Kenny has great employees. We had work done with him through Lewis pruning a different business who works with Kenny. Price was high but we went with it. Needed an additional trim on a cedar tree behind the tree we took down. 30 minutes work Kenny wanted 500.00. As he set in in his truck and didn't even come out to discuss it with me he sent out Cory Lewis to say the price is still 500. There truck and chipper was there. Kenny tree is over priced and combined with Lewis pruning is a ripoff. Look elsewhere for your trimming needs. His guys are awesome they should work for a better employer. read more

We recently bought a house, and there was a huge maple tree next to the house, literally about 6 inches from the roof line. We got a couple of quotes, and even though Kenny Tree's quote was higher, we went with them because they seemed more knowledgeable and they have a certified arborist on staff. This job was extremely complicated, and it could have gone badly. However, the tree was removed without incident, they cleaned the area thoroughly, and they put plywood down on the ground to keep from trashing the lawn. I'm so relieved this tree is gone. read more

Very highly orchestrated and professional team doing high quality work. There were some delays in getting the estimate for work, but it's quite understandable and reasonable during a busy season and pandemic. Once we received our estimate and decided to proceed with the work, we were asked if it was needed quickly or if we had time for a short delay in scheduling our date - we said we were fine with a later date. A few days later we received a call asking if they could come me later in the afternoon and we agreed. Several trucks showed up with an advance call letting us know they were 10 minutes away. A team of highly orchestrated and hard working men showed up with incredible precision in taking out our messy and overgrown trees. They quickly removed the trees and all the waste. When the work was done, a walkthrugh was done to make sure we were completely satisfied or if there was anything more they could do. Highly recommend. Estimate came in comparable to others, and they stuck to their quote even after they decided they needed to bring in more guys and one of the big cherry picker trucks for safety. Were very friendly and communicative. Had them take down two trees very close to my house (one had roots growing into gas and electric lines, and lifting driveway) plus clean up four other trees, and grind both stumps. I bought a new house and was in the process of closing when I contacted Kenny Tree, not only were they able to get me an estimate quickly (very competitive), they got me scheduled for the morning after I got the keys. When the day came, they showed up when they said they would (early, in fact) and were ready to get started asap to remove a 45ft high birch tree. They took the tree down, cut it into rounds for firewood, and removed all the other debris leaving me with no mess to clean up in about a hour. Then they had their stump grinding crew come out and remove not only the stump that was left from the tree removal, but 4 other stumps on that property that were massive (over 48" wide), reducing them to wood chips in a couple hours time.
