I could write a book on the bad experience we had with DeYarman's service center but I will…read moresummarize it to this: bad communication, and poor follow through. We were misquoted on the diagnostic cost, we were told we needed an airbag module we were never given a price for so we could never actually have the service done, and despite calling in a dozen+ times over the course of almost two months we were never followed up with whenever we were told we would be called back. DeYarman has not tried to do anything to make things right which is what is really frustrating. If you plan on having your Ford vehicle repaired I would do some research and try another shop.
