The locksmith, Kenny, was in constant contact with me and responded quickly to my texts. He gave me an option of an aftermarket key shell or Toyota one (I opted for the aftermarket one to save $85). He texted me the morning of our appointment saying that he would text me 30-40 minutes before his arrival. He came to my work a few minutes early and texted that he was there. I went back to work while he programmed my key fob with a new OEM chip and cut a new key. If I needed 2 of them, he would only charge me another $105 extra for both. He texted me when he finished. It took about 20 minutes (he said some key fobs take 30-60 min). I Venmo'd him and he was on his way. He was friendly and professional throughout the whole process. His prices were better than the other companies that I called. I would highly recommend him! read more
