Good job. Competitive bid. Arrived on time and efficiently removed the tree that got to big for its own good in a location too close to the house. They were careful of the plants/trees nearby and cleaned up the mess. read more

Had to have a large Maple tree taken down following a storm last year. Of the quotes I got, this group was the most reasonable. They were also responsive and professional. The job ended up taking longer than they thought - not their fault, the tree was huge and the storm damage made it difficult - but they stuck to their original quote. Even helped arrange donation of the wood. I recommend them and would use them again. read more

They have illegally cut a grove of over 20 trees that were well over 100ft. They did not get necessary permits. They cut these in an unsafe way near power lines. When asked about permits they said why did i care.... They were told by Seattle department of Construction to stop. They continued the next day. read more

I can't say enough good things about Pink Chainsaw Tree Service! They are incredible at what they do, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, skilled! They're customer service was also impeccable as well. We called about a dead tree in our yard that was leaning very heavily and was ready to fall. They came out the very next day, assessed the job, and got it taken care of in a matter of a couple hours. Thoroughly happy and impressed with how they handled everything. Also, Zac was so awesome to help us take down our string lights in the yard, so they wouldn't get damaged when taking down the tree! If you have any tree service needs, they are the right way to go! read more

The crew was friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to quickly communicate what I was looking to do and they executed perfectly. The quote process was quick and flawless. I'd not hesitate to call on them again. read more

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. The company is amazing. They came out, this was a huge job. Windstorm took out a old tree with a 12 foot root ball. In total they removed 5 huge trees, cut up the wood in rounds for us, even raked up all the debris and hauled it off. They worked until the job was complete, even had a stump grinder come. They did beautiful work, are trustworthy, personable and I would not only recommend them but I'd hire them again in a heartbeat. You just can't go wrong with this outstanding company read more

We had 4 Norwegian maples in need of a major trimming and a dead arborvitae tree that needed to be removed. Gabriella's team finish the job and my wife wanted another tree dealt with so for a very small fee, they completed that project immediately. I will be asking them back for the yearly trimming! read more

Excellent tree removal and pruning services. They are wonderful. They know exactly what's best for the trees and plants in your yard. I highly recommend. I will use them again too. read more

Every time we've had to call Pink out to service our trees, the crew has done a fantastic job. They are fast and efficient, while still being safe while working. They even we're able to come out right after a storm and help clean up a large tree that lost a giant limb. I look forward to continuing to call on them for help with our trees. read more

We had a bunch of large tree limbs we needed hauled away after the latest storm. We also had one broken branch still stuck in the tree. We had called several places with no response and then got a referral to PINK chainsaw. They came out the same day we called and removed everything, leaving our driveway looking spotless. Highly recommend! read more

I want to give a shout PINK Chainsaw Tree Service. I called their office at 1:15pm this afternoon 4/21/2020 because I had a big tree sitting right on top of an out of service sewer line. She asked if it was some what of an emergency? I said.. well we are in lockdown and our clients need to use their bathrooms. Gabriella popped by the job site this evening with one guy and the took care of business! Now our sewer repair crew can get over there first thing in the morning restore our clients sewer service. Thank You P.I.N.K. Chainsaw Tree Service! Check out their website, they're running a 10% off for first time customers! Sincerely, Joe Schafer Simple Plumber LLC www.simpleplumber.biz read more

Gabriella and her team did excellent work, and I'll have them back next year. They cut back an overgrown tall and large hedge in my background and shaped several trees. The estimate was quick, and the work was performed efficiently and with great care. Plus, it was fun watching them climb the hedge! I'm deducting one star because the crew and foreman didn't wear masks, and there were a few times when the foreman had questions for me (which I'm so glad he asked!) - but he had to lean in closer than 6 ft and speak very loudly at me due to the chainsaw noise. read more

P.I.N.K. Chainsaw did an outstanding job taking down a large dead tree. They also took down another tree that had lost its top from a storm. They were quick and so careful not to damage any of my plants surrounding these trees. The cleanup was incredible! It was immaculate when they left. I will not hesitate to use them again. read more

P.I.N.K. Chainsaw Tree Service efficiently handled a complex tree-trimming project, at a reasonable price.

Great service as always! I just needed some tall junipers cut so they weren't so tall and invading my neighbor's property. They trimmed a tall Japanese maple that's getting too big for me to trim anymore. It looks beautiful again. Also cut some large low hanging branches from a big cedar so I get more light and air circulation. I have a giant problem Douglas fir that we discussed. I was told it looks ok for now but to check back next year. I'm very happy with the service and trust their opinions on best options. Great experience! read more

I have used P!nk chainsaw tree service several times over the past five years. I highly recommend this company. We use them to prune and shape a willow tree near the shoreline on our lake property. They also cabled a large cedar tree that had two trees growing out of one trunk. They are highly skilled, efficient, conscientious in cleaning up, and Artistic in their pruning. We plan to continue using PINk chainsaw for all of our pruning needs. read more

The PINK team did a great job at removing our massive tree right next to our house. The team was professional and courteous and left the job site very clean afterwards. read more

Gabriella responded to my project request within a couple of hours. She came out the next day and I had an estimate within 24 hours. Her crew members were friendly, thorough and professional. They performed the work as planned and cleaned up my yard and my neighbors. They even put back my Christmas yard decorations they had to move to haul away debris. Highly recommend considering Pink Chainsaw for your tree projects. read more

Had an appointment for an estimate at 3:00 on a Sunday afternoon. Time came and went so we called and the answer we got was oops. I forgot. We finally were given a quote for 2 trees to be removed and were told they could do the job the next week. We sent in the paperwork and crickets. Very unreliable company! read more

My neighbor had a tree taken down and when the work was done, I found my deck and yard were a mess and they entered my property my permission (I was home at the time) and moved my grill and broke several pots on my deck. So maybe you do a great job cleaning up at the site, but not so good for the neighbors? I would not use this service after this experience. read more

We had a great experience with this company. Owner was very responsive with a fast turnaround for a quote. She was very knowledgeable and communicative. We easily scheduled the work within a few weeks of the quote. The team did amazing work of trimming 6 extremely tall pine trees in our yard and managing dead branches of pine trees from our neighbors yard. They were very respectful of our yard and the neighbor's yard. They cleaned up everything - no stray branches, no excess pine needles. We hope to have them back for maintenance from now on. read more

Z&I have worked on my trees on two occasions. First, in 2009 they did a big job cutting down a two-story-tall cherry tree growing by the side of my house. It was a tricky job, being so close to the house, but they did a terrific job for a reasonable price and the contact person, Gabriella, was easy to work with. So I went back to them this summer when my fruit trees needed pruning. The arborists did a great job on my fruit trees. However, I had a really frustrating and disappointing experience communicating with the staff, but then Z & I exceeded my wildest customer service expectations. Because I was so frustrated with the communication (as expressed here on Yelp in a previous review), Gabriella sent me a really kind and honest email about what went wrong with the communication and sent me a check for more than half of what I had paid for the job---I never even asked for that! I'm not only happy about the check (of course), but I'm relieved because I have been really happy working with Z&I in the past and am happy to know I can continue to count on them to care for my trees. read more

Z&I did a great job. They removed four large birch trees, all of which were close to the house and two of which were close to the power lines. They also trimmed up several other trees that were close to the power and cable lines. Not only were they careful and safe but they left the site cleaner than it was when they arrived! They even dug up one of our hydrangeas and gently placed it out of harm's way. We also loved that they arranged to have the rounds picked up by someone who donates firewood to those in need too. They do get busy so be patient with scheduling but it's definitely worth going with this company to get the job done! read more

We had a very precarious situation with two large leaning trees in our backyard. We got three quotes from three different companies. Z and I offered a thorough and good quote. They were available right away. They were on time, had a three man crew and got to work right away. We are pleased with the work, clean up and efficiency with which they worked. We were impressed with the skill and knowledge dealing with our specific situation. read more

Gabriella was a pleasure to work with. I needed a big cottonwood down in my Kenmore property and after contacting 3 different companies, she was the quickest to respond. She met me at the site and was very knowledgeable and gave me great advice. On the day of the removal, I could not make it, but she assured me that it would be completed and everything went very smooth. She followed up during the day and a few days later and always kept me informed. The crew cleaned up well and the business as a whole was great to work with. Great customer service! I knew I was being taken cared of. read more

DO NOT USE! Very unprofessional - after multiple emails setting up the estimate appointment, Gabby was more than an hour late. No text or call, she was just "busy." Said she'd send an email estimate within 48 hours to compare to my other bids - nope. A few days later she sent something that wasn't anything like what we'd talked about. I requested a revision, but nothing from her so I gave up. Plenty of other services available, and the guy I hired was much cheaper and more reliable. Always get multiple estimates and let every company know that's what you're doing. read more

DO NOT USE!! If I could give ZERO stars, I would! I always get at least 3 estimates for house and yard projects and Gabby from Pink was the worst of all. The other two I got estimates from were able to show up within a few days, and they both gave me immediate estimates in writing. Gabby at Pink Chainsaw scheduled an appointment that was more than a week after I reached out. She showed up over an hour late for the appointment without calling or texting. She said she'd send an estimate that night, but I didn't get anything until several days later. The first estimate she sent was completely incorrect so I requested a revision. By the time she sent me a 2nd version (also incorrect) days later I'd already gotten most of the work done by someone who was 1/3 of Gabby's price. That guy was great, and I'll use him again. read more

They do a good job! We have had them do small and large jobs. They took down a tree that was huge and leaning over the house. In this case they actually dug out a bush for me that was in the line of danger. They recently took down a tree that was leaning over the neighbor's wooden fence. The fence was broke in the process, but they fixed it well. At one point they broke our invisible fence line with a tree and actually paid us for the damage. read more

We used Z&I for removing one large fir tree right next to our house. Initially we have requested quote to several companies, but all of these (including one that we have previously requested service) were very slow or no response. Then we found Z&I with very good reviews on yelp and contacted them. They were very quick in responding to my email and gave us the lowest price, less than half of another company. On the day of work, the crew arrived 20 mins before the appointment and was waiting outside of our house until I went out to talk to them. Despite the hard condition with rain, their work was very quick and the huge tree was almost gone within 2-3 hours, while another company (that gave us the highest quote) told us it would take 7-8 hours for them. After removing the tree they cleaned our roof and the street. A few days later, on the late afternoon before thanksgiving, they came back again to haul away all the tree trunks. Overall, they are great and we would use them next time we need a tree service. read more

Pink Chainsaw Tree Service was fantastic. They removed three trees, pruned another for us, and ground our stumps. They came within a week to provide a quote, (which was very competitive) and were able to schedule us within the month. On the day of service, they were prompt, professional, efficient, and did a great job with cleanup. These guys are great! read more

I had PINK Chainsaw remove a bunch of small trees and bushes and trim a few bigger trees. Communication was easy and they were very responsive. The estimate they provided included a drawing and line items. They were able to add me to the schedule quickly. They arrived when they said they would. They did an amazing job of taking out the trees I wanted and trimming up the other trees. They transformed some of the overgrown and dying trees into really healthy looking trees. They carried away all the brush and picked up/swept away any loose branches. They had a good design eye and were careful to check their work from different angles, etc. They were extremely fast but did everything that I asked with no issues. They also did a few extra things that I didn't ask but was very appreciative that they did (trimming, removal of other dead stuff). Communications with the team on-site was super easy and they listened to what I wanted. The team was very friendly. My yard looks so much better now! I am extremely happy with the work they did. read more

Zach and his crew arrived precisely as planned, performed their work in a timely manner and as stated in other reviews, left my yard in a better state than when they arrived. Their careful attention to personal property is admirable. Each of them were extremely considerate of me, our possessions and courteous about the neighbors and the surrounding area. If you are in need of ANY tree service, whether it be pruning, topping or removal, in my opinion you will be hard pressed to find any company that will do a better, more professional job at the reasonable prices they offer. We will definitely use them for future project. read more

Zachary's crew is awesome. the team of four came out to thin and trim four mature trees, one of which was a huge 80 year old tree in our front and back yards. they took down several cracked branches, chipped and hauled everything away and left my property even cleaner than before they started the job. i am ecstatic that we have more light coming through the trees to our house in the front and back. and i no longer worry about a potential tree limb crashing through our roof. extremely professional. exceeded expectations. beat competition's bids. simply excellent value and service. i would highly recommend Z & I tree service. read more

This company was a pleasure to do business with! Gabriella was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. The team of guys that came-out to do the work were on-time, extremely friendly & cleaned up after they were finished! I will be using them again and will recommend them to family and friends! read more

I used Z & I Tree Service to take down a large tree in my front yard. It was a somewhat tricky job due to the nearby power lines and small site area. Received a competitive bid and they scheduled the service. Unfortunately, they had an emergency the day of, however we rescheduled quickly for the following week. They showed up as promised and took the tree down in about 35 minutes - wow. The guys were extremely friendly, courteous, and clearly knew what they were doing. They even blew the area before they left. All in all, I'd highly recommend Z&I for anyone looking to remove a tree. Though they cancelled the first time, they made up for it with good customer service and a great crew. I will use them again. read more

We had Z&I take down 3 approx. 100 ft trees right next to our house. They were the first to come out to bid (day after I called them), offered the best approach to removing the trees and the most competitive bid. The work crew showed up on time at 8:00 AM and had all three trees down by noon. They were professional and courteous and it really awesome to watch. One star off for some communication issues concerning the cleanup of our project, but once we let them know of the issues they reacted fast and made sure it was all taken care of. I can definitely recommend Z & I and would hire them again myself. read more

I first used Z&I Tree Service Aug.2012. I had a large fir tree removed and pruning of several others.Zachery and his crew did a outstanding job. The work and clean up were done in a timely manner. Their prices are very fair and they beat three other bids. This last March 2014, I had Z&I back to remove another tree and pruning. I would highly recommend Z&I Tree Service. read more

Z&I Tree Service is outstanding. They came out to give us a bid within the week and it was very reasonable. Zach and his 3 man crew did an incredible job. They are professional, knowledgeable and talented. We were in a precarious situation because we wanted to get our view back which meant topping the neighbors trees. We also had to haul all the brush through our other neighbors yard. They worked with all our neighbors and were really helpful. They met all our needs (got my view back!) and were extremely polite to the neighbors working within their needs as well. They made the tree topping look nice (a hard thing to do) and cleaned all 3 different yards spotlessly! I would highly recommend Z&I over any tree service I have ever used. A+ experience! read more
