Great and thorough detail work, BUT the staff kind of sucks. This morning we were on time, so was the poor high school kid working here in the shop, but the manager overslept and was too busy nursing a hangover to meet us for our appointment. Then upon return, we are sitting in the waiting area, waiting for some service or acknowledgement while this jackass photography contractor of theirs watches porn behind their cubicle walls. Over the sounds of ass slapping, and sexual position conversation, we still waited, holding a conversation of our own and trying to get his attention without walking into a nightmare behind the curtain . Finally Pee Wee gets done with his big adventure, stands up, shocked people are sitting in the waiting room. Cue embarrassed guy heading to get someone who can help us...then another 10 minute wait. read more

Absolutely amazing customer service here! From the second I pulled up I was treated like I was important. I had found this place without calling ahead or scheduling an appointment, it was urgent for me to get my cat detailed. The first guy that talked to me took care of me right away! Which I reallllllly appreciated. The place was very clean and comfortable to wait and super friendly staff. Wish I could remember the name of the guy that cleaned my car but he did so good. My car got pretty dirty over the weekend, So i needed to get it washed. Car is pretty new so I didnt want any of the high end wash service offered by Bham. I opted for the Managers choice $40 car wash. The people there are great (Victor. Who I think is the manager is great.) the work got done in about 30-40 min. But the wash wasnt complete. After a quick inspection, it seemed fine. once I got home there were residual streaks, as well as some unwashed spots, and not completely washed areas. Also the inside had some drips from the wash. For $40, I can't say it is worth it. if it was $15-$25, i would probably go here often. At its current price, I dont think I will be returning. read more

Daughter bought a car and the previous owner had dogs. They must have been wet dogs. Called about 5 places and most wanted me to take out a second mortgage to get the job done and wanted the car dropped off days from now. Victor and his team did a fantastic job on my Honda SUV and the customer service I received overall. At first the detail looked really great. They all had wonderful customer service and were very courteous. The scheduling was simple and easy to do. I received the Premium package for external/interior detail. When I picked it up, I realized that all my brake warning indicators came on in my dash. I followed up with them and they mentioned that it this could occur with cleaning the undercarriage. The indicator lights eventually went away after a few blocks with no issues. Additionally, we had a small tear in the back hatch seal, which when I followed up, Victor is very professional and initiated the process for me to get it replaced with the local Honda dealership nearby. He went out of his way to schedule this on my behalf and pay for the repair. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family. read more

I typically go to the dealer for all services but I was feeling thrifty, so I was really putting my faith in this establishment that they would take care of my vehicle. I was very pleased with the ease of scheduling and processing the Groupon and the shop did great work on the interior of my car. Was detailed several months ago and the service was terrible. When I got there they didn't even know I was scheduled even though I spoke directly to the manager. When they were done they quoted me $80 more than the original agreement and didn't even put the discount on that I had mentioned. Beware! read more

Not much attention to detail for detailers. After I went to pickup my car, which had received a Silver SUV package, I spotted numerous dirty items. There were overspray spots on my exterior trim and seats, the roof was still dirty, detail areas were still dirty or had been sprayed but not wiped down. After getting towels from them and a half hour of elbow grease, eventually accompanied by the manager for some of it, it seemed acceptable. I would not recommend paying the approximately 300 dollars for this lack of attention to detail from a retailer. There was no offer of compensation for my trouble. read more

I was a bit disappointed to find areas that were missed. I didn't see it initially, when I picked up my car, because of the shade. I have a black car, so if you miss wiping a section, it shows. Above the driver's side wheel, the panel wasn't wiped completely after washing, but since they waxed over it, I can't wipe the dirt off. Same thing with the side view mirrors. The windows could've used more attention. Some dirt on the tire rims. It's a lot of money spent for missing some details. Otherwise, a really good job! read more

Professional and welcoming staff. I felt that my business was important to them. Pricing was competive and fair, and the quality of service was very good. My car looks great and smells great. Easy access off of HWY 99 in north Lynnwood. What might be questionable for some is, my car was a bit damp inside when I picked it up. It was not a problem for me as I was just heading home. I opened it up and let it finish drying. However if you plan to be using the vehicle directly after, make sure you tell them so the can give you a realistic drying time. I am sure they will take care of you. I will use them again. read more

I took my really, really dirty 2012 Mazda 3 into Bham Detail in Lynnwood and booked the Silver Package. They did such a fantastic job! My children had stained the back seat with spills and they got it all out. My wheels and tires looked new! My floor mats, carpet, dash, center consol, door jams...EVERYTHING was sparkling. The car looked and smelled brand new. I am very pleased with the quality of work that they did. They even stayed almost an hour late waiting for me to pick it up because I don't get off work until 30 minutes after they usually close. I recently took my Honda CRV in for a detail after receiving a detail package as a gift. My car had not had its interior cleaned since I bought it 2 1/2 years ago. I was hoping that the Bham Detail team could maybe spruce it up and get rid of some of the teenage sports smell that lingered in my vehicle. When I picked my car up I was over the moon. I have three kids who play outdoor sports and the amount of mud and dirt caked into the carpets and upholstery was pretty ridiculous. I took my car to Bham a couple weeks ago for an interior detail. I drove out to Lynnwood from Seattle and it was well worth it. There was a waiting area that was clean, kid friendly and offered coffee, tea and water. The staff were attentive, professional and accommodating. The manager offered to drive me home, even though I live 30 min away, so that I wouldn't have to wait for 5 hours while my car was being cleaned. We had the opportunity to talk on the drive back to Seattle and it was obvious to me that he takes pride not only in his staff and what they do, but in providing the best customer service for his clientele. read more

I wish this was a good review but I've struggled with the thought of writing a bad one. I wouldn't be doing this if the cost to repair what they damaged wasn't so great. I arrived for my scheduled appointment but there was no record of it. Then I decided to leave my car so they didn't have to rush. Car was done later the same day which was awesome but when I arrived they couldn't find my keys. Then I was overcharged because the kid added the discount instead of subtracting, that took 10 minutes to figure out. When I arrived home I started to look at my care and noticed my gauge cluster had stains on it, no big deal just wipe it off. Nope the stain was on the inside ( sealed cluster $600 ) no way to fix. Why do they tire shine the floor mats, I could barley stand up after getting out of the car, no bullshit! Then glancing at my wheels I noticed the blue stipe was bleached away. Victor wanted to see my issues so I dropped my car off again so he had time to look over and come up with a solution. After two days his solutions were ZERO! Working in the tire/wheel industry for 28 years I knew why and how my car was damaged. The solvent he used on the wheels was left on too long and bleached the stripe, wheel cleaners warn you about this exact thing on the label. Victor wanted to have a body shop repaint the stripe, I let him know that it would cost more than the wheels themselves but he didn't believe me! Until he checked and I was correct but then the reason for the bleaching was because "my wheels are cheap" his words (wheels $450). So I asked for my money back , including the $86 tip and Victor did so. Then I asked him what info he found about fixing the gauge cluster and he had no info at all, didn't even bother. At least he knew where my keys were this time. I'm sure they do a great job more often than not but I really got FUCKED! read more
