. I now have to arrange for my car to be fixed elsewhere, which could lead to significant costs, all due to their incompetence. To make matters worse, William Johnson, who claims to be the manager overseeing the Cincinnati area, was extremely rude and combative on the phone. He wouldn't let me get a word in, dismissed my concerns, and showed no willingness to take accountability for the issue. His behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful, and I was left feeling uncomfortable during the conversation. As a woman, I do not trust him to treat women fairly, and I'd think twice about having him handle your wife's or daughter's car with care or respect. His conduct is unacceptable for someone in a managerial role. If you own an electric vehicle, do not trust AAA for alignments or any service requiring specialized knowledge. They are not equipped to handle it, and when mistakes happen, their management will not take responsibility. I am attaching: A receipt from the Beechmont location stating they cannot perform alignments on electric vehicles. The alignment specifications provided by the Finneytown shop, which were incorrect. The correct specifications provided directly by Polestar. A receipt showing the alignment was performed at the Finneytown location. Save yourself the hassle and take your vehicle elsewhere.

Tom was very polite and took my truck in right away. Got the work done and I was on my way. The cost was less than I would have expected as well. When I paid, Mary the office manager is a sweetheart and so helpful. While waiting to pay I over heard conversations with clients on the phone and in the office. You could tell they had long term customers by their conversations. They treated me just like family and I will take my truck there again.
