Having just paid off my 2019 Tiguan my silly self was having a wandering eye with other cars. So, as a preventative measure I called Dr. Buff for their Fall special based on their reviews. BOY am I glad I did! Travis texted me the morning of with his arrival window which he did meet. It has snowed recently and that didn't stop him getting there and, amazingly, didn't affect his awesome work a bit. In under 4 hours he made my car look completely new again. Its so shiny I can see reflections in it clearly. And the interior is just glorious. During the walk through afterwards, Travis patiently answered some questions I had about maintaining its beauty and gave me some great resources. I've used a few different detailers in my day but Travis and Dr. Buff are by hands down the best I've had! Definitely going back and keeping the paid off car as new as I can as long as I can! read more

This guys KILLED it with our interior detail We have a gross dog who trashed the inside of our Subaru and we could not be more impressed with how beautiful it looks now. Not a dog hair in sight. Totally worth the cost. I've been cleaning the interior myself for years and I know how hard it is. Couldn't be more impressed. Give them all of your money! read more

Excellent detail service!! Couldn't be more pleased! We highly recommend this service to anyone needed a detail job.

Pretty much just WOW! My poor Miata gets parked under a pine tree ... I brought it in covered in dust, pollen, needles, pitch and algae, it was more than a little embarrassing. I barely recognized it when I picked it up - shiny new inside, outside and under the hood! I am impressed! read more

Overall they did a good job. My car was dirty and I was impressed how clean it got. For the price, however, I was a little upset. The front windshield has very noticeable window streaks that make it difficult to see. I'm not sure why they didn't use a streak free cleaner. I will have to clean this again The area between my seat and console was not completely vacuumed. There were several places in the car I found goops of residue left behind by the cleaner they used to make everything shiny and clean, including the little window covering my speedometer which made it hard to see through. Update: I went in and they fixed what was wrong and were very gracious about it. Travis (the owner) offered me a complete refund, to fix the issue, AND to give me a gift card for a whole other detail. I thought that was way too generous (but appreciated!) and accepted a smaller gift card for half the cost of a detail. I do plan on returning to Dr. Buff and think it was just an honest mistake. Thanks Travis! read more

Quick response and ok detail. I felt like the car was just ok not the super detailed job that I paid for. $250.00 with tax and tip I feel like I could have gotten a better job. Staff was very nice read more

I have used Travis three times before, always incredible results. Most recently he restored - not just detailed - very filthy Prius. Amazing job!! read more

Dr Buff was extremely flexible, affordable and professional. They did an incredible job on my cross over. It was so immaculate I think it is cleaner than when I bought it. They were so communicative, very flexible about my pick up/drop off time and definitely went above and beyond for a better rate than the many other shops I inquired with. Will return and would highly recommend to others. read more

My car looks brand new every time I get my car cleaned here! With two very messy kids my car can get very dirty but somehow they make it look like it just came out of a dealership. So happy! read more

Dr Buff is my go to car wash facility. They are extremely friendly and do an amazing job to make my car look shiny and new again every time I go. I've had some minor scratches and they try as best as they can to help me fix or cover up any exterior damage. My car looks like new after they're done with it and I am amazed at how much detail they put in to the work on interiors and exteriors. read more

Top Notch Establishment - I took my car in for a detail because my dog had thrown up all over my center console, down the sides on the seats, floor boards, and most of the really hard places to access in my car, it was just awful. It was really easy to schedule a time for drop off and a price through Yelp messenger. I dropped my car off in the morning and picked it up at the end of the day and was so impressed, my car looked like it was brand new again and you would never know anything had happened. I also opted for the exterior wash and wax so the whole thing looked great. The price was very competitive, as i did shop around prior to taking my car in. I was definitely worried that I would take my car somewhere and spend so much money just to end up with a so so job, but they definitely delivered at Dr. Buffs. There was one issue I noticed on my drive home and so I contacted the owner right away and asked me to bring my car back in that week at my convenience and he would take a look at it. They determined at that time that I would need to come back in to have it fixed (I won't get into what it was, because it isn't relevant to why I am mentioning this part of my experience). The reason I bring this up is because not only did they fix the issue, but they went ABOVE and BEYOND in the realm of customer service to accommodate me for the inconvenience and I was beyond impressed by their actions. By the time I was able to get back in for them to resolve the issue, it had been over 3 weeks since my initial detail and the PNW weather had taken it's toll on my car (dirty exterior and leaves on the floorboards) and they took the time to wash my car inside and out after they took care of what I came in for. I will be back for regular details every few months or so and would recommend this place to anyone who asked. read more

My car was amazing when I picked it up, better than when I bought it!! And such a great price, definitely will be back :)

I think this business is outstanding. They are professional and friendly. They have washed and waxed my car several times and do a fabulous job. I like small independent businesses as long as they are professional far above corporate places. You know they are concerned about your opinion and want your repeat business as well as word of mouth praises. Dr Buff has earned my positive comments. I recommend everyone give Dr. Buff a try as I am certain you will be impressed and return. Tell em u were recommended by Mel a tuff critic. Thank you Travis and crew u guys r great ! read more

Received the gold level car wash yesterday. I had messaged them via yelp and received a quote and an appointment very quickly. I arrived for my appointment and they started working on my car immediately. The owner is professional and efficient. My car detail was completed within about one hour ( I was told it would take between 1-1.5 hours). Car looks great. Thank you for the great work. read more

I took my car here for the first time due to a recommendation! They book days out which almost made me give a 4 star rating. However, when I got the car back I was amazed at the quality of the service and the small details they had taken care of! It was like buying a new car from the dealership! Definitely worth every 5 stars! read more

My car was clean, but there was a problem with the stereo afterward, and they suggested that it was my fault and that I was blaming them. I wish I had taken before and after pictures, Dr. Buff did an AMAZING job on my Honda Pilot. I had hit a few things that left some surface scratches and Dr. Buff did a great job at getting those out. You'd never know that a toddler rode in the back with how clean all the seats were! My car looked almost new when I got it back. The best part, for me, is they picked up my car and dropped it off - now that's great service! We will be going back for sure! read more

I needed an older, 2001 car detailed to get ready to sell. I appreciate how they were open during the weekend for questions, appointments, and such. I needed a ride back to my house and they accommodated me. The car looks SO GOOD I don't even want to sell it. The last time it looked this good was when I bought it in 2005. The guys used the touch-up paint I bought from the dealer to cover up those nicks that come from high miles. They fixed a dent, that came with a great memory of teenagers dancing on the top of the car at Sasquatch, and even talked me OUT of spending more money because it was not in my best interest. How's that for great service and high ethics? Car was ready for pickup as promised and the final price was less than expected. Dr. Buff comes with my highest recommendation. read more

Don't consider going anywhere else. I met with Travis the owner before dropping my vehicle off. His team exceeded my expectations and I think I am extremely picky. My 1997 Ford F-250 came back to me looking just like it should. No detail missed. I can not say enough about this business. I typically do not write reviews and felt compelled to write one about this one. Top Notch I say Top Notch. Chris read more

Our car was detailed at Dr Buff's today. They were cheerful and on time. The car is spotless and smells good. They even told me that if I bring in touch up paint from Honda, they will repaint a little ding at no charge. One teeny thing: they left the front windshield streaky. I'm 100% confident that if I stop by, they will spiff it up. read more

They made an appointment for me around the holiday with short notice. I can't believe how clean the inside was, considering I have foster dogs in it on a regular basis. I thought I would be up charged for the dog hair and tree sap, but wasn't. It's the cleanest my car has been since I bought it 3 years ago. I would definitely recommend this place. read more

We left our giant poodle in our Lexus for two hours. When we got back he had emptied his loose bowels in every part of the car - a nightmare never seen before or since. The seating's cream upholstery, designed with a myriad of tiny holes, was everywhere massively soiled. We left it with Dr. Buff, not hopeful in spite of his assurances. We returned to a car that looked the way it did when we purchased it at the Lexus dealership! The spoilage, including the smell, had gone without trace, and never returned. This was a year ago. I think we never thanked Travis and his crew sufficiently at the time (how could we?), though we've never forgotten what they did for us. read more
