This Tanger is located Route 30 (East or West) on Lincoln Highway. This Tanger Outlets in Lancaster, PA is not a huge outlet mall, as noted accurately by fellow Yelper Dave L. There are high-end stores as Brooks Brothers, Movado, Kate Spade, Ann Taylor. Tanger is equipped with parking, and restroom facilities. Facilities are relatively clean. The store directory is obscured but my party walked to circle the grounds. There is also a printed store directory for grabs. Again, upon exiting the car the air had a high functioning stench of horse manure to heaven! The noisome odor emanating from the nearby unseen horse stables made it difficult for my party to enjoy the shopping experience, amid the dangerous excessive heat wave of Independence Day 2026 holiday weekend. We were among the Amish in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.

I can pick up envelopes and tape here, go a few doors down to UPS, a few more stores down to Goodwill and Dollar Tree. Plus this location offers Fed Ex drop off, something alot of other locations do not do, although most of the staff really don't know how to handle it. So during these hard times you can't be too critical. This review is based more off of the issues with their registers (credit only), and the lack of training on their staff to accept Fed Ex. Lots of empty shelves and messy isles, but that's just becoming the norm.

My friends meanwhile, were thrilled, and filled their carts. While I wasn't impressed, a general merchandise store is greatly needed in this area since Kmart closed.
