I texted Kenny for a quote and he replied within 15 minutes with a very reasonable estimate. He was very accommodating with regards to scheduling and showed up promptly when I told him I was available since I work from home and take meetings all day. He initially estimated the time to complete the work (3 rekeys and installing a smart lock) as 45 minutes and exactly 45 minutes from when he started he was done.
