Purchase a house in a local newly developed neighborhood, but for some reason they did not give touch up paint for the exterior. Made contact with the local office and they point us towards Kelly-Moore. Called the local brand and Eric was super helpful and friendly. I gave him the paint codes and by the time I got to the location they were ready. His enthusiasm and willingness to help over the phone is the reason why this review is being written. New to the Fairfield Area, and these guys were life savers! Nick & Xavier are gems!!! They go above and beyond their roles and responsibilities. Walked in here trying to find a new color and explained to these guys how I was bamboozled by first paint company and how upset I was to be starting back at 0! They assured me that everything will get better especially with choosing Kelly Moore. Nick took the leap and called a company that always purchases paint from their location and connected me with Full Coverage Painting they did an amazing job on my home. I am completely dissatisfied with the staffing and management at Kelly Moore paint in Fairfield, California. The times I have gone the service is lack luster and not helpful at all, and the Manager Allan is condiscending. Today was the final straw when I arrived at 5 pm to buy more paint to paint my house. They closed at 5 pm, which was not a big deal because if they closed, they closed. But I noticed I had car trouble as I tried to leave the Kelly Moore parking lot. I asked the Manager Allan very nicely for a jump start with my cables. And he looked at me as if I was asking for charity and told me NO in a jerk attitude. Now, if I am coming to your place of business and I'm stranded in your parking lot, I would have expected a helping hand. I understand this was not related to a store purchase, but it goes to show the kind of manager they have at this establishment. read more

All I can say about this place is great customer service. Each person I have dealt with was very helpful. There is a girl and another guy that have both been nothing but kind. (Sorry I forgot your names). Xavier the store manager is amazing as well. Even during the pandemic backlog with supply chain issues, they have been able to help. So my first trip to the Fairfield Kelly Moore store was about six months ago I started to do samples around my house . Cherie was so helpful and picking the colors for me always so patient. She's helped me on several occasions in the store. I was really sad when she left. I hope to see her back in Fairfield someday. She even gave me referrals twice for painters and she gave me her personal phone number. She is a great asset to that store. I wanted to give her kudos because I was happy I went to the private store other than Home Depot after I met her. She has excellent customer service skills and knows how to have a rapport with her customers and develop a relationship. read more

I was sent here to come pick up some samples since the store in Vacaville did not have any in the type I needed. Staff here was a bit more pleasant in comparison, the store is bright and clean, and I was helped out within seconds of walking into the store. It did help that the other store already helped me with my colors and selection but overall the experience here was much better. read more

Horrible service. When I walked in the MANAGER ! "Nia" was dancing around making a video of herself on her phone. When I asked to speak to a manager as she was obviously busy, SHE ROLLED HER EYES AT ME and informed me that the manager was her . I left and went to Lowes. read more

Only place to get paint for me. First time I went in an employee greyed me right away, told him what I was trying to do, made some recommendations them got my paint samples. 2nd time I bought a roller, it broke after only using it a few minutes, went to the store and the manager gave me a better roller no questions asked. Well done. Looking for paint/supplies for a small, DIY job in two bedrooms. After a dismal experience at the local Home Depot, ended up here. It appears their target customers are professional contractors, but they treated my small project no different than a large one. Staff was very knowledgeable about products, supplies, etc...and helped us select the right items for the job. I needed some white paint to handle patches in the walls...and since household paint can come in any variety of "white" (e.g. "Frost", "Creme", "Eggshell", etc) I brought in a chip of paint from the house. They were able to color match it EXACTLY....it blended in perfectly. Well done, Kelly-Moore, Well Done. Not sure how often I'll be needing paint supplies, but this will be the place I shop from here on out. read more
