Spacious, bright Kendra Scott location in the 900 North Shops. This season KS is offering home/office accent pieces (think: trays, picture frames, lacquered decorative boxes) in addition to their signature baubles that we have all come to covet. Seeing as how this is my birthday month, I decided to treat myself. Spoiler alert: Kendra Scott offers a birthday month discount of 50% off (with valid ID) on earrings, including sale pieces. I managed to snag a pair of gold and druzy climbers, that were actually less than the sale pair I was eyeing. I'm a big Kendra Scott fan and have visited several of her stores in Texas. This location at the shops at 900 is great! The employees were all very friendly and up to date on knowing their collections, they even showed me what was going to be coming out in a couple of weeks! I treated myself for my birthday with a long necklace on this visit with several stones (I think it was called the Kellie coincidentally enough) and I'm sure I'll be back for another bauble soon ;-). This location is in the upscale 900 North Michigan shopping center. I've briefly checked out Kendra Scott pieces at department stores, but had never stepped inside of the store until recently. Right before my birthday, my friend informed me that they offer 50% off purchases during your birthday month. Since I was in the area, I decided to stop by on my actual birthday. On the evening I stopped in, they were co-sponsoring a fundraiser for an organization in the city. A percentage of the proceeds from all purchases were going towards this fundraiser and there was also wine to drink while shopping. The whole experience was a win a win on all levels. I got a pretty rose gold bracelet from their color bar (you pick the color metal you want and add the color stone you want). The service I received from all of the staff at the store was also fantastic and I would definitely visit this location again. read more

I LOVE KENDRA SCOTT. It's a little embarrassing. When I go into the 900 N Michigan store the girls know me. One even knows my address (cause it's in my profile and I'm there all the time so she's seen it 100 times). I love that during your birthday month you can get any 1 item half off. ANY item your heart desires. I love that when I went in with my hubby last year for my birthday they gave my hubby a chair and a beer while I shopped. It was a great distraction that allowed me to purchase a couple of items without him noticing. Hehe. I love the quality of the pieces. I have had ONE piece break on me and KS allowed me to bring it back in and re-purchase a replacement piece at half off. Most places would shrug their shoulders and say sorry not sorry. I love all the different stones and color options. I love that I ALWAYS get compliments anytime I wear ANY KS item. I've been to a couple other stores in other states but I must say the one at 900 N Michigan is phenomenal. They seem to have a better inventory than other stores. Maybe I'm imagining it. But I don't think I am. I already know what my next purchase is going to be and I can't wait. I own a LOT of KS stuff. The only insult I can hurl their way is I wish they had a rewards program. Spend a certain amount and get 50% off an item or SOMETHING. Some of us are cult-like followers and we spend a LOT of money at KS. It sure would be nice to get a little something for the loyalty! But I do love KS. I highly recommend KS items for gifts or for just a nice little treat for yourself! read more

This location was one of my favorite KS stores I've been to! Went on a Saturday afternoon, and it was not super crowded, which made for a much more enjoyable shopping experience. Staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, and they even offered me some champagne while I shopped! I was SO excited to find out that Chicago was getting a Kendra Scott in the 900 shops, as I've been a fan for years. I've never had an issue with their jewelry in the past (i.e. necklaces, earrings, etc.), however I bought a ring that I'd been eyeing for quite a while but it quickly discolored - and by quickly, I mean within a month of purchasing it. The associates were really sweet and fantastic when I took it in and they offered to replace it, free of charge. I always hate to complain or return items due to something like this, but for the cost I didn't want it just sitting in my jewelry case. I got to choose a new one from the color bar which was definitely an experience in itself! And, while I was there I happened to also find a necklace I loved, and bought that along with getting the ring replaced. Again, I cannot express how wonderful the associates were. They filled me in on how to care for your jewelry since it is plated over brass. I've taken all the necessary steps to ensure the ring stay flawless, but yet again it discolored within about 2 months of purchase AND caused my finger to turn green. I have yet to take it back again and dread to do so, but for $60+ I would hope that it would be made of sterling silver and not just coated over brass - especially for a ring that gets more wear & tear than something such as a necklace. All in all, I still love their jewelry and think most of it is beautifully made, but I would NOT suggest purchasing rings. Stick to the necklaces, earrings, bracelets, etc. I took one star away for the quality of the rings. read more

I went to the 900 North Michigan Ave location while I was in town visiting. This is my second time going to this location, however I had amazing customer service both times. This visit was such an incredible and sentimental moment for me due to some personal experiences I have went through the past few months. Christina was very helpful with trying to help me find something I liked since I was looking for 2 specific pieces of jewelry that are no longer being made. We searched and searched the store and she very patiently worked with me to find the perfect item for me. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and made me feel more than comfortable while I was in the store shopping. Kendra Scott has some of the best customer service I have experienced and they are truthfully about making sure that each individual customer is taken care of to the fullest extent and treated with respect.
