I've come across and…read morepurchased some amazing consigned men's items at this store -- Chrome Hearts hoodie, sweats, and sunglasses; Balenciaga trench coat; Rimowa luggage; Bottega Veneta & Loewe tote bags. The staff here is so welcoming and sincere, and are not afraid to strike up a warm conversation. The store is run very efficiently for consignors as well -- I've consigned many men's designer that have sold quickly here. I'd say it's easier to find nice designer womenswear. Men's designer is harder to find, but at times you'l get lucky with designer menswear.

I purchased two candle holders and later got a voicemail saying I owed an additional 33 cents because they'd undercharged me. Odd amount to call about, but I was out of town and didn't call back right away. The next day I answered a call (that turned out to be from them) asking for someone else entirely. Assuming the number was possibly spam, I googled the number, saw it was Trove, and then emailed them directly, saying I understood I owed 33 cents and asking for an invoice. They corrected me. I actually owed $33, not 33 cents, they couldn't send an invoice by email, and wanted me to call and give my card info over the phone instead. After everything already off with this (the wrong number call, the 33-cent voicemail, no email invoicing), I didn't feel comfortable reading my card number to someone over the phone. I offered to stop by in person instead, and asked in advance if they could have a receipt ready showing my original 33 cent charge, so I wouldn't be making the trip for nothing. I rearranged my lunch break to make this happen and showed up as planned. No receipt. They said they'd emailed it, but I'd specifically asked for a printed copy, the least they could do given this was their error to begin with. That request took several days notice and still didn't happen. Their printer was "acting up," so I got no receipt for the original charge and none for the new $33 charge, either! An error on their end turned into a special trip, wasted time on my lunch break, and still no paperwork to show for any of it. Disappointing customer service, especially when the customer is the one who has to burn their own time fixing your mistake. Edited to add, following their reply: I was never contesting the dollar amount being charged. I was happy to pay for what I purchased. I stated that they asked me to call in my card over the phone. I addressed why I was uncomfortable with doing that, and had asked for a way to provide payment electronically. When that option was not available I offered to come in. My disappointment is that despite their error, the wrong amount owed left on my voicemail, a random "wrong number" phone call from them, and inability to accept payment over something like square invoicing / Venmo / etc., all I asked for was a printed receipt. If someone has to make time to come in and fix your error, it's the least you could have done. I'm now even more disappointed in them after this response.

Because they don't offer cash back, only store credit and some of the items aren't eligible to be returned at all I didn't want to take the risk in online ordering again and having the same problem. *also be advised the store credits do have an expiration date* I knew I was coming to LA so I decided that I would make a trip to the store front to redeem my store credit. The boutique is really cute inside, small, and I didn't have any problem finding street parking. There is a pretty good selection of items if you're between sixes 2-8 but larger than that you'll be a bit limited. I tried on several items and most of them just did not fit my body properly. A lot of the fabrics are thin and sheer, the dresses and skirts I tried on showed my underwear so beware of that also. I found the most success in accessories and jackets. I purchase a jumpsuit that fit me perfectly and it is a size 2X. In no other store have I ever fit into a 2X but I liked it enough to keep. The prices are pretty expensive based on the quality and I did not see any sale section inside of the store. A mini backpack, jumpsuit, duster and pair of no-name sunglasses was over $200. Thankfully my credit was $160 and covered most of that. Staff were helpful and friendly, I would consider the customer service 5 stars but I know I won't shop here again based on the sizing, selection and prices.

Kenneth Barlis is a fraud. Scammed me for a fashion show he produced at San Diego for December 14 2024. Switch and bait , fraud , breech of contract and won't refund my money. He had the balls to charge more when in the end we won't have Michael Cinco. Hyped up models referred and charge them for magazine and can't come up with magazines. read more

Once I would leave the dressing room to show my family members, she wouldn't help with accessories or questions, just went back to the room to take back the other dresses. You can imagine this took an hour maybe 1.5 hours but we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Mind you, I had to pay $50 for this appointment. I had 2 more dresses in the room and didn't even care to finish trying on the other dresses because she was rude and so unhelpful. When I told her I was done trying on dresses, she just said "ok" and rushed us out of the building. Total waste of time and money, don't come here unless you want to be treated like crap.

Where to begin. My friend called to make my appointment here and had them on speaker. The lady…read morespoke rudely to my friend so I grabbed the phone and kindly replied that yes my wedding is in August and yes this is my first time trying on wedding dresses. While I was on the phone I did mention I would have family come with me. (To her defense I don't believe I mention the amount of people in my group). However at no point did she say it would be a problem I took the very first appointment of the day. The shop opened and as I walk in we were greeted by a nice lady (who simply opened the shop and perhaps was organizing the store) We waited to actually meet who would be helping me. A couple minutes pass and the lady walks up with out even saying hello. The first words out of her mouth were "only three people" I giggled and said excuse me? I thought she was making a joke. She then repeats herself saying only three people are allowed in the store because it is too small. At that point I said okay, thank you anyway. In the future I recommend you mention this over the phone when someone is making an appointment. She claimed to have said it over the phone which in fact was a lie. She raised her voice, making everyone feel extremely uncomfortable. She also said it is written on her website so I should have known. However when we spoke the first time I mentioned that I found her through Instagram (I had never even looked at her website) Overall I completely understand if that is the policy they have however there was clearly a much better way to have handled the situation. (Not the way I was hoping to start my wedding dress shopping day) but everything worked out a million times better after that we ended up at Panache Bev Hills where we were greeted with smiles and champagne! I made my purchase that day with Anna!

Not only is she clearly…read moreknowledgable about her craft, but her attention to detail and comforting presence put me at such ease, which I was especially grateful for during a rather stressful time. I contacted Roya pretty close to my wedding date (about 1.5-2 months out near holiday season) and was very nervous about the tight turnaround. She was able to get me in to see her quickly and thankfully completed the alterations ASAP, so I had plenty of time to ensure that everything was perfect and further alterations could be done if needed. However, with her skill and talent, that wasn't necessary at all. My dress needed to be hemmed and bustled, which may not sound like a lot to some people, but it was incredibly difficult to the delicate and intricate lace detailing at the bottom of my dress. I needed an expert who would be able to alter the dress for my petite frame but also maintain the beauty and integrity that I fell in love with. There truly was no one better for the task than Roya, and it was also helpful that her schedule was so flexible. I honestly can't say enough praises for Roya and her work, and I am so grateful that she played a major part in making me feel beautiful and confident on one of the most special days of my life!

During my initial fitting, she was patient and talked me through the entire process. When I told her I wanted to shorten my off-the-shoulder sleeves, she told me why I shouldn't shorten them and I really appreciated her honesty. She genuinely cares about her work and her clients and offers fair pricing without charging for more than what's needed. I had a total of 3 fittings with her: the first to take in the sides, the second for the hemming and adding the bustle, and the final fitting to make sure everything fits well and to show us how to do the bustle on the dress. I picked up the dress a week before my wedding and it turned out perfect! I could not have asked for a better seamstress that I'd trust with my wedding dress!
