Overall my car was due for a deep clean and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean it was when I picked it up. It took approximately 2 hours on a weekend to do my interior. Keep in mind that your car will be on as they use your car to help steam the inside. They completely cleaned my interior and even put new floor mats to keep my carpet from getting dirty. The only part that was a little stressful for me was finding them as they are located in the hotel parking lot but that isn't enough to dock a star from this review.

I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. I opted to cancel my appointment all together, I'm not a fan of how they manage their business. The staff receptionist people that handle the calls are all very responsive and friendly. They got my car ready when they said it was going to be ready and charged me exactly what the rate said on their website. They have an online report that you can access about what has been done with your car and recommendations on what might need to repaired. I would highly recommend anyone go here for an oil change and anything they need to get fixed. Theres not many of these types of mechanics out here anymore and I am glad I found Juanita Firs 76. My car came out mostly clean with some missed spots (that i didn't notice until the next day). The car wash itself is a touchless box that sprays more soap and some type of finish on the car before it comes back over with a rinse. The best part of this was the awesome attitude and friendly attendant! I would have loved it it had been either forced air dried or another attendant on the other side with a hand towel. I tried using my Chevron Credit Card and the reader wasn't recognizing it according to the pump. I figured there was an issue with it, so went inside told the young man about it and used my debit card for $25 worth of gas... went out and pumped the gas... Usually when you prepay, it stops at the amount you paid... Wait, no... $25, 26... I stopped the pump and headed in to tell the clerk & pay the difference and almost got ran over by him, trying to trying to catch me! My Chevron card worked.... we went back in and credited my debit card. It was something he had never done, so required a phone call, but it got done! I dropped my vehicle off around 8:10 a.m. for ceramic coating maintenance and discovered a new dent on the driver-side door immediately upon pickup around 12:30 p.m., before I had even entered the vehicle. I reported it immediately. I had inspected the vehicle that morning and am confident the damage was not present beforehand. While the surveillance footage was too grainy to prove exactly when the dent occurred, it showed multiple employees working near the damaged area. What concerned me most was learning that the shop normally photographs vehicles but chose not to photograph mine, supposedly because it was a "custom job," despite this being their standard annual ceramic maintenance service. The owner denied responsibility, suggested the dent could have been caused by a rock--which a professional dent repair shop subsequently told me was not consistent with the damage--and declined my requests for documentation and footage of the work being done. I understand accidents happen. What was disappointing was how the situation was handled once the damage was discovered. I will happily update this review if they choose to take responsibility for the damage they caused.
