Since this person is not qualified to make repairs, is not professionally trained in landscape maintenance and safety, and is not an experienced or qualified individual for maintenance and upkeep of the outside area, this has resulted in failures to complete regularly required maintenance/work to ensure proper care that allows for the outdoor property to be properly maintained, including work that should be done regularly in order to prevent extremely costly damage to the property when regular and proper maintaining of the property would have prevented major damage. Lastly, this company has ignored repeated requests for repairs, fails to respond to email requests and does the least amount of work they possibly can while telling others they have gone above and beyond, then providing false information. Avoid this magenta company at all costs if you know what's good for you!

And they say that they are giving me a courtesy by returning my call when I call up because I have no water. I leave them zero stars. Prior to my tour, I was in contact with Teja who was very helpful. When it came to the day of the tour, I guess there was a mix up in agents, but Janaka ended up showing up to the building, to give me a tour of the place. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable! :) During the application process, the application is very old school. It took us a few days to get everything together. We had to print and scan a bunch of documents then submit it via email. From what I know of family who work in the industry, most applications are done online and you can submit information as well as link bank accounts electronically lol. I wasn't comfortable submitting all of our personal information via email, so I asked for them to call me for additional information that I'd be able to provide over the phone. Although the application process was odd, the service was pretty great. The only reason I deducted a star was because like other reviews have said, they don't get back to you after your application. I had to keep reaching out to them to get answers. I also didn't like that they assume instead of verify. My husband and I rent an ADU in Commerce, but they said "currently listed address in application doesn't seem to be a rental". My husband has been here a few years and I just moved in last year. His driver's license and some bills reflect our current address, but we were never asked for additional information to verify. We also make well over the standard 2.5-3x income. I am pretty chill so I'm okay with not being selected for the unit as it is privately owned, but I didn't appreciate having to wait and keep asking for updates on why we weren't selected lol. Anyways, great people! It's just the communication that could be better and more clear. I would still recommend Perch Properties based on my interactions, because they still respond if you reach out to them :)

Lived on Radford in Valley Village for 30 years, but when I moved here in 2016, I found Debbie and Teddy and Erik to be awesome folks. I've never once waited more than a day or two for any type of maintenance to be completely fixed (usually replaced.) And, any emails or calls have been returned promptly (like within an hour or two.) Just yesterday, I had a leak coming from my disposal, reported it to Debbie, and Erik replaced it the next day (today), hence my review! I so appreciate how hard Debbie and the team work to answer any calls and resolve any issues. The hubby and I love our place in Toluca Lake and have called it "Glorious Apartment Number 'xx'" (insert number here) since our move in back in February 2016.
