I lost the key to 2 locks on my car-top kayak racks. Kenny was the first to respond to my request for bid, and he matched the lowest bid. He offered to come that same day but I needed to wait 3 days. I had to key a new set of car keys cause my only set had the key snap off from the fob. I contacted about 5 locksmiths on here and Kenny responded quicker and better. He is a great communicator about parts and time. We met up, i could tell he was knowledgeable about the situation with that model of key fob, its a 10 year old Chevy with a switchblade style key and it was no problem for him firstly ordering 2 more sets and a couple days later recognizing the issues. It was barely more than an hour and he was ready to present. We tested both keys, the only issue was my battery had died but like a smart man, he had cables and a charger and handled that. Kenny is very forthcoming with information and potential issues, very nice and efficient guy. Received a referral to from local Fountain Valley locksmith who was no longer providing key-fob cutting and programming services. I was preparing to drive out of state when I initially called Kenny.
