When I arrived, I sat for just a few minutes and was greeted by Ari, who was fabulous. She put me at ease right away, because I wasn't sure if I was in the right place for my problem. She assured me I had made the correct call. Ari has a wonderful personality and made me feel comfortable right away. While we were waiting for Dr. Grayem, Sarah popped in to say hello. Sarah took care of me many times in the past year and is a delight. I was very happy to see her. Ari and Sarah were the perfect pair for me to see on Monday. Dr. Grayem came in and was very concerned and tried to help me. When the visit was over Sarah walked me out to the check out and just made me feel so special. What a wonderful experience, when I wasn't feeling well at all! I have never liked going to the dentist, because I have had several terrible experiences. My experience? Day 1 Removed 16 teeth and was fitted with full temporary implants. All my decision, could have gone partial, but knew what the future held and went the full Monty. Uppers and Lowers. 1 month evaluation and progress, evaluate healing and gums, your gums shrink after healing, leaving a void between your temps and gums. Water pick is mandatory. 2 months Removed temps, repaired them from grinding (my fault) didn't have my bite guard in. Then they templated my healed gums for permanent teeth. reinstall repaired temps. No charge for repair. 3.5 months return to get my permanent implants. was given the molds made for my process and procedure. Clear choice St Louis was the right providers for me. Considerably more expensive than the "Las Vegas" option but some things are not worth bargain shopping for. Or you could say that quality has a price. Financially and emotionally. Best money I ever spent on myself. Thank you clear choice St Louis.

I was told I needed a root canal, trusted the recommendation, and from there everything went downhill. The crown fell off, was replaced, and never fit correctly. I went back multiple times for adjustments, but my bite was never right and the pain never stopped. What's worse, I was refused routine cleanings for TWO YEARS because the dentist insisted on fixing this one tooth--something that never actually got resolved. I even asked about removing the tooth and was repeatedly dismissed. Finally, I sought a second opinion. Turns out the tooth was fractured and infected all along and should have been pulled from the beginning. Now I'm dealing with an abscess and a much bigger problem than I started with. This was a long, frustrating, and painful experience that could have been avoided. Please do yourself a favor--get a second opinion before committing to major work here

He was honest with me and answered all of my questions with patience and kindness. I ended up needing dental work, but it was as good of an experience that anyone could possibly have at the dentist.
