I came in specifically looking for jewelry because I always seem to find great pieces among their wide selection. They don't have matching sets but if you're patient and look through it all you should be able to find great coordinating items. Morgan and Carina (sp?) were very sweet and helpful. I usually deny help initially while I'm browsing, but after a while I figured I could use the help in finding a great set to give as a gift. I kid you not, in less than 60 seconds Morgan had pulled the most gorgeous Emerald-like necklace and earrings that were perfect! Then I spent time looking at the random stuff that I never really paid attention to before. They have an assortment of quick gifts, party games, drinking accessories and games, really a mix of everything. Carina pointed out a few interesting items and I ultimately found some cool stuff to take to an upcoming holiday party. To make my experience even better, I feel like everything in the store was buy one get one 50% off that day! FYI, the theater parking deck is free.

And once I got it... sales everywhere like buy 2 full price and get the 2nd one 30% off...-and a sale rack where it was $21.98 and lower it was $7.98 and if it's $24.98 and higher it was $14.98. And even if it's a small space they found a way to pack a lot of things there including jewelry. I got some really nice dresses here and I am so happy. David Yurman is an incredible brand, the craftsmanship of the pieces are top tier so you are investing in beautiful pieces of work and the value is you are truly taking care of as long as you have your jewelry.

Since I was near a store, I decided to go inside and try the bracelet on/have it sized before purchasing online. When I entered the store, I was greeted and paired with Patricia. She was pleasant, and allowed me to try on the various sizes to determine which would best suit me. I ended up getting a small, however, I think a "smedium" should be made because it's a little tight. I'm overall pleased with my experience. My only gripe is that my bracelet was easily scratched and appears a bit lackluster after only a few months. I need to get it cleaned to see if that will help. In regard to value, I bought this bracelet in January 2026 and it is currently July 2026; the price has increased by $150 to date. That's a bit wild to me, however I'm glad I purchased it when I did.

The second floor is apparently just engagement rings. I say "apparently" because when I asked what was upstairs, a staff member dismissively said so and walked away. Mind you, we were the only two shoppers on the first floor at the time, so it wasn't like she was too busy to give me attention. Mostly we were struck by the attitude of the staff. They were nowhere near as helpful and welcoming as the staff in New York. I've been to several locations all over the world, and this is the only one I would never return to.

Not my current competency but I walked into this store and was blown away. And I'm a 30+ year retail veteran! It was not only so well curated between clothing, gifts, and holiday, but it was also perfectly merchandised. At 4 in the afternoon, this time of year, that is no small task. And there were super helpful sales help and options. After narrowing down my options, the manager, Adam Bremer, rang me up. But it didn't end there-he gift wrapped the book, like it was a far more costly gift down to ensuring the tissue was folded decently and including a gift receipt and a dog bone for her dog. It warmed this retailer's heart and I will certainly add them to my list of stores to keep an eye on.
