The room was clean and had a rustic modern feel. When the carpet is beige, you know they have to take care of it consistently. Everything had a plush feel. The shower had a rainfall showerhead and a handheld. There's a scent that emanates throughout the hotel and into your room. It's light and adds to the ambiance. It's also in the sheets and linen too. I guess that adds to one of the negatives I list later in that the HVAC seems to be centrally controlled. There was some very minor debris in the sink that may have been left from wiping of a dirty rag, but that was mostly it. Gym was nice and parking was plentiful and free. What I didn't like: - Mini fridge in the room had a lot of snacks and other drinks that I assume were for sale. I usually pack my own food, so those items took up some space in the fridge - I get cold easily, so I try to adjust the thermostat, but it's centrally controlled, which I've never seen... I'm assuming all of the rooms are regulated in this way... - Breakfast bar- had bare minimal which I really don't mind. I really wouldn't expect a place like this to serve you breakfast unless it was full service. Would definitely come back

Does not have full breakfast but does have grab and go muffins, fruit, coffee, etc. They also have a rooftop bar where one can sit inside or outside. Full bar with good bartenders. Menu is limited but still plenty to choose from. We had an order of mussels and a charcuterie tray. Both were very good. Our bartender was Colton and he took good care of us.

Had breakfast every morning, complimentary so I should judge too harshly, but not really that good. Very subpar products being bought. For such a nice hotel the food is severely lacking. Management should revisit this.

There were several tables with no water or anything. We were seated after a few minutes. We waited for 15 minutes no water, no waitstaff. Several tables around us were the same. Didn't really seem like we were going to be able to make the 3PM show at this rate. Finally left after 20 minutes. To be fair the hostess did say the kitchen was backed up. All and all it appeared they were understaffed for the patrons they had. We met some people at the elevator that had been outside dining and they said the food was good, however it was slow to come out for them also. I guess they have a rooftop deck for dining outside. The place is really kind of neat and I would have liked to eaten there. It seems like it may have been an old factory or something converted to hotel and dining. I was intrigued by the short rib eggs Benedict. May stop by again when we're in the area, hope things improve. Seems like it could use some better management. We did speak to the staff at the front desk in the main lobby on the way out and they were totally indifferent, no sorry about your bad experience, more of an oh well attitude.

The restaurant has exterior signage on where to enter the building before going up to the fifth floor. The inside has a light and bright aesthetic and truly had some amazing views of downtown Naperville. For drinks, I got the Old Fashioned which was perfectly balanced yet spirit forward. My husband got the Spanish G&T which the rotating gin was an African gin with orange notes. The drink overall was refreshing for summer. For food, we shared the Papas Fritas which was seasoned fries with a salsa sauce and celery cream sauce. I surprisingly liked the sauces a lot and the portion was a perfect light snack for four. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my visit. The normal menu is a bit pricey but I would certainly come back for Thursday Martini night!

I chose the hotel primarily for the location, as it is in the center of Naperville on the river. Aside from location, the hotel has easy and convenient parking in the attached garage, free coffee in the mornings, and some reservations even include breakfast in the restaurant. The staff were very friendly, rooms were clean, and there were several items you could purchase in the lobby (snacks, soft drinks, etc...). I was a bit disappointed when we did request housekeeping and they were no longer available (as we requested late in the day), that they did not do the towel refresher and trash removal that we discussed by phone. I do think the biggest downfall of this hotel is the lack of outdoor space. With such a lovely location, there should really be balconies on each room, or perhaps a small terrace off the lobby. When inside the hotel, I still feel somewhat separated from the community. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and I would definitely stay next time I'm in town.

The service: a little slow but overall decent and they tried to accommodate. The food: steak tips tasted rancid and had to send it back. The crab legs appetizer was decent. Tasted fresh but too much franks hot sauce. The mussels were sub par half of them were closed and you can tell it wasn't as fresh as the crab. I had some sort of truffle and cheese pasta, not bad but super salty. Perhaps it was the canned crab they put in it. Also not the freshest. The truffle fries were also half ass. Couldn't taste the truffle and they were soggy. I've had better truffle fries at airports The only decent item was the seafood risotto. Super expensive for super inconsistent food. Next time we will go to Port Edward's.
