Update 9/2024 We contacted Kenny again to install our keypad/electronic door lock. We couldn't install it ourselves because it turns out our door isn't really compatible. Kenny was able to install it for us no problem and also installed the proper plating for it. It was well worth calling Kenny to avoid headaches and many trips back and forth to the hardware store. I hired Kenny to rekey 4 locks. When he got there he told me 3 locks need to get replaced and the 4th is optional. This felt like a bait and switch situation but I wasn't in the area and needed the locks changed so I okayed the 3 locks getting replaced. When I made it home, the hardware for one of the locks was mismatched, another lock was loose, and he broke the 4th lock. I later found out he removed an internal component that broke the lock so he can up charge me for a replacement. This guy is unethical and will try to rip you off.
