They were not interested in working with us on the price. Not a very good sense of customer service at all. They gave their price which was eventually settled on, but the salesman had a hard time getting information together for the insurance. They kept asking for pictures of the policy, the insureance card, the plates, etc.. It was alot of red tape to go through just to get this car. Hopefully this car will run. Meanwhile 2 employees stood around doing nothing and chatting with each other. The cashier turned to the 2 employees and said, "We have a customer up here that needs help" (referring to me). The 2 employees looked at me. Just then, a gentleman customer pulled into a parking place and walked toward the door, and 1 of the 2 employees rushed over to ask him what he needed - ignoring me completely. The other employee, walked away completely. No one assisted me until it was my turn at the counter. Long story short - this store had sold me an item that I clearly did not need. I was bringing it back in to ask for assistance. They told me they could not help. I ended up going down the road to O'Reilly's and getting the help I needed. Lesson learned.

I plan to file a small claims case as soon as possible, seeking approximately $4,000 for the value of the car and money invested into it, plus compensation for the loss of use as I am a severely disabled woman. The key was dropped off on August 15th between 9:30 and 10 AM. They admitted having lost the key a few days later, affecting when they could tow it from the shop near where it died. They eventually did tow it as it could shift into neutral and I'd been calling for estimates and getting stonewalled by them wanting to know with whom I left the key or a description of the employee. They don't give their names or wear name badges and I am an autistic woman with neurological impairments meaning I cannot recall names and match with faces until I'm well-acquainted with someone. They also overcharged me $200 on a prior repair by placing an estimated amount in a service charge column and I was initially willing to use that credit balance on subsequent work, but that is no longer possible.
