Having just paid off my 2019 Tiguan my silly self was having a wandering eye with other cars. So, as a preventative measure I called Dr. Buff for their Fall special based on their reviews. BOY am I glad I did! Travis texted me the morning of with his arrival window which he did meet. It has snowed recently and that didn't stop him getting there and, amazingly, didn't affect his awesome work a bit. In under 4 hours he made my car look completely new again. Overall they did a good job. My car was dirty and I was impressed how clean it got. For the price, however, I was a little upset. The front windshield has very noticeable window streaks that make it difficult to see. I'm not sure why they didn't use a streak free cleaner. I will have to clean this again The area between my seat and console was not completely vacuumed. There were several places in the car I found goops of residue left behind by the cleaner they used to make everything shiny and clean, including the little window covering my speedometer which made it hard to see through. Update: I went in and they fixed what was wrong and were very gracious about it. Travis (the owner) offered me a complete refund, to fix the issue, AND to give me a gift card for a whole other detail. I thought that was way too generous (but appreciated!) and accepted a smaller gift card for half the cost of a detail. I do plan on returning to Dr. Buff and think it was just an honest mistake. Top Notch Establishment - I took my car in for a detail because my dog had thrown up all over my center console, down the sides on the seats, floor boards, and most of the really hard places to access in my car, it was just awful. It was really easy to schedule a time for drop off and a price through Yelp messenger. I dropped my car off in the morning and picked it up at the end of the day and was so impressed, my car looked like it was brand new again and you would never know anything had happened. I also opted for the exterior wash and wax so the whole thing looked great. The price was very competitive, as i did shop around prior to taking my car in. I was definitely worried that I would take my car somewhere and spend so much money just to end up with a so so job, but they definitely delivered at Dr. Buffs. There was one issue I noticed on my drive home and so I contacted the owner right away and asked me to bring my car back in that week at my convenience and he would take a look at it. They determined at that time that I would need to come back in to have it fixed (I won't get into what it was, because it isn't relevant to why I am mentioning this part of my experience). The reason I bring this up is because not only did they fix the issue, but they went ABOVE and BEYOND in the realm of customer service to accommodate me for the inconvenience and I was beyond impressed by their actions. By the time I was able to get back in for them to resolve the issue, it had been over 3 weeks since my initial detail and the PNW weather had taken it's toll on my car (dirty exterior and leaves on the floorboards) and they took the time to wash my car inside and out after they took care of what I came in for. I will be back for regular details every few months or so and would recommend this place to anyone who asked. read more

I needed an older, 2001 car detailed to get ready to sell. I appreciate how they were open during the weekend for questions, appointments, and such. I needed a ride back to my house and they accommodated me. The car looks SO GOOD I don't even want to sell it. The last time it looked this good was when I bought it in 2005. The guys used the touch-up paint I bought from the dealer to cover up those nicks that come from high miles. They fixed a dent, that came with a great memory of teenagers dancing on the top of the car at Sasquatch, and even talked me OUT of spending more money because it was not in my best interest. We left our giant poodle in our Lexus for two hours. When we got back he had emptied his loose bowels in every part of the car - a nightmare never seen before or since. The seating's cream upholstery, designed with a myriad of tiny holes, was everywhere massively soiled. We left it with Dr. Buff, not hopeful in spite of his assurances.
