He notified us we needed a pre-approved home loan letter before a showing (seller requirement). I did that on a Saturday and we saw the home December 31st. We made an offer and went back to Hometown Realty to sign a purchase contract. We left and went to lunch and Steve called before I got my first bite to notify us the Seller had accepted our offer. We closed February 1st. Steve took care of everything he was supposed to do and notified us of any tasks, issues, problems that needed to be done. Steve was great. I would recommend him to anyone. He was more concerned about the people buying our house than our wants and needs. Anything we asked for he didn't communicate with the buyers. He talked us into paying for their closing costs when we knew we shouldn't . It was a terrible experience and we chose him because he only charges 5%. Do yourself a favor and chose someone who charges a little more. You get what you pay for!
