I needed a front door handle and lock replaced at my rental unit and Kenny was excellent from the start. After speaking to him on the phone and texting him a picture of my front handle/lock, he was able to give me a quote the same day and arrange to come out the next day. This was an older lock from the late 1980s and unique in structure compared to what is standard today. So I needed an extra key remote in case my current one would stop working and my car door lock cylinder replaced and Kenny was able to provide all that! He gave me a reasonable quote and managed to change car door lock while being able to use the current key I had. Although he couldn't pair the remote to my car with the same remote model, he came in the next 2 weeks and tried again but they wouldn't work. However, he came with a smart key and not only was able to pair it to my car, but also managed to cut out the key to my current lock for a very low price than what it would've cost!
