A small 3 1/2 foot by 5 foot slab. The price was pretty crazy. I figured, "$200 hassle factor, 4 hours labor @ $60, and $150 for supplies and such. NOPE - add another 50%. I bought additional tools, watched some YouTubes plus two trips to Lowe's, and by the next morning the pad was ready with 85% of quoted price still sitting in my pocket. I may keep them in mind for bigger job as age may affect my abilities in a decade or three.

James was asked to repair two leaky Delta faucets and he had to replace the inner valves. He went to the store and came back with the correct parts the first time. The next job was to replace two screens in our screened in porch, and install a large dog door. James reinforced the screen with wood slats, which provide a stable foundation for the dog door. James is now doing some tile work in our bathroom, and I'm sure it is going to turn out wonderfully.

I got lucky with the one who did call me back, even though I did not leave a VM. Jimmy Lane. He and his associate Barry showed up next day to fix a hanging towel bar and a bunch of built-in cabinet doors that were hanging wonky. They were professional, courteous and fast! Liked them so much I had them come back a few days later to paint one of my rooms and today they went to the store to order a replacement blind for me as well. Super pleased at having found someone I can use long term for just about any job! Would recommend Jimmy to anyone!

He never told us and I didn't notice it til he walked out my door. Ran and grabbed him for a little bit of an awkward conversation with him hinting as we should fix it ourselves. I told him this had to be fixed as it looked awful. It ripped my trim and my ceiling popcorn off! I just moved here! He sent another guy out who was pretty nice who replaced the trim but didn't fix the ceiling. Said he wasn't happy with the job and he was gonna tell Ray he needed to come back. Followed up with Ray a few times for him ultimately ignoring me. Just wish he didn't leave me hanging and now I gotta fix my own ceiling.
