Outdoor project was a partial rebuild of the front porch, mostly ceiling and fascia that was rotting and poorly built to begin with. Eric carefully removed the gutter, built a temporary structure to keep it in pristine shape, quickly and expertly rebuilt the front of the porch, including extending the trusses a bit, painted, and re-attached the gutter. Looks fantastic. Indoor project was a kitchen floor installation + shoe molding, laundry room flooring, and some minor repairs here and there. All done expertly and quickly.

We hired them for two jobs around the house and spent over $800. One of the jobs was done well, the…read moreother is horrible! So we called and he came back to correct the work - the work was for 4 baby safety gates that were not securely installed at the top and bottom of staircases so they kept coming out of the wall. Then he (Ronnie) walked off the job in the middle of it after being rude to my wife. Handyman Connection then sent another person and he was better, but still didn't do it properly. He was very nice to come back to fix 2 of the gates, but now the other 2 gates have come out of the wall. They aren't putting the screws into studs in the wall. It's not so simple because the studs aren't straight across from the corner of the railing, but that's why I hired a professional. I could have done what they did, but instead I chose to hire a pro and pay good money to get it done right. Our baby has NOT pulled on them so these gates are not yet enduring any pressure, but they probably will. And if they come off the wall so easily from regular opening and closing then this could be a serious safety hazard if our 1 year old every fell down the stairs. At this point it has been only 1 week since original installation and if they come back to correct it then this will be the fourth visit. Either way I will post a follow up review after we see whether or not they stand behind their work, which is one of the most important things every homeowner wants to know when hiring a contractor.
