Ken did a great job on installing a surveillance camera system on my box truck. There were not to many people willing to install a camera system on a truck but he was able to do it. He was very patient in explaining everything and testing everything to make sure everything was good. I also had some cameras at my place of business that I thought were out but he was honest and let me know that the cameras were fine just a cable was improperly connected. He is very knowledgeable and he was affordable for all the work he did. I would definitely refer him. read more

Ken Electronics installed camera systems with recording for my house at Pine Mountain Club. Have the system for over 6 months now. Works perfectly! Captures great videos of wildlife in area! Its snowing today, and when enlarging camera online picture 2.5 times, you can see falling snowflakes one by one captured! Great sensitivity of cameras, great capture of ant movement, great quality picture. Found them through word of mouth. Ken Electronics deployed my state of the art DVR system on time and under budget. They did a fantastic job of managing my expectations and handled the entire project from start to finish in the most precise and professional manner. They also service existing system installed by others providers and are happy to use their service plan to prolong the lifespan of low voltage systems and investments in the long run. I spoke to Nerses. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. Been in the business for a long time. Had to get a pretty intricate wired intercom and doorbell system installed in an old house and Ken was really helpful and professional throughout the whole process. Ken Electronics is just simply the very best. Very high quality equipment and absolutely the best service possible. Ken was honest and gave me many options and price points. He patiently explained everything to me, including equipment, cameras and wiring. He took his time appraising the situation and choose the best location for the cameras No hard sell at all. His work is by far so much better than what's out there. Totally dependable, on time and really easy to work with. The only company that knew everything about video security. I got a bunch of quotes from others but they where too specialized. Seems like everyone is pushing one specific product. Nick at Ken Electronics was very helpful, he knew everything about all options and cool techs out there and got me a great price as well as a quick installation. Definite 5 star. read more

If I can give this guy 0 stars I will. I hired this guy to do our house cameras, intercom, network, tv and audio. Non of the wiring they did we can use now. It as a new construction house and everything they wired is under the drywall or underground. I already spent couple of thousand to redo his jobs and still cant get everything I need to be redone. Very unprofessional and a lot of times he lies about things to upsell you. I remember I had to call this guy few times to get hold of him to finish his job. And he still screwed everything up. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU NEED EXTRA HEADACHE. read more

As soon as I got there the employee MANJU started complaining that it was already too late and she was gonna close. The store closes at 8 I told her I don't understand why you can't help me? She proceeded to help me after I told her the store closed at 8, I didn't know the pin either and she called to help set up a new pin. I am apart of the account so I really don't know why she needed to reset my whole pin again, just wasting time. She charged me $34 for the activation fee. I ask her why so much when the fee is normally $27. She told me it was her stores policy to charge $34 so I paid the $34. I asked her for a receipt she denied. I kept asking her and she told me she already had to leave and just handed me $10 telling me to leave, I left the $10 on the table and left. Very unprofessional, she shouldn't be working alone if she's treating costumers however she wants and taking money for herself.

I had a problem with our security system at work and was devastated and feeling hopeless started searching online for some sort of guidance as to where to look for help I called a few places and got nowhere. I was getting annoyed and frustrated when I came across Ken Electronics and said what the heck I called and had the pleasure of speaking with Ken he calmed me down and assured me he could help about 10 min later he had my system back up and running I couldn't thank him enough.
