Before, I could slide in here off Bothell Highway at 30 MPH, but now, you have to make a complete stop in the highway, position your car, turn at just the right angle, go about 3 MPH for a few feet, stop again and then very precariously line your car up with the 7-foot wide "alley" between the wall and the pump. Very uncomfortable, and dangerous, as there is no way to get out of your vehicle without damaging your door. NOT ENOUGH MANEUVERING ROOM. That's why I don't come here any more, YOU CAN'T PULL IN IF YOUR GAS FILL IS ON THE RIGHT SIDE. If your gas fill is on the left, then no problem; then you have some room to work with, but otherwise YOU WILL DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE IF YOU PULL INTO THE LEFT SIDE OF THE PUMPS BECAUSE OF THE SHORT CONCRETE WALL THAT WAS PUT THERE, by some "genius." The lines get crazier here because no one can tell which lines are open or shorter until it's too late, so there's usually always an imbalance. There's also a worker shed in the middle entrance, which obscures the lanes nearby and also makes multiple lanes tightly squeezed. No other Costco gas stations I've been to (even in other states) have their shed in such an obstructive spot. This station only has 2 pumps on each lane side, which is fewer than other stations, too. One time, someone's gas was spilling out of their car, and the workers there didn't communicate to everyone else behind in line that the spot was out of commission, so I was stuck next in line and not able to get out or turn around. I knew they had to act quickly on the cleanup, but none of the workers even bothered to put out a cone to show the lane was closed.

I am by no means a mechanic so I was eager to find some help and advice for someone who was passionate, knowledgeable and trustworthy. My friend mention a young man named Roy Johnson who was well respected in the Porsche community. I messaged him on Instagram (@guards_rad_garage) where he answered all my questions and even offered to look over the car to mark any mechanical issues. He looked over the car throughly and explained to me what needed to be done immediately. He did not try to sell, or over service the car for a profit. His shop is reasonably priced with honest people. I remember one incident where I was not able to start my car from home. Roy after work, drove to my house with his trailer and towed it to his shop. I've never seen any family business do that! Since then Roy has done major services on my car and I am pleased with his work. I am proud to say I am a Bill Waters Spirit customer and look forward to keeping my business with them for any of my automotive needs! Thank you Roy!!
