This time, I asked for one night and a bath/cut, quoted at $325 and charged $576. My directions were to cut the dogs as short as the groomer was comfortable with, knowing that my Australian Shepherds are double coat dogs and every groomer I've taken them too refuses to go any shorter than 2". They shaved my dogs down to the skin, and then sent a picture asking if they took off enough....as if I'm able to say "please put some back on". They fought with me every step of the way and lie about their service and pricing. I'd be amazed if they were actually licensed to groom dogs. They are rude, insulting, and refuse to apologize for any of their absurd actions. For the safety of all pets in the area, they should close shop and find something new to do. 1 star because I can't put 0.

They even got down on the ground and played with our dog to make sure he was comfortable with them. They went through a series of questions and were incredibly professional and prepared. We were given a confirmation for their services and were able to pay online (which was very convenient)! During our trip, we received daily updates and pictures of our dog. Carol brought in our mail and packages as well! At first, we were nervous to leave our dog at home, but were SO comforted by Carol's attentive communication with us. We actually felt like our dog was being cared for by a family member! This is a classic sign of owners trying to boost their own rating, or offering free services to clients in return for only a 5 star review. No doubt one of the worst establishments that hides behind a name of a Buisness that used to be good. So much employee turnaround, every time I have come in it has been a different person, process, or this year pricing structure. Then you pay for services that never happened because new employees are trained by other new employees. My dog also gets daily medication and it came back to me untouched. Not only that but the groups used to be divided. Now, it is one HUGE group that only a handful of employees look after. This means a little 5lb dog is in there with dogs well over 100 lbs, and only a few people that are in the yard. If there would be any incidents at all, there is no way to control a group that size. And for this group time that now takes no consideration for personalities age or size you have to pay EXTRA for. for taking care of your dog which is supposed to BE THE BARE MINIMUM for boarding facilities.
