I've made the 2 hour drive to see Dr. Kloess for the past 15 years & never consider finding a dentist closer to home. He's that good!!

I'm not really certain if that had anything to do with what happened to me, but, there was an apparent change in dental assistants. I was given an estimate, and "was told" that it looked like, I had plenty of dental insurance to get a bridge, w/enough money left until the end of this year 2024...Hah! After getting my temporary bridge, I can't remember if I went back 2 or 3 times, as I kept explaining I was, newly grinding my teeth, and it was too tall. But, even after being careful and not using the temporary bridge, I still swallowed it in my sleep. Yumm! I can't even explain how horrible everything went after I received my permanent bridge. I did NOT receive a customary phone call with an explanation - just 3-different different amounts of what I owed. The first low one they retracted right away as a mistake - then, it became "very disturbing." I still haven't gotten answers as of today at the office or corporate, if. I have a warranty on my bridge$$$$??? But, they were sure quick to bill me. I made the mistake of trusting them, and did sign paperwork. I hope I've learned, that in business - don't trust anyone, and make certain you only sign documents that you've read thoroughly. And, because I did not want to deal with anyone at all at that office anymore, I just paid the bill in full, and told them I did not want to be contacted by anyone there ever again, except for warranty info, and to receive my "treatment plan," which is supposed to be a guide of how much your dental work will cost - remember, they call it an "estimate." No answer if my bridge work has any any kind of warranty, but they were sure quick to bill me once it appeared to be completed. Two staff members had NO answers about other important questions, and warranty services as well. There's so much more I could say, but I'm exhausted with this whole situation. I'm SO glad I do not ever have to walk through their doors again (unless I have more (corrected issues with my bridge.) And, It does "appear" Dr. Nick Dubina may have it corrected, and it seemed mostly comfortable now. I still believe the estimates were an egregious miscalculation? of my benefits. I had trusted them, and now, I'm wiped out until 2025. I found a new dentist who does not give estimates - they tell you upfront how much the cost is going to be, and I believe that's how it should be...totally transparent!!!

I should preface this by stating that I've always had an intense fear of dental work. With high…read moreanxiety for my first dental visit since [longer than I'm willing to admit], I walked into their office and was greeted by name by Emily. I don't have a dental insurance card, but Emily was able to pull up my insurance by my Employer and social. She gave me that one less thing to worry about. Paperwork was short and simple, and I was brought back right on time for my appointment (which I think is unheard of everywhere else). The assistant was amazing(!!!!) and I can't talk her up enough. She really brought me to ease and was careful and considerate of all my concerns. While she was careful and considerate (I have sensitive teeth and haven't been to the dentist in years), she was also attentive and thorough. My teeth feel incredibly clean! After the cleaning, Dr. Hasanagic came and looked over my xrays and checked out my teeth. Two baby cavities and one we should keep an eye on. Typically, upon hearing I have cavities, I would be consumed with anxiety/panic attack, only to never return to the doctor who diagnosed me with cavities. But I've scheduled my appointment, and I'm looking forward to having a healthy smile. I can genuinely say I have no concerns about the health of my smile, and I will trust Dr. Hasanagic and his wonderful staff to take care of me.

EDITED NOTE: Dr…read more Bovin sent me a personally written note apologizing and made the financial correction immediately. Last night I got a terrible tooth ache and called Dr. Bovin this morning. He immediately called something in and on his way out of town, he called me to see how I was doing and it was getting worse. He had me meet him at his office before he went out of town for the holidays. How many dentists do that??? Once the infection has cleared, I will be going back. Prior: (One star rating)I had been going to Dr Bovin for some time now. I had positive experiences until this last visit. Dr. Bovin promised me one price and told me I would not have to pay anything over what insured covered as it was a tooth he did prior work. Lo and behold, silly me did not get that in writing then I got charged and they threatened to send me to bill collector. I sent the money as I do not want anything negative on my credit report but I will never go to this place again!! The customer service I received while trying to work out a solution was horrible. I would call and they would say they would call me back, etc. Next thing I know, I get a threatening letter. So, now I am looking for a new dentist in the city. Anyone have any recommendations?

My family and I were long-time patients who came in for regular checkups and additional visits, yet multiple small cavities were completely missed. Those same cavities have now progressed into large, invasive procedures that could have been avoided with proper care and attention. What's even more frustrating is the lack of accountability. We have called repeatedly to ask how these issues were missed while we were actively being seen, and no one will return our calls or provide an explanation. This is, without question, the worst dental experience I've ever had. Between missed diagnoses, poor communication, and unprofessional management, I would strongly caution others to avoid this practice and look elsewhere for competent, reliable dental care.

When the retainers (looked a lot like invisalign) came back, the top one didn't properly fit. I was told to try them out and that they can be uncomfortable initially, so I did. It was a struggle to get the top one on and even worse/more painful getting it off. The retainer ended up breaking. I took it back and was give a replacement, which also had the same issues and also broke. So again, I went back and asked to have my upper teeth reassessed and a proper one made. Instead of correcting the issue, I was given 5 of the improperly fitting ones...it would have taken less than 5 min for them to use their machine and try again, but instead they ignored my issues. Most expensive piece of plastic that doesn't work that I've ever purchased. Won't return.
