After having work done on my wife's car (a car starter installation) I was driving around and notice that her blind spot monitoring was having an issue. I called Car Sound to have them check their work, since I was unaware of any issues until the car starter was installed. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Upon inspection of the car, the owner of Car Sound came to me, after inspecting the installation work, with the owner's manual explaining the safety features of my car. I was aware of some of the information, but it was very helpful to have a professional explain the features with detail. During this time, an office manager was looking up information on her computer to find out what could cause the issue. Between the owner and office manager they diagnosed the issues and showed me how I could check for the culprit if I ran into that issue again. I called the dealership to see if they would also check the issue out and make sure that there aren't any other sensor issues. Long story short they told me it would be $180 just to bring it in. I went home pulled a panel off the car cleaned out the rocks and am no longer experiencing issues. Thank you to everyone at Car Sound, not only for your great products, but your customer service that goes above and beyond putting the customer first!!!

Within 1/2 two men showed up. My car was park inside your building with both doors wide open. Terrible Customer service, Left voice mail to get a quote for a 98-inch TV. No call back. Called…read morethem again and they said they would have to check with best buy first to see what they charge and would call back. No call back. Called again and he said he still had to check with best buy as they have never mounted a 98in TV. Seems really odd they couldn't give me a quote until they checked with best buy. Very unprofessional. I would think they would have mounted many TVS as this is something they state they do and should be able to give me a quote without having to go to best buy.

I have always wanted a truly HI-FI amazing sound system to play my records and cd's on. Someday you will be mine!" Well now you are mine! Yep I got to sit down with the staff from Audio Labs and play some music through multiple sets of receivers, speakers, turntables to find what truly might be the best sounding hi-fi set up for my money.. Mind you I had about 9 times less then I wanted to spend as you read above but I got a really nice new set up for playing music, that fit my budget and that's what I was shooting for! Lots of options and it's cool they take the time and explain what might be best for you! Top notch stuff and top notch customer service.. They event loaded it into my trunk for me!

I had 3 issues within the first two weeks of getting it. I had to have my car towed once which costed me $450 as well as a tech having to come out and deal with the faulty device, which cost me another $250. AND THEY WILL NOT REIMBURSE ME!!!!!!!! Customer service is impossible to help with anything and every time you finally get through to them your call gets disconnected and they "can't call you back" which they have called me back befor it is just extremely frustrating and ridiculous. Not to mention, every single person in customer service tells you something different.
