Great experience. We use HTS Systems across several of our commercial properties, and they also handle the security and low-voltage work for our CEO's coffee shops. On our side, both our residential buildings and our main office building have HTS monitoring, alarm systems, and full camera setups. After dealing with a bunch of vendors over the years, HTS has easily been the most reliable group we've worked with. They installed and maintain everything cameras, security systems, fire alarms and they handle all of our alarm monitoring. They also did a media room for our building in West Hollywood. The team is very responsive; when something comes up, they actually answer and send someone out without all the back and forth. The coffee shops needed a mix of security & networking and HTS handled it without getting in the way of customers. The on-site crew was polite, efficient, and worked clean. HTS came highly recommended and at first I was a little worried because they're not the cheapest option out there. But they are absolutely worth it. I've used other companies before that would never answer the phone, did terrible work, and even though they cost less upfront, I kept spending more money fixing things after the fact. Then I moved to West Hollywood and needed to remodel, this time I called HTS right away. And now just recently my office building needed new security, I immediately made them the first call. Since writing this review, we have learned that HTS (Home Tech Security) installed low-quality cameras we can't use in our system, and locked it so that we were stuck with using HTS forever. We are going to have to purchase a new camera security system at considerable cost just to view our property. read more

Tech came by to set up a DVR security system. After 2 hours (I was told it'd take just 1 hour), the guy could not get it done. The company charged for the full 2 hours despite not doing the job. Had to dispute the charge. Pathetic. read more

As a first time business owner, i was needing security and a/v installation and set up that would not break my budget. HTS was recommended to me by one of my customers, and i couldn't be more happy! The owner, Moshe Bar, returned my call quickly and had one of his technicians over to give an estimate the next day. The estimate wasn't the cheapest I received but they offered more high tech, high quality components than the others. The entire job was completed in less than a week. You really get what you pay for!! (and still within budget) The technician was very prompt and professional. Moshe inspected the job to make sure I was happy with the work. They were very thorough in teaching me how to use everything. Even coming down to re-teach me things I had forgotten! Also, I'm in south OC and they never charged me a travel fee for anything. I am an Estate Manager working for a large estate and Moshe and Danny and team installed all A/V related equipment, Home Theater, phone system, etc. The workmanship is impeccable and most of important of all to me, the customer service has been the best of the best! What prompted this review is I had to be out of town on Friday and sure enough I had to handle an emergency at the house from afar and within the hour Moshe showed up and handled the problem!
