In case you have never worked on a car, replacing a rear main seal requires that you remove the transmission. Major work at a more than fair price. On the couple of occasions I've had work done he always tells me if you have any problems bring it back and we will correct it. Very honest. I guess the guy way back in 2013 with a bad review had a different experience than the rest of us.

I had a disappointing experience with Quality Plus Automotive. I was told that Honda requires…read moresuspension components to be replaced once they are more than 10 years old. After researching Honda's own maintenance information, I could not find any such requirement. Honda's maintenance guidance calls for inspection of suspension components and replacement when they are worn or damaged not automatic replacement simply because of age. I was also concerned that cheaper aftermarket replacement parts (In my opinion) were installed rather than the Honda OEM parts. That didn't need replacing. I recommend that customers ask for the specific Honda factory documentation supporting any claim that a repair is "required," and ask the shop to show exactly what component failed and why replacement is necessary. I would recommend getting a second opinion from a reputable, independent shop or Honda specialist before authorizing the work.

They hold that right as business owners, which I understand completely. One of their staff members was not aware of this and it was not until after a $120 diagnostic that I was notified they don't accept payments from insurance/warranty companies. I explained to the owner that I had multiple phone calls with this staff member about using my warranty company as payment. Staff is not educated on the shops policy and client is bitting the bullet! No refund.

I was coming out of one of the Cisco buildings in RTP and saw Dave waiting to return car keys to somebody in the building. I was in a bit of a hurry so I couldn't chat long but I asked for a card. The next day I hopped online and did what you're probably doing... research. I was surprised that I couldn't find any reviews since he has a comment section on his website and a majority are from tech people. Since I was already on Yelp I called around some of the local brake and auto shops to get an idea of what this was going to cost. I knew I needed new brakes and some rotor work because of the pulsing when braking. I then filled out the quote request form on Dave's site and was contacted later that night. His price was very competitive and considering the convenience factor I decided to give it a shot. Dave showed up around noon on the day we had agreed on and I met him in the parking lot to give him my key fob. I won't lie, it was a little unnerving giving a stranger my key but that's part of the deal. Fast forward a few hours and Dave called me to let me know that my car was done and to come down to get my key. I was expecting the price to be a little higher than what he quoted since that seems to be standard practice in this industry but it wasn't! After paying, I headed to my car and the first thing I noticed was that he put my "heat shield" window visor back up after doing my brakes. I know this has nothing to do with a brake job but it does say something about the man doing the job. I waited a week before writing this review to make sure everything was still functioning properly and I still have no complaints. Details: 2008 Infiniti G37 coupe | new brakes and turned the rotors. The brakes also have a lifetime warranty. Give Dave a call. You won't be disappointed.
